From start to finish this has been more than I expected. The level of communication is truly amazing. The installation was so smooth. Coody & Dave were lovely, fast, covered my carpeted stairs and checked in with me throughout the installation. I would highly recommend!

The reservice was set up promptly and upon arrival of service men the were knowledge about the product and the issue at hand was resolved quickly.

I would rate our experience as a 4 star. The workers were polite and efficient and completed the work to the best of their abilities.
One worker returned the next day to install the shower curtain rod that was overlooked and repaired some spots with chalking that was missed.
Unfortunately during the installation some of the tile got damaged resulting in us having to repaint the tile & the wall.
Overall the installation looks good.

The whole experience was very smooth. The Lifestyles team sends lot of advance notice when they will be working. They stuck to their scheduled installation dates. The windows are much higher quality than the original builder quality windows in our house. The installers were quite professional. Special thanks to Nathan who noticed a few discrepancies, stayed late to give us a temporary fix, and came back later when the correct parts arrived to complete the final installation.

We had Lifestyle replace all our windows and doors in our home a few years ago. Recently we decided to changed out our patio door and once again contacted Lifestyle. Mike Day the sales consultant was great, very knowledgeable and very much detailed oriented. Today was the day of installation and Mark Hunter along with his colleague Don were great. Did a great install and the clean up was excellent. We spoke with Anna in the finance department as we had a couple of questions and she was very prompt in answering our questions. Fantastic experience with Lifestyle Home Products. Was looking to replace a large window in our cottage. From start to finish communication with Lifestyle was excellent. All calls were returned on time. Got a call saying window was ready 1 week early. Installers Austin and Corey showed up on time, were professional, knowledgeable and friendly and did an amazing job. We are extremely pleased with Lifestyle and would highly recommend them.

Everyone was very nice right from booking the appointment to Matt who came and gave the quote. Bit of delays because of covid but they kept me updated. Benjamin and Josh did the install and couldn’t ask for nicer guys! They did a excellent job and very professional. Very pleased with the way it turned out.

My wife and I recently had Lifestyle Home Products install a new front door. There was a few issues we did not notice at the end of the install. I called in to their office and a service ticket was generated. Wesley the installer returned a few days later and cleared all issues. Although the issues were not due to his workmanship he was polite, courteous and helpful. The front door was left as clean as before he arrived. Issues do happen and Lifestyles willingness to promptly address them allow me to give them a 5 star rating. Thankyou Lifestyle and Wesley, I will not hesitate to use you again.

Careful working with this company. They installed the wrong colour front door at my house $7000 and will not change, take responsibility or compensate. Constant runaround for over a year now. Worst service ever. Buyer beware.

Purchased a $4500.00 motorized awning from them 4 years ago with Sunbrella material. Stiching has rotted out and even with a 10 yr warranty they have refused to look after it. This has been going on since June/21. They have the material in their possession and I’m still trying to have it returned to me. I have now taken it to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT spend your money with them!

Installers were outstanding! Hardworking, showed up on time, did not stop all day long, protected the floors and cleaned up each day. We are very pleased

Installer Dan smith did an amazing job for us this past week. The gentleman were very polite, clean and did a wonderful job!

My porch enclosure was scheduled to be installed on February 8/22. Received a call early morning on February 7/22 informing me there had been a cancellation and they would like to come a day earlier. That just never happens to me. I was thrilled. Mark and Donald were there by 8: 00 and worked tearing out old enclosure and installing new one. My husband and I were very impressed with the quality, workmanship and service received by these two gentlemen and with Lifestyle. Would definitely call on them for any future needs. The enclosure looks amazing! Would like to share the before and after pictures.

Windows are nice, now that they are installed, but my house is a disaster! We had all 21 windows replaced - they failed to cover furniture or clean up after they were installed - as well, their installation team was less than professional - COVID ERA no masks worn, used our washroom when they wanted, took 4 days to install and on the last day discovered they left one of them open and we had gone away for the weekend! While taking out my sons window, they smashed the glass and told us "be mindful there may be glass" - well my son just found glass this morning in his top bunk bed! Also the installation team did not use professional language and constantly were yelling at each other! Will not order from them again and suggest you don't either! Oh and all but 2 small windows, the blinds fit back in! They should all have been the same size as before! Now we will be out more money as we will have to buy all new blinds!

Can't understand why they have so many good reviews. Our experience has been terrible.

From the beginning
1 - they delivered the wrong material (material delivered to the wrong job)

2 - material arrived scratched and scuffed... When we brought it to their attention they basically shrugged their shoulders and installed it anyway.

3 - we paid extra to have a black exterior and a white interior... We got a black exterior with white highlights, a white roof, brown skylights and a patio door that the exterior was poorly "painted" in black but with white spots.

4 - the fit and finish was terrible with gaps of up to 1/8 inch and glue showing in many places.

5 - they cut out the center of one of the roof trusses in the house to put in the roof beam for the sunroom

6 - our four season sunroom has un-insulated air gaps between the house and the sunroom

7 - while the installers cleaned up each day and left things generally in a neat and tidy fashion they also took some materiel away that likely should have been used in the construction of the sunroom.

8 - we had issues with how they were building the room (not according to the plans submitted for the building permit) and the lack of proper support for the wall and roof support beam.

9 - conversations with one of the owner's, a manager, the installers, and their customer service have all been a waste of time as they either pass the buck, tell you it will all be fine when they are done or simply ignore you and not respond.

I could go on, but sufficient to say that this has been the worst experience we have ever had in over 50 years of home ownership with many many renovations, additions, upgrades etc.successfully completed using a variety of different contractors and tradespeople.

