The technician who conducted the tests was very good. However, they’ve been sitting on my reports since 2 months. Followed up multiple times and they claimed they either sent it or will be sending after ‘lunch’. My doctor’s office never received their fax, until today when I had to really scream at them for delaying my reports and they finally faxed them to the doctor’s office. A patient is already stressed with the illness and these mishaps with the reports just adds on!

I would give 0 stars if I could, the woman at reception was extremely rude, my spouse and i forgot our masks and she put up a fight to give us one, she insisted that I stand outside instead of just giving me a mask and proceeded to get into an argument with us and claimed she bought the masks for the office out of her own pocket. Another woman came in after that and said she didn’t have a mask and was given one immediately no questions asked and no scolding like we got. I’m not sure if we we’re given a hard time because we are black

I think these people at the desk are more than obligated to work in there. They are so rude to answer, they think they are doing you a big favor, they have a policy about wearing masks, don’t get there without one because they wouldn’t provide you with one. If you are in company to translate for someone who doesn’t speak English you need to wait outside, if you need to translate, they will call you outside. More than the rules, is the ugly attitude they have, like who is in a bad mood at 9am already, first thing in the morning.
So dissatisfied with their customer service experience.

The reception is the rudest set of employees I’ve ever come across! I’ve been a patient since 2011 and basically grew up in the area this is my home clinic and have seen very little change in the people working here (receptionists and the techs have been same pretty much) and they have always been extremely rude! Mind you I was a 15 year old and now I’m nearing my 30’s and they have always been rude and slow

The technician was fantastic. Very pleasant, explained the process of a mammogram very well and was very gentle. The receptionist was also very pleasant and helpful! Highly recommend. The fairview location is great!

Omg I could i can give them 0 star, such a bad place bad clinic bad family physicians - and dirty place! I have been crying because of my knee s pain i asked the 3 drs in the clinic they sent me to 2 ultra sound and 2 xray here! For ultrasound what a rule is that! Student are doing it and Sonographer is sitting in the back! Not fair because it’s sonographer s responsibility- anyway They keep saying oh normal oh everything normal? Wth What you mean by ok by normal? ! Idid ultrasound and xray in somewhere else they told me that you need treatment asap! There was a big problem with my knee’s bone! Hahaha they asked me have you ever checked with dr.i said definitely and they are not saying realistically’! My advice to you -if you love your health … Don’t waste your time and your money by going to this 5 FAIRVIEW MALL DRIVE location ……

I just went there to book throid usg appointment but absolutely terrible client service. They said booking appt takes time but it took me 1.5 hours. After 45 min, I reminded them about my appt but they just ignored me. They were yelling at people to wear mask on and do not let them come inside. After 1 hour and I have asked several times because I was in pain, finally one lady who help me and I got my appt after 1.5 hours.it was an incredibly horrible experience for me. I cant imagine how my real appt will be.

This location is incredibly busy, but I find the technologists are friendlier and professional. Make sure you have an appointment. You have to pay for parking, but I always combine my visit with shopping at Fairview Mall. They also have a lab for bloodwork, a few steps down the hallway.

The boss lady at the reception behaved to me in a biased manner today.
My feet is already swollen, I have an appointment for tomorrow for my hip, my doctor gave additional requisition on emergency basis for the feet to be checked as well since the appointment for the hip is tomorrow, she blatantly refused, with no empathy, or soothing words, which means, if someone is dying, she does not care, and I won't get any medication until the xray is done on this leg, this is inhumane, , I have to wait for another 2 weeks to get checked for the cause of my already swollen leg. Meanwhile I will come in tomorrow for the hip.
Customer service needs to be improve upon. Thanks.

