I just had a mammogram and an x-ray done today at Limeworth. Jackie was so kind and professional. She made an uncomfortable procedure pleasant. I would recommend all women to get their mammogram done here and don't be nervous. It is only pressure you feel, not pain. Thanks again, Jackie.
I called this morning and mandy was so helpful and pleasant with me on the phone.my mom is 91 and mandy was great with me on the phone.nice customer service in this day n age.kudos to u mandy
I was told by my Doc's office that this was a drop-in lab, however when I got there I discovered I could have made an appointment. I had to wait one hour for a 5 minute xray, making me wonder if they just squeeze in drop-ins between those with appointments when there is time. (If so this needs fixing somehow). The staff, however, were polite and helpful and all were obviously working as quickly as they could.
I found my experience at this facility to be less that desirable and falls well under acceptable treatment to be expected from both the staff and facilities. The staff firstly double booked my appointment giving me two separate ones for same testing. The receptionists were rude, discourtious and lacked the knowledge to be intaking any type of patient. The receptionist I dealt with kept asking me why I was getting x-rays and ultrasounds, and was so confused that she had to confer with two other employees there. I was booked in for x rays and ultra sounds and then told the day of the appointment that they didn't have time to do them all. The staff was rude and pushy. They seemed under qualified to do their jobs. If this is what privatizing health care looks like then we are in for trouble. I would also have to question human resources and their hiring standards and practices.
Best X-ray service, very quick in doing everything. Marvellous receptionist and technicians. Not crowded at all. Quickest service for X-ray, ultrasound
Tried to call to merely find out when I could next get an appointment, just got recorded message telling me voice-mail wasn't monitored (not that there was opportunity to leave message anyway), used e-mail provided from website, never got response.
I am giving this review because of one specific person I had a good experience with. His name is MR. FADEL. Mr. Fadel called me a day before my appointment to remind me about my appointment. On appointment day, I was still a couple of minutes late (due to some unexpected events) and when the front desk attendant was about turning me back (because i was a couple of minutes late), thankfully Mr. Fadel was there (making an appointment reminder call to another client) and he told the front desk attendant that he can take me in on my appointment. Mr Fadel scolded that he took time to remind me the previous day and i was still late but I apologized. He was so nice and friendly to my baby and within a few minutes we were done with the ultrasound. So this review is to thank and appreciate Mr Fadel.
Had my ultrasounds on the 8th and my docs office still has not received the results. Thank goodness it's not something life-threatening. I find some of the girls at the front desk quite rude and I don't like the fact that you can't get your results through pocket-health. Very disappointing experience.
Employees don't have professional manners. The whole time you are there they speak in their own language which is very annoying. Just for an xray they make you wait in the change room for 30 minutes. While patients can wait at the waiting area.
I had to take my 4 year old daughter in for an abdominal X-ray. All of the staff that we dealt with during our time there was excellent. The man behind the desk patiently took our information and showed us to a washroom when my daughter decided she had to go. We waited a while for the X-ray, there was a man who came out and called some other patients in, he said hello and asked my daughter how she was doing everytime he came out into the waiting room.
Sharon took my daughter's x-ray and she was excellent. My daughter does not stay still ever, but Sharon got her excited to 'have her picture taken' and she was thrilled to come back to the computer after and have a look at it. The wait time was a little long (for a rambunctious 4 year old anyway), but it's understandable during these Covid times, things need to be sanitized and such. The staff there made our experience a very good one.
I went there for Female pelvic ultrasound (transvaginal) 2 weeks ago and the experience has surpassed my exceptions. Their friendliness and kindness has made this not so comfortable ultrasound tolerable. Thank you.
Not surprised about their current rating. Pathetic experience we had this afternoon.had USG from there; technician was so horrible. She doesn’t know what she is doing. No proper communication, and gave hard time throughout the procedure. Will never go there again and won’t recommend this centre.
I have to say i was very impressed with the service i received at this facility. I called 2 days previous the receptionist was very helpful and polite, i explained my situation and they were more then accommodating. Got an appointment right away, showed up 15 mins before appointment time, receptionist again was very polite and friendly, did the paperwork right away and i went directly in. The doctor was very good, explained what he was going to do, answered all my questions and to my surprise the results were faxed to my specialist by days end. Can't ask for anything better then that. Highly recommend this facility to anyone.thanks for the great service! Oh and the parking cost me $3.00 no big deal.:)
Sure, the parking is paid and there are signs warning of parking in the Fortinos lot, but it's just scare tactics. If you're that scared, park at Limeridge.it's not that far to walk. The staff seemed pretty friendly to me, but the receptionist seems a little frazzled.probably because she's overworked and gets complained to a lot. My only complaint where I agree with people is the temperature of the x-ray room. It was really cold, but every X-ray place I've ever been to is like that. Maybe they need to be cold, I dunno.
Where to begin. I feel it completely inappropriate for a clinic like this one to have a paid parking lot. On top of that, 2 days after a snow fall, the lot was icy and snow covered. The adjacent lot was clear of snow. Considering how many elderly people come in and out of these clinics, it should have been cleaned. I’m extremely disappointed in my doctor for referring us to this clinic. I’ll travel downtown Hamilton to a clinic before coming back to this clinic.
I went into the office last week and the receptionist was not friendly or welcoming. I wanted to give the clinic another chance and so I called and she had the same attitude. Getting what I need done elsewhere.
Will never again go to this facility. The office and room were absolutely freezing with 1st appt of the day, and test took almost 1 hr! Not sure if technician was very thorough or inexperienced. Having type 1 diabetes she was advised fasting was very difficult, however she took her time until I told her I was getting dizzy and needed to check blood sugar. By the time she let me up Glucose level was critically low, took me a bit to recoup from that and freezing for almost an hour. Not the best experience to say the least.
Ok staff. But seem very one race orientated. Everyone deserves equal rights no matter race.
Update: came back for pelvic and vaginal ultrasound. I drank as much as i could but bladder wasnt full so the girls who were all of non canadian decent started having a temper tantrum. First the gave me the wrong time on the phone then they treat me like a piece of garbage. Then while doing the vaginal ultrasound were so rough i almost cried. I dont cry for pain. I didnt even cry for child birth. Still waiting to get ultrasound done on abdomen. N im so upset i just realised i forgot my things in the exam room.
