LightHouse Dental Kingston

Over the Christmas holidays I was in need of emergency dental care. I contacted Lighthouse Dental, leaving a message. They promptly returned my call and set up an appmt for the following day.
I have been very happy with the courteous and diligent care that I received. The entire staff were very attentive and help make a difficult time for me less stressful.
I plan to move my dental care to their organization.

I want to thank Donna your receptionist. After my emergency visit last week and my tooth being pulled and my insurance not covering bc of a code. The receptionist was rude and not helpful, it left a very bad taste in my mouth with being a new patient. But thanks to Donna and her professionalism my cleaning visit was great. The hygienist and dentist were very good. The receptionist is the first and last contact of your business. Thank you Donna for working with me and making me feel that this dental office should be the place I keep going to.

Absolutely lovely staff! Everyone was so kind and helpful, and made sure to make my toddler very comfortable with the new environment and all the dental equipment. I will be recommending here to everybody

Really knowledgeable dentists. Front desk staff are very friendly and super helpful. I love the text message system and flexible hours; super duper handy for families like mine. Dr. Jeko checked in with me very often during my fillings and stopped as soon as I needed. Easy access via route 6 and 15 buses.

I haven’t been to a dentist in years where it’s as personable as it is here. They always listen to me and my concerns or requests and followed them as best as they could always. I had extractions done quickly and and appointment times are great. Veronica was great, I was in and out quickly but still felt like she cared. Front of house staff remember your face and always have a smile on theirs. Thank you again!

Lighthouse Is hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Went for an emergency visit because they were the only office near me open on the weekend. By the end of the visit I knew I wanted to be a permanent patient there. All staff members are incredibly welcoming, informative and helpful. They really go above and beyond to ensure you feel comfortable. I loved my last dental office but Lighthouse is a step above the rest. You can tell everyone enjoys working there and they take care of each other and their patients! I actually look forward to going to the dentist now!

Clean atmosphere. Friendly staff. And open on a Saturday, to boot! I finally made the switch from my childhood dentist in KW to a Kingston dentist (after 18 years here). And I'm happy with my choice! Thank you, LHD!

Just had my first appointment with LightHouse Dental, having been to another dentists before it was refreshing to have such honest business, I felt like they were working with me and not trying to take advantage. They did not try and guilt trip me into getting things I didn’t need, was straight to the point and friendly. Looking forward to continuing business with them in the future. Very patient with my 8 year old getting a filling. He was very scared, but says "This is the best dentist I've ever been to! "

I absolutely love Lighthoise Dental. Very caring staff. My dentist was professional, kind, and gentle. The dental assistant was also very kind Profesional and gentle. Both answered all of my questions and provided options. I had a huge removal done and the dentist was amazing. I have huge anxiety with dentists and he made me feel very comfortable and safe. Thank you so much Lighthouse dental. I would definitely highly reccomend them.

Staffs are very friendly and cooperative. Dentist and coordinator explained the tooth realted issue in deep. They suggested long term and short term toothe related consequences and optimum cost treatment option. I would highly appreciate staffs services.

I hadn't been to a dentist in a while so I was a little nervous about how my initial visit would go. Though, I had nothing to worry about. The staff at Lighthouse Dental made me feel more than comfortable. They are kind and compassionate with their clientele, making me feel right at home. I'm so happy I chose Lighthouse Dental and will highly recommend their dental services to others.

My husband had to have a molar removed urgently, they got him in fast and helped put him out of his misery. When he had to go in again for difficulties with the incision, they were super understanding and helped us quickly and now he is not in any pain anymore. All I could ask for in a dentist. Nice, helpful, professional and friendly people.

Lighthouse Dental was so kind to call me on Boxing Day to book me in the next morning to fix my toothache. I appreciate the kindness and fast service.

This place was amazing and I couldn't be more thankful for their fast and friendly service during an emergency. Over the Christmas break my son had a boil and bite mouth guard get lodged into his orthodontic appliance and was unable to get it out. Most places in the city were closed but Mariah (front desk) was able to accept us in within 15 minutes and Jaimie (hygentist) and some other dental assistants were able to free the obstruction all within an hour of our first conversation. Thank you so much. My son was so relieved and smiled all the way home:)