Today was a mess or in other words I was getting tested for my patience. I had an appointment @ 11: 50 for an ultrasound sound and they initially made this slot available due to the an argent request but just before leaving I locked my bag in the trunk with keys health card and all the paperwork. It took about 20 minutes for roadside assistance to come and help with my car situation, so I was clearly late when I called they initially said ohh it’s not possible and all but after listening to my situation they said just come in, and that’s because the Technician Olga agreed to do my ultrasound. She did a couple of other ultrasounds for me before as well she is simply the sweetest and the best. ️

I call too much times and NEVER ANSWER maybe it is not important to you, but the service you provide is not free. His bad behavior towards people. It seems that they are not trained for this job. I need an appointment since June 10 and they have not responded

Absolutely horrible client service. My doctor who happens to be in the same building sent the requisition twice. I called to follow up about 6 weeks after the first request. Without even taking a name the very rude receptionist said, “we call back within 24-48 hours, if we didn’t call we don’t have it”. I asked her to check which seemed like I was completely interrupting her day. The response with a very blatant sigh and “fine, what’s the name and number” she agreed to look and get back to me. No return call. Again I call my doctor for a new clinic. They said let me send it again. We happened to be in the doctors this week and yet again spoke to them about referring elsewhere. My doctor suggested going down and speaking to you again. So we did. Again rude receptionist, rude staff. “If you haven’t had a fall you shouldn’t be here is the line we got.
You are supposed to be medical professionals. You’re paid by OHIP. It’s not your role to tell people when and what they need.
Perhaps improve your staffs attitude and the way they treat people.
A requisition from February shouldn’t take this long to respond to.

Went here for our baby’s ultra sounds. The first time i was able to face time to see and hear the heart beat.

Second technician did not let us face time. Terrible taking away our moment.

Fabulous experience!
I had an appointment for ultrasound today. The ultrasound Tech was so expert, knowledgeable and kind. Also front desk staffs were so professional and respectful.
I do recommend this imaging centre.

Went in for an US (ultrasound) with the US tech Sana and she was so kind. I've had a few ultrasounds done in the last 2 years from different medical imaging clinics around the GTA and the techs I have encountered usually don't try to build any rapport with me but Sana did. Booking the apt was a bit challenging but this is very common and not their fault. They really do try their best and I absolutely understand as I work in healthcare. If Ontario can build a more comprehensive software that connects every and anything related to healthcare so the continuity of care is more effortless, then it's easier for them to provide efficient care. Especially when it comes to diagnostic care in the community. For example, comparing two different images should be done by the radiologist but if you don't bring your previous report in to the clinic, well, they won't be able to compare the results and report if anything is getting worst. Anyway, that being said. I definitely recommend coming here. Although it's my first time, I am confident enough to rebook here again because of this experience.

Went in for an ultrasound today and noticed that the place was well organized. I was greeted by a technician (Sana) who was extremely friendly, courteous and made me feel comfortable. Upon thanking her for the good experience I had here, she responded that it was all teamwork.

Highly recommend this place.

I attended this clinic for xray and ultrasound after falling. I got an appointment for lunchtime after calling in at 8AM, which was super convenient. At the clinic, multiple covid safety measures were enforced very well, and I witnessed the manager deal with an antimask Karen type in a caring, professional way that maintained safety and dignity for all.

The xray was done quickly by Michael, who was friendly and efficient. The ultrasound tech took me next (sorry don't remember name), explained the procedure, and took his time on my wrist. I noticed he spent a lot more time on me than the tech at the previous place I got my wrist ultrasound at. By the time the ultrasound was done, the radiologist had already reviewed my xray, and I had confirmation right then and there that there was no fracture. My doctor's office contacted me around 3PM the same day to let me know they had my results, and set up an appointment for the next day. What's more, when I spoke with my doctor, the ultrasound had found a chronic issue my previous ultrasound had completely missed!

This was a perfect imaging experience from start to finish.

I had an ultrasound appointment today at this centre and it was one the most nerve racking experiences of my life.
The ultrasound technician who completed my test (an older white lady with boy cut hair and European accent) was unbearably impatient, rude, and aggresive. In the beginning, I tried my best to be understanding with her and turned a blind eye to a lot of things, but the abrasive behaviour just kept continuing to where I finally had to speak up, and essentially told her that I couldn’t handle her hostility anymore.

