I was able to order my glasses through them - they have a huge selection of frames and were super helpful in getting me a pair that I liked. Absolutely amazing staff, sleek, clean and contemporary store, and a very welcoming environment. This is the best experience I've had in a Kingston eye care store. I walked in with my bent glasses and got welcomed by the very nice staff. They fixed my glasses in a couple minutes and made sure they fit well. They refused to take any money for their effort. I will definitely be visiting this place again and will be recommending it to anyone I know that needs eye care. This is now my go-to place in Kingston.

Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. The clinic ran on time, they were ready for me when I arrived and they made the exam and selection of eyewear quick and simple.

My husband and I moved to the Kingston area a year ago and chose Limestone Eyecare for long overdue check-ups. Dr. Epstein was terrific: relaxed, knowledgeable and thorough.
When we stopped in later to pick up our glasses (but were running late), Amanda kindly stayed late to help us out and a few weeks later Taylor went the extra mile to help readjust my new glasses until they were just right.

Very helpful and went over various styles of frames with me, making suggestions here and there, but were also not overbearing.

Once my glasses came in, they needed to be adjusted a couple of times for a better fit, and again, the adjustments were done without issue.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with picking out eyeglasses, and Dr. Epstein was great. Shipping for glasses and contacts was quick and easy, and pricing for both are very reasonable. I would recommend Limestone Eyecare to others.

I love going to Limestone. Everyone is professional and they go out of their way to be helpful.

Friendly, and upbeat staffs. Nice that they have a place where you can recycle your contact lenses (and the plastic blister packaging). Just make sure you go in and get a few small bags to put them in.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr Epstein and his lovely staff! No complaints what so ever they have taken amazing care of my eyes.

I received excellent service and information from the warm and friendly Taylor. These were my first pair of glasses and she walked me through the process with care. To make things even easier, she submitted my insurance claim on the spot. I will definitely return when I need glasses again.

I went here a couple weeks ago for my first ever eye exam. I was a little nervous since I'd never had my eyes checked before, but the staff were all so kind and instantly made me feel more comfortable. Dr. Epstein walked me through all the steps and devices used to check your eyes, and careefully explained my prescription at the end. I will definitely be returning for my next eye exam!

Amazing and fast service! The staff were so friendly and were so happy to help me to tighten my glasses, even though I didn't purchase my glasses at their shop. Will definitely return to Limestone Eyesore when it's time to purchase new prescription glasses!:)

Dr. Epstein has been great with my family. He's been very knowledgeable and explained to me what was going on and how to work on things to improve my daughter's vision. The whole place is very clean and the staff are very friendly!

Very happy with Dr. Epstein. First time as his patient. The prescription he gave me for contacts was the best that I have had in years. I can now read clearly and read far. I had a great experience with Amanda, she was wonderful! She adjusted my sunglasses and I expected there to be a fee but it was no charge! And I will be going to see them for my next pair of glasses as well as sunglasses, great priced frames and wonderful staff!

Highly professional both in exam room and behind the counter. Excellent choice of frames. Premises are bight and spacious. Would definitely recommend to others and will return myself for regular check-ups.

Really nice staff, and super fast service! I did not go here as a patient, but had an emergency when my glasses suddenly broke (it was a loose screw nothing super major). They said that I could come in any time that day to have them repaired. The also did it for free since it was just a tightening of my frames screws around the lenses. What a relief! If you have an emergency they are very accommodating. I would definitely come back for any other glasses needs/ or as a patient!:)

Had a wonderful experiences there buying a pair a fantastic sunglasses and took my 92 year old moms glasses there to get fixed they were fixed so fast cant say enough about the wonderful staff.

Not only did Dr. Epstein get me in on short notice. He made the whole experience quick and painless. Taylor and Amanda made it effortless to claim my new frames through insurance, and made sure I was happy with my choice. Overall excellent and efficient service!