Be careful with the warranty from Lifestyle. All the handles of my Lifestyle Windows have fallen off. You need to put the crank back in the window to operate them. The company collected $250 from me but will not complete the work.

I have been waiting since June for the company to complete the work. Many members of the company disappearing on my calls and managers trying to sell me more products instead.

Apparently supply chain issues for almost 6 months on the parts.

Asked for a refund on my warranty service and no one will call back.

We are extremely happy with the customer service we have received from Lifestyle on all 4 installs we have had with them, will call on them again in the future.

They went above on this install, fixing water damage as a result of the Bay Windows needing to be replaced. From initial quote, to measuring and installation, all of the staff were professional and helpful.

They have replaced 2nd floor windows (4), Bay Windows (2) and now our patio door.

Had a sliding patio door and 4 odd shaped windows replaced. Our first impression with Peter the salesman was very impressive: he was very knowledgeable, patient, not at all pushy and found out exactly what we wanted and why. Wade and mate, our installers were on time, they were very polite, friendly, non intrusive, efficient, paid attention to the smallest details and were super clean. The workmanship is flawless. Peter showed up during the installation to check on the progress of the project - nice touch! The end product is beautiful - way beyond our expectation.this was one of the best shopping/customer service experiences we ever had. We are already planning another - bathroom project with Lifestyle.

We had three new awning windows installed at our home in Sept. 2021. The two guys who came to do the work showed up right on time, and they did a great job. They were very professional and courteous the entire time they were in our home. The work turned out amazing, we're so happy with the end results. Will definitely choose Lifestyle again if we need more windows in the future.

Lifestyle completed two projects for me, one to replace the bathtub in the master bath with a shower wrap and another to replace an aging front door with a new door and storm door. Both jobs were handled exceptionally well, although there were a few small issues. On the shower wrap, the wrong adhesive was provided to the installer and caused the ceiling portion of the wrap to sag. This was corrected the next day. And the wrong storm door was ordered, requiring two visits separated by a month to complete the work. Both jobs were completed satisfactorily and without further concerns. The technicians are very skilled and can handle any issue. They answered all my questions and gave me good advice on all aspects of the work. They even adjusted things on the return visit for the front door to ensure a better, tighter fit. Given the Covid situation, the issues were minor. I would recommend Lifestyle Home Products.

Travis and Tony were here this morning and did a phenomenal job installing our basement windows! They were efficient, polite, left the workspace cleaner than it was to begin with and took the time to show us how the new windows worked! Great experience start to finish! Thanks Tony and Travis!

Lifestyle Windows and Doors is TRULY the best company that I‘ve EVER dealt with in the 28 years that I’ve owned my home! No they are not the cheapest but do you want quality for your dollar or have to replace what was installed OR never have to replace it again. All their windows and doors are guaranteed FOR LIFE which is transferable to the next owner. AWESOME in its self. But the installers are way above and beyond! We just had both upper and lower patio doors replaced. Not only did it take 1 day but I haven’t seen anyone take greater care regarding level and plum. Dimitri was perfect! He not only left our house perfect he also showed me that my framing was in still in great shape. But here’s the beyond part. As well I had counter tops installed that day and that installer didn’t take the old counter tops away. Without missing a beat Dimitri insisted to take them away for no cost at all. Now that’s truly customer service!
Oh they also did all 11 of our windows in one day perfectly about 15 years ago (yup not one problem to this day).
I’m so sorry to be moving to a different Province because I‘ll miss Lifestyle!

We have had our whole house now with new windows from lifestyle. Both my husband and myself have been extremely pleased with all the windows and front door and find the product and the service to be exceptional. From the time Julie entered our home to give the estimate to the installers left the premises we have been very happy. The guarantee is also another plus with working with Lifestyle.

Covide is NOT an excuse for poor business relations/timelines & that has been my experience with Lifestyle. Aug 17-placed order for a sliding door & 2 casement windows. We REPEATEDLY told the sales rep we did not want to proceed with the order if they could not GUARANTEE an installation date before Oct 31st. We advised we were willing to wait until spring & had full intention of going with Lifestyle. We were guaranteed, even with Covide delays they ABSOLUTELY could meet this deadline. We placed the order & paid an $1,100 deposit. Lifestyle set up an installation date for Oct 22 - then CANCELLED. They rescheduled for Oct 30. They TRIED TO RESCHEDULE again-I refused. The installer came on the 30th, took apart 1 of our windows & discovered the windows ordered were too big. The measurement on our order form & double checked by their installers were INCORRECT ***I will note the installers that came to double check the sales rep's measurement, spent little more than 5 minutes in my home. I wasn't impressed***not a wonder the windows were too big for the opening. The installer proceeded with the sliding glass door. I telephoned & e-mailed Lifestyle office to inform them of my disappointment & how unimpressed I was. I requested a call from someone who cared.like the owner. I never heard from anyone & I never received any type of APOLOGY. The clerk didn't give two craps.all she wanted was MORE $$. She actually wanted a further deposit for the windows. Again, Lifestyle set up an installation date Nov 24 & AGAIN CANCELLED. They finally attended on Nov 27 - 14 weeks 4 days from our order date. I paid my bill the good customer I am based on the initial bill & initial measurements. I then made inquiries as to the price point being recalculated & of course haven't heard anything. Everyone of my neighbours who have seen the windows has stated we over paid!

Colin and Carl, our installers, did an excellent job installing our new windows and door. We enjoyed their sense of humour. They arrived on time and left everything neat and tidy.

The only glitch was the front door, which was the wrong colour. They have ordered the replacement door but it will be some time before it arrives.