Everything from the way I was spoken to, to the way the procedure was carried out was abrasive.
Whats more is, I know that this wasn’t an isolated incident, as when I came home and disclosed this information to my mother she recalled that this very same lady had treated her the same way about a year ago, and was unable to complete her procedure that day.

As an educated person in the social service field, I know how important it is to treat patients with compassion and respect.and it breaks my heart thinking about how professionals, such as this one, are roaming free treating vulnerable people in such a way that’s borderline abusive.

I sincerely hope that this review is taken seriously and that someone puts a stop to these kinds of treatments.

My mom had an appointment booked a week before for her BMD TEST, when she was there for her appointment, receptionist told her they are busy and can't take her in, just to underline that she wasn't late to her appt and even 15 min earlier. So frustrating, unprofessional.

Worst lab ever, a walk-in took 1.5 hours to wait. By appointment they made me wait for 30 minutes and only when I question they told me the machine was broken in the morning! Very unprofessional and sloppy staff.

Booked an appointment for U/S last saturday for the following Friday morning. Show up and they tell me there's no appointment - have my req and information - they tell me hopefully someone cancels. Not good enough! If the error is YOURS FIX IT! Don't tell me to wait and hope! You mean you couldn't put me in before it got super busy since you guys messed up? Can't keep taking days off work man.

One of the ladies from front Desk is rude and irresponsible. They changed my appointment for the mid-pregnancy ultrasound without letting me know due to shortage of technician. Then they told me we left you a voicemail but you never replied back. I am sure I never received any call or voicemail from them. Even if they called me and I did not reply back, they never followed up with me to make sure I received the call. However they changed such important appointment.
They re-schedule my appointment within 10 days and when I asked for earliest available appointment they refused. I am 18.5 weeks pregnant and this ultrasound should be done between 18 to 22 weeks of pregnancy. I explained I am getting anxiaty because you postpond my ultrasound 10 days. Then they told me the first appointment date was wrong because you gave us wrong information regarding your due date.
They don't know how to communicate with pregnant women and put me under a lot of pressure.
I did the ultrasound today. The technician was super nice and caring.

They won't forward results to anywhere other than your doctor, even if it is mentioned on the requisition. They won't give you your results and ask you only to ask your doctor or for your doctor to do so. I would have appreciated that information when I submitted my requisition because I thought it would get forwarded since it was in the notes. The front desk is relatively abrasive, which may rub people the wrong way. But what really bothers me is that they didn't inform me they wouldn't be able to forward the results to another lab/imaging center when it was mentioned in the notes.

I have been coming to this location for quite some time now for ultrasound procedures. Today, I called and asked if they have received my request form from my doctor's office. The lady was polite and asked me to call doctor's office again which I did. I called them again and this rude lady was so irate and yelled me at me and said we call our clients if we get requests, did we call you? I said, oh, no. I called earlier and just checking, what's your name? Her tone was too rude to be in a customer service industry. I like the other ladies in front but this particular lady wa sjust unbearable. They called after 15 seconds to let me know with that rude lady's voice in the background swearing.

I arrived at 7pm, 30 minutes before they close for an xray. There was no other customer. I was in the x ray room in 2 mins. From when I was registered. Front desk lady was nice and was able to explain my inquiry regarding having a digital or CD copy. I was also able to see my x-ray before I left. Fast service! No wait times around 7pm. I like that they close at 7: 30pm can accommodate working people.

All elderly staff who don't know how to communicate. Extremely rude. Called them and they put me on hold for 20 min. I went in the other day and told them I was on hold for 20 min and she said that's not possible. As if I went in there to lie and had nothing else to do. Wanted to book an appointment and she asked me to call.

I also don't understand all the negative reviews. I had a 10: 20 appointment and was done in no time. I had a mammogram done here and the technician I had was excellent with me. I would recommend this place

I don’t know why other people gave this place such a low score but the staff here are very nice. The technician here are very professional and friendly too. Their hour is better than other place and they’re open on Saturday.

Parking is not free but you can park in Fairview Mall free and walk a bit to this building.

Completely unprofessional. They said my health condition out loud in front of the other patients. DO NOT GO HERE. You will be embarrassed very badly.
