I had a massage with Nicole Wilson. She did a great job. As well, as a tourist on holiday, she answered many of my questions about the area. The location is also clean and bright. A very friendly atmosphere.

My first time getting a massage in like 9 years! Kyla was super friendly and made sure the 90 minutes were spent wisely with a full body massage! I also tried cupping and it was amazing! Looking forward to coming back for acupuncture and cupping too:) the whole place is so pretty and very clean. My favourite massage place ever now!

Got a massage done from Nicole. Definitely the best massage I have ever had! And I have been to lot of places!
Can't wait to get it done again.

Nicole was absolutely lovely and very knowledgable. I was nervous having my first pre natal massage but she was able to help me to relax and I left feeling very relaxed. She even came in during that snow storm to treat me! All the ladies there are very friendly and would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality massage therapy in the area!

If I could give it 6 stars, I would! It was my first time there, great atmosphere, clean and welcoming, and Nicole Wilson was fantastic! Incredibly relaxing massage, would go see her again, without a doubt!

The clinic space here is absolutely beautiful, with lots of space and light. I saw Nicole Zappi and the treatment was fantastic. She used the perfect amount of pressure and really helped work out the issues in my neck and back. I will definitely be rebooking (can't wait to try Thai Massage) and I highly recommend her!

Very professional setting. Injured my shoulder and neck a while back and haven’t been able to sleep the same since. After one adjustment, my pain was relieved and I slept like a baby. Ask for Nicole!

Excellent facility, staff is great! I live 30 minutes away but it's well worth the trip. Highly recommend for either the relaxing Spa type visit, or injury prevention / treatment. A+!

Had an appointment with Kyla Woolstencroft this past week for my first visit to Lilac + Lavender, and I can’t stress how amazing my experience was. She not only was a phenomenal RMT, she also realized pretty quick that I’m very chatty and didn’t want it to be quiet the whole time, and we chatted each other’s ears off while I got the best massage I’d ever had. She went above and beyond and offered me some cupping on my right shoulder as it’s incredibly tense, and I was really impressed with the effects! The establishment was also very clean and quaint, I highly recommend this place, and Kyla specifically!

Lilac and Lavender is an amazing spot to come, relax and release your tensions. I've been seeing Kyla for years and go where ever she goes because she is absolutely the best at what she does. Even though she moved her practice a litter farther, I do not hesitate at all when I know I'll be getting the best treatments. Kyla always takes the time to listen to what you're looking to work on, ensures she helps you unwind and provides takeaways so you can improve your overall health. Another Bonus is that Kyla is trained in Traditional Chinese medicine and integrates TCM tools in her practice which have always been helful for me. I would highly recommend Lilac and Lavender and especially Kyla to everyone.

Professional and very knowledgeable. Kyla takes the time to understand your issues and injuries, she then discusses and formulates the best course of treatments, keeping you in the loop through the entire treatment. Kyla took the time to suggest home exercises to help treat my injury and speed up the healing, between visits. I won't trust anyone else in the future.

This clinic is so bright and cheery! A lovely spot to unwind and relax. All of the staff are incredibly friendly, and especially during these times - they make you feel safe and welcome. They are constantly cleaning and wiping things down, and it really shows that they take both their own health and safety seriously, as well as clients. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe, relaxing haven during these crazy times!

Great experience, it was very relaxing. All the staff are very professional. They took the time to get to know you and address any health problems, treat injuries and provide at home stretching. I love the different therapies offered, cupping is one of my favourites! Looking forward to the next treatment.

I've been seeing Nicole Wilson at Lilac and Lavender even before she and the wonderful other RMTs started this business of their own and I couldn't imagine getting treatment from anyone else! I love the calm, aesthetic, and friendly atmosphere they have created in their new space and they go above and beyond for working around my busy schedule to make sure I have time to relax no matter what.highly recommend!

Kyla is the absolutely best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. She moved her practice to Innisfil and I still drive one hour to see her because she’s that good! Can’t imagine going anywhere else. She listens to what you want each session and is also trained in Chinese Medicine which is incredible. She has helped improve my health immensely. Thank you Kyla!

I have been going to Nicole Wilson for a few years -she is by far the best RMT I have been to. Nicole really takes the time to understand your history (I.e. Injuries, medical history, etc) and always ensures that she addresses/targets problem areas in her treatment sessions. I always feel so much better after a treatment and thanks to her, I have regained some range of motion and decreased pain in my shoulder.
I look forward to going to her in the coming weeks to trial cupping on a scar from a recent surgery
