Absolutely terrible customer service provided by Sahil. He was extremely rude and told me “he is not allowed to provide authenticity” It took them 2 hours to install my tired WITH AN APPOINTMENT. Excuse given to me was that staff member was having lunch at 3: 30 pm and not once did Sahil accept the mistake on being delayed.

Great service, super friendly. Got my snow tires installed. Few days later tire sensor popped up, so came back and they fixed it without issue. Highly recommend.

They should change their name from Limitless Tire to SHAMELSS TIRE! Had a flat tire due to a nail that went thru my tire while driving and was closest to their shop so went to them requesting if they can just swap the tire for me i have a spare tire in my trunk or atleast repair so i can get back home but the guy at the reception didn't care less and straight up denied saying we are closing soon and we are already behind. It was freezing cold and was going to snow same day and even told him that i always come to their shop for any tire work but he didnt care and was not even a little bit considerate to offer any help.i have changed/repaired tire myself in the past and It literally takes 15-20 mins to change or fix one tire but i didn't have the tools at that time. The most unprofessional and inconsiderate shop never giving them my business ever again and everyone i know.

Got my winter tires changed last week and was surprised by the amazing service. My wheel lock nuts wouldn't come off so I had to get the original dealership to take them off. I wasn't sure when that would happen, so Limitless Tire willingly refunded my money for the winter tire change. After I got the nuts changed, I was surprised Limitless Tire squeezed me back into their schedule the same day in the thick of winter tire changeover season and changed my tires very quickly. They even put my wheel covers on for me. Thanks so much for the help!

They are a bunch of scammers! Over charging and ripping off people would not go here ever again

I got flat tire and after they told tire cannot be fixed and need to buy new tires. Their front desk was eager to sell new tires and started giving me quotes. I paid 30$ + tax and came out. I trusted then and spend time looking at options for tire replacement and placed the order.meanwhile, I took the car to other auto shop referred by my friend and they checked and told there are 2 punctures and fixed the tire and saved my $1200 for new tires.

I regret going to Limitless tire at first place and their customer service.

Excellent service good prices. With two new front tires, they fixed a huge alignment problem wrecking my tires. Found a nail in one of my back tires. Patched it free of charge. Probably won't go anywhere else in the future.

I first went to @limitlesstire for an alignment, they charged me for the service before they even asked for my keys

When they were doing the alignment i told them to set the camber as close to 0 and they said they dont do camber adjustment

after this i told them to just refund me then since my toe was already adjusted. The receptionist who doubles as a manager said no

I came home and took it to social media, shortly they called me and said they can give me refund or adjust my camber (this could have been done the first time)

I told them i dont need a refund and that im gonna pay someone else to adjust the camber, so if they can adjust it than that would be great

So i went back a second time, the same day and they actually made it worse

When i originally went in my camber was at -3.1

When they tried to adjust it they made it -4.1 and then said 'sorry we cant adjust it

I didnt say anything to them and the guy sitting at the front desk said that his manager said i would get my refund by monday. Trusting him, i left

Its been a week since the moday i was supposed to get my refund (i never did) and I've called the location multiple times a day and now they say they wont refund me and the manager isnt here. Who do I speak too?

They are now bad mouthing me on social media saying 'im a weirdo' and have blocked me on instagram so i cant get in contact with them anymore

Unprofessional and untrained staff.
Damaged my brother’s car, rendered it inoperable, and advised they’d issue a refund when they have time. It’s been over two weeks…. Still no luck.

I can not express my gratitude and thank the gentleman who made me very happy to have my daughter's winter tires put on her car. They were efficient and supremely professional at what they do. Even though I didn't see their faces cause of their masks they will always have my business when I have to get my next purchase of tires. Thank you Malik and gentleman for your professionalism.

I was staying at a hotel near by the Hilton Meadowvale. I realized my wife's vehicle had all season tires and needed winters. I called Limitless Tires and spoke to Shohaib if I spelt that correctly. He was very quick and informative with quotes for both 16" and 15" winter tires. The quotes were literally the best after calling a few places, with no time to waste I booked my time slot. In about 40mins my wife's car was done installed great tires and they were smooth road worthy with grip. I highly recommend this place. Great overall experience. I'm going to bring my BMW there to get winters as well. I forgot to say price wise he quoted me on the phone was even reduced lower upon arrival I'm not sure if this can happen to everyone buying tires, but I was really impressed.

Best service - On my way to work my tire got a huge hole and i brought it into limitless tires. They didn’t have my tire size in stock so they went out of their way to ship one from North York to Mississauga and installed it after they were closed. They went out of their way to help me as they were closed for the long weekend and I worked! My car was finished by that evening!

I went in to Limitless Tire with the idea of only upgrading with a nice set of black rims and by keeping the stock 16 inch size, but after Shoaib Malik suggested that I upgrade to an 18 inch wheels & tires package, at first I was hesitant about it, but I thought it through, took his word, and went for it, anyway, and, boy, did I make the right decision. My '18 Civic looks so fresh and clean now and words can't really explain how happy I am with this purchase. I would recommend these guys a 100% because they know their stuff, they know what suits your vehicle and they're really good at it.

Came here for new wheels today and the technician working on my car left a big scratch a quarter of the diameter of one of my wheels. On top of that they didn't put my all my aftermarket valve caps back on. Literally disappointed at the job they did at the Mississauga location.

From The moment I stepped into the doors of the limitless tires Battleford location. I wasn’t treated like a customer but rather a member of the family. I was shown gratitude with quick and fast service with team members working around the clock making sure the customer service experience is at it’s best. I would recommend this location to all my friends and family.

STAYYY AWAYYYY. I had written them a good review before but that all changed. Malik will make you lose thousands of dollars from there finance option. I was told I only had to pay 2.5% interest went to go look at my loan profile and guess what. $6000 IN interest. MY TOTAL WAS $11,000 FOR RIMSSS. Not even to mention they messed up the fitment and added spacers. They are no way knowledgeable how to get perfect fitment. First they put a 19x9.5 in my front with a 15 mm spacer. He exchanged my rim but didn’t change the tire and it’s still rubbing. I can’t believe they are operating like this. I would stay away from there finance option 100% he will tell you no interest but the loan companies minimum interest rate is 29.9 %. I wish I never got these rims and tires as I got scammed. I could of got both rims and tires for $3100 from another place but ended up paying over $6000 from limitless. Please stay away.

Called ahead looking for winter rims, and was recommended a pair by M. After hanging up, called a few other dealers and was told the set of rims M.was taking out of the warehouse for me to come pick up later that day actually weren't winter-approved.

Upon calling back and asking M.if they were actually for winter, he indicated no, they actually weren't, I just need to hose them down twice a week to prevent the salt from damaging them.

As for the conflicting information, he indicated he was actually quite busy, and was going to tell me he was trying to sell me something other than what I asked for when I got there.

Ended up going with a less expensive, winter-approved set of tires from partsengine.ca.

Edit: As to the response provided below by Limitless Tires, there was no misunderstanding. At all. Clearly they employ people who prioritize making sales over serving their customers. Their employee very deliberately tried to sell me something I was specifically not looking for. It’s actually quite disappointing that they’d respond the way they did.

I had very good service from the office to the shop. They had to bring my rims in as they are odd bolt system. It took the 1 hour they stated to bring in. Then to add tires to rims and balancing about 45 minutes. I would recommend them to family and friends.
