Lily Thai Cuisine

Doing some work in town was excited when i saw gluten free labeled menu. However really dissapointed i ordered the peanut noodle there was zero sauce and the noodles were soggy af the spicy thai noodles were the same. Cheap ingredients cheap food (rubber chicken and veggies) and honestly bit insulting for takeout on 20$ plus tax (tip prompted on register). Cheap chinese food experience for honestly not that cheap. Only reason im giving 2 stars is the frontage is nice and clean and i will say the service lady was nice enough to understand my allergy. Maybe im snobby but real thai food is not comparable too this garbage

To be fair, I’ve only ordered takeout. They must have changed cooks because when I ordered in August 2023, the pad Thai was much better than last time. It was umami, spicy and satisfying. The red curry chicken was a bit heavy on the sauce and could have used some bamboo shoots or other veg, but was delicious. The spicy basil eggplant was also good, but a little too mild for my taste. Overall, the portions were fair and my friends thoroughly enjoyed their meal. I would order again.

In regard to service, I suppose they were very busy as I ordered online but didn’t get an email confirmation- but someone called within half an hour to confirm the order.

My wife & I went on March 21/2023 to pick up food/lunch. It was horrible! I had to throw away mine (noodles/chicken) and my wife didn't like hers. Will NOT return there again - waste of $$

Wanted to try this 3.6 star rated restaurant closeby. Dined in on a hungry Friday evening for seafood; $58 for an appetizer, main dish, and glass of red wine. Considering the price point, I'll be concisely critical.

1. Main dish served before appetizer. Just why.
Probably microwaved like fast food.
2. Poor presentation, just fish covered in veggies, *drenched* with microwaved oyster sauce. Not to mention fish sat on top of a wilted lettuce leaf tf? Cant let that grape tomato garnish fool me. Swear to God it was microwaved food.
3. Red wine not poured at the table. Poor etiquette.
4. Menu had dried stains.
5. Washrooms look cleaned on a semi annual basis. I was pretty much the only person served in the restaurant. Lazy employees just laughing away on their phones while you eat in a peaceful environment.

Please dont get fooled into the preset 15% tip they ask of you. This is a low effort, sneering business. Knew it was 3.6, got what I deserved.

You're really better off at Mandarin at Fletcher's Creek. Trust me.

I’m usually hesitant to leave ‘bad’ reviews (as I don’t want to negatively affect someone’s small business). I hope this comment can be helpful.

I’ve ordered from this place a few times over the years as it’s the closest Thai place. Every single time, I’m always simultaneously surprised and disappointed that they haven’t improved their Pad Thai. So many comments here describe how utterly BLAND it is. I’ve had more flavorful Pad Thai from a food court! There’s literally no colour, no flavor. Please reformulate your Pad Thai.

I still gave 3 stars because the other dishes have been fine. Recently I ordered: basil rice and Thai spicy noodles. They were actually…good? ! I was so confused why the Thai Spicy Noodles was vastly different quality from the Pad Thai.

Just ordered this food for lunch, chicken pad thai, and it is disgusting. They didn't season in the food at all. Thank God in the Uber eats notes I requested for them to put hot sauce packets because had I not, i would have had to throw this away. Their cook needs to do better. This is honestly the worst pad thai ive ever had.

We got this through uber eats. The pad see aw was very bland. The pad thai tastes like lemony siracha sauce. The basil fried rice was ok.

Food was OK.and surprisingly 15% customer service (TIP) was included in the bill without even checking with customer!

Friendly server, they have added a new menu. The food is fantastic, just the right taste.
I enjoyed the atmosphere. Just that the parking lot is too busy.

Pretty disappointed. Ordered Basil fried rice and realized that there was absolutely no basil flavour nor basil leaves. When asked they said it was all finely chopped. I insisted that I know what I’m talking about and then I was told they were short of Basil leaves.
I preferred to have been informed that they didn’t have the main ingredient and given me the option of choosing an alternative rather than eating salty soy fried rice and paying $20 for it.
It’s deceptive and low.

Lily Thai delivers satisfaction within every bite. I must say my taste buds are feeling delightful. Their customer service is literally 5 stars. Are you looking for a spot to take your loved ones or your little kiddies? Well, this restaurant is clean and great for dining in. From beginning to the end my experience has been delightful. I sampled their Chicken dishes and Couple vegetarian dish as I waited in the line. I was treated like Royalty. Please, tell them not to hold back on their homemade sauces! Yum is my answer!

Got the bogo deal advertised on Uber for pad Thai. This is how we were able to try a new place.

Take out absolutely bland no sauce not spicy Had in restaurant so many times drunken noodles so I know exactly the taste and appearance. Garlic chicken looks like raw chicken. No garlic sauce over it or in the container Won’t order again Considering 2 dishes cost $41
