The scenario begins like this, the company's sales manager come to your homes, present their products and sell the goods to you on credit or cash with various attractive offers. He says that the price of the product he will sell is a promotion for that day. So, if tomorrow comes, this price will change. If they give you time, you will research the market and then make a decision. So you can explore the offer and make a better decision according to your budget. Seeing that you are not satisfied, the sales manager makes his product attractive to you in various magical ways to sell it to you. As I wrote above, I was also brought into this game, but I got rid of it with little money. Do not be fooled by the promises presented, think and then decide.

My father been with Rainsoft for over 18 years and recently upgrade to the Gen 5. My father strongly recommended it going to my own house he sent over Rahim to show us the quality of our water. After Rahim showed us the saving we would make adding there system it make a lot of sense. I was very impressed on how quick he was able to get the the installation done the same day and have all the add-on product as well. I was also impressed on how courteous Tom the installer was as well. They were very detailed and informative. Thank you to both Rahim and Tom for making this a simple decision and experience.

Got conflicted recommendations that caused a high level of chlorine within my pipes, also their system inflated cleaning cycles caused me hundreds of dollars for excess water consumption.

Asked for a call from the manager (his name is Fernando, if I recall correctly) but but he never called back!

Mr. Heemanshu did an extremely detailed presentation at our home helping us understand the cruciality of consuming and using water free of acid/chemicals and other impurities. The presentation was definitely eye opener for us since we were assuming that the bottled water that we drank for years was in the purest form.
Thankfully we are sure that now the water is safe to drink, especially for our toddler.

Just be aware that sales guys showing up at your home will try best to give as little detail as possible regarding the financial obligation of purchasing system. They tricked me to believe it is going to be a fixed payment for first 5 years and then payment onward is expected to go down for the following years. No mentioned of that you will be taking the loan from financial company with a very high interest (8.99 APR) to finance your purchase. You will end up paying double the price of the original cost of the system and will hope their interest does no go up at the end of 5 years terms.

I was shocked to see this detail getting it after a month of system installation. If you decide to purchase the system, please make sure you ask questions on the financial obligation and how much is going to cost you by the time you own it fully according to their payment plan or you will be forced to pay lumpsum amount so not paying for life.

DON"T RUSH signing the paper, don't make the same mistake as I did and make sure you get full financial detail of the their payment plan before you sign the paper.

Its been a week since we got water system installed. Its been really good experience dealing with Raheem. He explained things well and was very helpful throughout the process. The water tastes amazing. Highly recommended.

I am using Lifetime water system since 2017 and no issue at all.
Raheem come and demonstrate the quality of water at our home and we found him very knowledgeable and experienced person and friendly nature.
He also helped us when we move from one house to another and provided uninstallation and installation services without any hassle.

Its been 3 years I am using them and it is good for another 7 to 8 years lot of savings. The water system is great nearly no maintenance of the system. RB follows up annually for any issues and provide great advise. I would give 5 star rating to the services provided by RB.

I had a very bad experience with this company. I got pressured by the salesman Raheem to purchase. He promised we would get five year supply of soaps and free service for life. We got neither. The system cost over $8000 and we already had a leak. I want to remove this system and never do business with again. My neighbour had warned me against them but I didn’t listen. Very shady business practices

A nice presentation and seemingly great products - ruined by pressure selling tactics and lack of clear communication. You'd expect more for a $10k product.

I grabbed one of Lifetime Water Systems' free home tests from Home Depot. I was interested in the impurities in my water and was open to the idea of a filtration system. After sending off my sample in the mail, I was contacted by the company a couple of weeks later and we set up a time for a home visit test. It was all pleasant up to that point.

However, when the tester showed up, I was given a phony, pushy and drawn-out sales presentation. The salesman was too aggressive, even posturing up to try to intimidate me while he hard sold me on the product (I'm serious). This made me uncomfortable and definitely diminished my interest in the products.

The presentation DID have a lot of good information and my questions were met with informative responses, plus the guy softened up and became friendlier over time.but.he just wouldn't leave. For nearly an hour I sat through his pitch, giving him subtle hints to speed it up and tell me the pricing - but he never would. I was just met with upselling and manipulations such as fancy soap offers. This style of selling may work on some people, but I was mostly insulted.

