Furnace stopped working overnight. Called Liamcan and they had someone at the house within 2 hours and a new furnace installed by the end of the day. All the employees were amazing and very friendly. Great company! If I ever have an issue again they will be my first call.

After the initiate visit on which they didn't email or call prior as promised. The tech who arrived was real unsure or provide no confidence in me on what he was doing. After leaving I decided to follow up the next day. I have now called 3 times and each time after waiting over 15 mins and no-one ever picks up. I hung up. Is this customer service. Tyr to support local businesses here however they make this difficult.

Total scam artists.look at Yelp reviews and call on reliant - these guys will take your money and not provide itemized invoices, super shady business practices

Very disappointed with our whole experience with Limcan. Had a heat pump installed on the August 1st. First there was no instructions followed and they put the gas pipe on the outside of our house. After we made them move it they never fixed the holes they made in the stucco from the brackets. Then when they installed the pipe properly on the inside they tore down a bunch of ceiling tiles that were never replaced. It is now October 10th and no pressure test has been done or second audit. Called many times and no one called back. Still trying to get hold of someone to get all of this sorted out. I wouldn't recommend Limcan to anyone for anything.

Excellent equipment. Excellent service. Got a heat pump & back up gas furnace installed. Excellent value and quality. Amazing warranty can't beat it. No small company has there warranty!

These guys go out of there way to make it right.

Even if they make a mistake they will own up to it and they will 100% make it worth there value and there time.

Ryan Kowalik came over to talk about installing a Heat Pump system. Ryan was knowledgeable and friendly. A really excellent representative for Limcan. We are are pleased to work with their people.

The next day the excellent install team was there, Marcus, Jamieson, Aldo, Eric, and Mitchell, along with Stephen Langmaid to oversee. It was a complicated installation, and this crew took it on with such a " can do" attitude. Each person knew their role and they worked together cheerfully and efficiently.

I bought the system in mid February. The installation was complete and the installers were leaving within 24 hours. The duct cleaning was completed in late March. The installers (Aldo & Eric) and duct cleaners (Jordan & Kevin) were all professional, efficient and personable.

Miguel was excellent when he was hear, very polite and courteous. Professional the whole time and very informative.

Jake was phenomenal! I have been using Limcan for a number of years and never had a tech like him provide a detailed inspection like today. Jake identified a number of issues that were never flagged by previous Limcan services. Jake also changed my filter (which has never been done previously by any other Limcan techs) and took pictures of all his findings (which has never been done by any other Limcan tech either). Jake took the time to explain his concerns and offered great advice. If Jake can’t do my future services then I don’t want anyone else. Thanks, Jake!

Andre was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Walked me through everything he was doing and checked everything to make sure that his work was performed safely. Also put everything back exactly how he found it. Everything was meticulously done. Extremely happy with his service. I would like him to return to do more work in the future.

The service team at Limcan outdid themselves this time. I purchased a Lennox furnace and heat pump from Limcan many years ago and the thermostat touch screen finally came to the end of life. Due to the age of my heating equipment, the service team (Dana and Jake) had to create a custom solution to control the furnace, heat pump and humidifier from a single interface. Not an easy task. I am glad that they persevered and today I have a new thermostat and my older equipment works as well as the day it was installed.

Bryan was very professional and polite to deal with. He seemed very knowledgeable and we were very happy with the service he provided. I would recommend him and Limcan heating.

The guys were friendly and did a good job but it was raining out and they constantly came in and out with their boots on all three of them, all over the house. All my floors were a terrible mess when they were done

Limcan technician Bryan was on-time, professional and curtious, and happily answered my technicsl questions about my furnace and what was involved in the annual maintenance he was performing. I appreciated the quality of his work and I will be requesting him back again for my AC maintenance next summer.

Miguel G was professional and thorough when he performed a maintenance checkup on our heating system. He made sure to answer our queries about the thermostat pad among others. I can definitely recommend Limcan to anyone when it comes to heating and air conditioning.

Ted completed the annual heating system maintenance for our furnace. He arrived on time, was friendly and left his work area clean and tidy. As a bonus, the LimCan office had called earlier to advise Ted was on his way - so there was certainty as to his arrival, not just “he will he there sometime during morning” like many others advise. This is much appreciated!

Limcan have been great since installation. All the technicians have been great, and won’t leave anything half asked. They always do what they say they will, and will explain anything if needed.

I wish i can give them no stars. Sales person came 10 mins late to the appointment. Without wasting anymore time we started doing the initial assessment at basement.