I have to say though that Lifetime's products were impressive. I was interested, but considering the price (which I was finally told after an hour), it's something I'd consider for the future when I had more renovations savings. I told the salesman this and asked if I could keep the information pamphlets he had handed me. He responded with "No" and said that they don't give out pamphlets to potential customers. This made no sense. He then grumbled something about that he couldn't believe he didn't make the sale. It was very unprofessional and kind of sad.

I was very interested in Lifetime's products, but their sales' philosophy left a bad taste in my mouth. It makes me think this style of selling is being instructed from the management, so that causes me to be kind of wary of this company.

Demetre was extremely personable, knowledgeable and confident with his presentation. He answered all our questions and he didn't pressure us to purchase the water system. The presentation was amazing, we were totally unaware of all the chemicals in the water we were using on a daily basis. We have had the system for almost a month and are totally satisfied with it. Demetre was correct with everything he told us about the difference we would notice with the system. The installer (wish I could remember his name) was pleasant, professional and thorough with the installation. He made sure we understood what everything was and explained the minimal maintenance for the system.

Extremely friendly, helpful and super professional. I had my Rainsoft system installed by Lifetime Water Systems. They also came over to disconnect and reconnect when we moved. They're always prompt, show up as promised and finish up as promised. They were even super nice and found me an earlier service appointment than promised. Peter is extremely precessional and friendly. He was in and out and did a great job all while I was in a work meeting. Didn't even realize he was working. He suggested additional RO hookups to the refrigerator at no cost. That's definitely the definition of going above and beyond. Thanks folks!

This company supplies paid, fake reviews. Shady company that relies on extremely high-pressure sales tactics. They will try to scare you into buying a system from them. Search "CBC Marketplace water filtration company" and you will see the slimy sales tactics this company uses. Home Depot should be ashamed of themselves for partnering with such a company.

Demetre has been a very helpful in explaining the details and installing the water treatment system. We are happy with the service so far.

We were skeptical of this product and the benefits of soft water, however Demetre communicated and demonstrated clearly, the advantages and economics of this system. We are very happy with this product and do feel the difference when bathing in, washing in and drinking the water.

Remarkable System and Services by Lifetime water systems! After 4 years of research and testing i made the decision to install the full and the best water treatment system i.e Rainsoft provided Lifetime water systems.
There lot of benefits installing the water treatment system skin is soft, less use of soap and detergents, reduced hair fall, got rid of whiteness in dishwasher, no calcium deposits on my faucets, hot water tank became more efficient, laundry is excellent after installing clean start and my kids skin problems reduced a lot etc.
I did comparison of all the water treatment systems available in the market below are the few comparisons but there are many more to mention here: -
1. Other companies replace the carbon inside the tank which is too much cumbersome and cost more money but Lifetime water systems swap the carbon tank with new one, in half the price including the labor that other companies charges.
2. After installation if some problem arises you need to pay labor charges but Lifetime water systems provides 1 year full warranty at no cost.
3. For drywall cutting you need to get it fixed and painted at your cost, but lifetime water system do it for you irrespective of how many visits are required they do the work until you are 100% satisfied.
4. Other systems need resins changed after 8 to 10 years and the cost involved is high but Lifetime water systems have lifetime warranty on resins and if resins need to changed only you need to pay for cost of labor which is one fifth the price that other companies charges to change resins.
5. No other companies provide Lifetime warranty on their parts and systems but Lifetime water systems provides lifetime warranty.
I was provided the best deal and excellent service by Raheen Bahadur, installation was excellent and in time, he did post installation tests to ensure that the water quality is good. I really appreciate Raheen's efforts, pro-activeness, understanding complex plumbing of my home and providing support whenever needed.

We had been considering purchasing a water filtration system for awhile and agreed to have Lifetime Water Systems come into our home and present their product. The presentation was informative but time consuming. Nearing the end of the presentation I said I would not want the entire grouping of products totalling $10,000 but would be interested in purchasing two of the items. The sales representative became increasingly hostile, refused to give me pricing on the products I was interested in and told me that if I did not understand the value of the entire package then I would never follow through with a purchase regardless of the cost. I will now be purchasing my system elsewhere.

I love a good redemption story. After 2 missed appointments that we signed up for at Home Depot that left my husband and I feeling like we weren’t even actual people, we finally had a presenter named Tom Turnbull who did a fabulous presentation that convinced us to purchase a water filtration system along with a 10+ supply of environmentally friendly products. The next day, Tom Mahabar came to install the system and it went very well. We have well water, so our water has no city treatment and now the water is much softer.