We sat and started working on what i need and based on that Sales person recommended the furnace and asked me if I'm ready to sign up right now? I told him that I'm waiting for one more company to come and give me quote i will compare and make a decision based on that. Then, he ignored to give me the quote after knowing another company also coming to give me a quote. I said OK! Then he calls his office I'm guessing either that's his boss or manager to convey the message that I'm waiting for one more quote he had rescheduled to give me a quote.

Manager/Boss response on the phone: Then why did he call us to give him a quote (as if i need to sign up with them right away if i call for quote ; Then why do they agree to do free assessment in the first place). Then she advice the sales person to give the price for furnace and asked me call them back if I'm proceeding further with them also they told me they are the best in town with the price. But same model same BTU i was able to get way better deal than they gave me.

Anyway moment i heard the response from the other end i have decided not to proceed with this company.so, unprofessional and whoever spoke to the sales person on the other end need to understand what they are doing.

Limcan installed my new furnace and air conditioner in 2019, since then the same young man has done my annual maintenance/cleaning. He is a clean cut, well mannered young man who obviously knows his trade well. Laughlin in respectful and friendly, and takes time to explain the answers to any questions I have.
I feel very comfortable recommending both Limcan and Laughlin for any HVAC work in your home.

We called Limcan Walker because our A/C was not working.

Lochlan arrived on time and shared that our capacitor was toast!

He replaced the part and did an inspection. We are back in operation and quite happy.

The only good thing about this company was they came right on time, negative point is they are so expensive and over priced, I'm a trade myself and I know you should mark up for parts but not this much. They charge me 150$ just for distinguishing and 260$ just for under 50$ part. Well and it was a super hot day and my AC needed a capacitor, SO I WAS BETWEEN ROCK AND HARD PLACE.so I paid.
I would recommend a local company rather than these big ones

I had an afternoon appointment scheduled today July 9/21. John and Noah called ahead to let us know that they where on the way and arrived right at noon! When they arrived they explained how the service worked and what they would need to do to perform it. Both were very polite and efficient. They both did a great job.

Jake and Brett were both very professional and considerate of our situation. They completed a thorough inspection and provided clear and concise explanation for how to take of our heating/cooling systems. They also addressed potential solutions and were knowledgeable of issues with our heating/cooling systems.

Provided a quote for new equipment in my home. The representative was very professional and I was comfortable with him in my home.

Had my ductwork cleaned and a thermostat installed. On bpth jobs the technicians were polite courteous and all ask permission to do things that werent on the original work order. They were quick to start and finish their respective jobs and left my house as neat as it was before they got here. My furnace died in the morning of the coldest day of winter so far. After getting many quotes and two days without any heat, I decided on limcan through Costco.

Joe Jurias was a good sales person who did his homework on the work involved for the installation crew. He managed to get a crew ready for the next morning to come and install my Lennox furnace.

This morning nice and early, Marcus Burgess and Luke Seeley showed up right as expected. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and timely. They came well prepared with no shortage of equipment to help them do their work. At no point did they ever look clueless.

The complicated part of my installation was the exhaust vent pipework that was upto 40 feet long and had many bends. Luke was able to do this work very well without any hassle or fuss. I was impressed with his detailed attention to making sure everything was left as he found it.

Marcus was calm cool and collected as well and made sure every nitty gritty part of the furnace installation went well. He made sure the gas pressure, electrical connection, ducting connection, exhaust work, tidiness was all taken care of correctly. He spent time doing tests afterwards with me to make sure I was satisfied.

TLDR - Luke and Marcus did an awesome job on the installation.
Overall I'm happy with the service.

Pressure switch failed so furnace wouldn't start. Replacement part was on the truck, so I was able to get it fixed in one visit.

My new furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank were installed in one day with installers/ technicians Marcus and Luke working non stop from eight am to five pm. They explained everything to me and consulted me about the location of the venting pipes and AC unit.

Carter and John cleaned the ducts the following week as this service was thrown in.

Carter and John were very patient with me and my questions.

I want to mention again that Limcan Certified provides superior service and products.

Advisor, Dylan, responded to my concern about the thermostat not showing the outside temperature reading and he contacted the office. I received a call from Limcan right away and an appointment was set up for the same day.

Technician, Shalton, came to remedy the situation and figured out that my address needed to be entered so that the thermostat could gather the outside temperature from AccuWeather. He did not see the issue as petty and worked very hard to solve the problem. Shalton was very professional and patient.
