Great same day service for my winter tires. Best price by far after several quotes. Nice seating area to wait in and professional staff.

If I could give 6 stars, I would! The team at Limitless was able to help me on a Sunday with a very last minute tire emergency to get back home to Windsor. They were friendly, supportive, and all around great customer service. I will be recommending them to anyone in need for tires.

I called to book an appointment to get new tires and a wheel alignment. The manager told me I had to pay a $100.00 deposit via e-transfer in order for him to order the tires so I did. When I got there at the Bridgeland location the manager insisted I pay the full amount before he even starts the work so I did thinking that he would replace all four tires and do the wheel alignment. However, he didn’t. He only replaced three tires and didn’t do the wheel alignment because one of the tires couldn’t be removed because one of the nut was stuck or stripped and he didn’t want to fix it for liability reasons. I did mention it to him before paying $1000.00 and all he cared about was that I pay up front and have me sign the receipt which I didn’t pay too much attention to because I didn’t think that a tire place wouldn’t know nor want to replace the tire and keep my money.
They should have never replaced three tires and leave the winter tire on that wasn’t safe to drive at that point because he wanted me to sign waiver document and also suggested I have a tow truck pick up my car but wouldn’t reimburse me for the alignment that was not done and for not replacing the fourth tire. The manager should have called me before doing any work to let me know he couldn’t remove the one tire and let me decide if I wanted him to proceed but he didn’t because he knew I would say no to replacing three tires only. I was very upset but he didn’t seem to care. All he cared about was taking my money and insisting I signed a receipt that says I can’t get my money back. He also said that he did his best. This is no way yo treat a customer that just paid you $1000.00. I had to then go to green and Ross where the mechanic was able to replace the fourth tire for me and charged me another $230.00 which should have been done by limitless tires on Bridgeland. Will never recommend this company to anyone nor will I ever go back.

Got a set of new tires with good prices.balanced and front alignment done properly. The car feels different now!

They were polite, professional, and fast the whole experience was totally stress free. I just had them patch a screw hole in one of my tires, but after calling half a dozen other tire shops in the area and being told I'd have to wait an hour plus. I was vary satisfied with the staff at limitless told me to come in and they'd take care of me right away and 15mins after arriving, tire was patched and I was back on the road back to work without without skippin a beat, fn awesome! I looked at other reviews as well and I understand why people are saying they are a rip off. Please don’t consider your customers dumb enough. There are much better shops out there for sure.

Don’t go at this place.worst place ever I seen, when they will open your car for repair than they will told you so many defects even you have new car, you can't do anything and if you ask I don't want that repair than still they will charge you. Stay away from that place.

I took my car here last week to replace a broken sensor. They them told me 2 were broken but had to replace all of them for it to work. I agreed and had them all replaced.

When they programmed the sensors into the car they deleted my winter tire programming.

I only realized this when I got home. I sent an email asking if they can program the winter tires back in since they deleted them and haven't heard back from them.

They have great customer service before they take your money but when there's an issue after they clearly disappear.

If this gets rectified I'd gladly delete this review.

My experience at limitless tire was extremely amazing. They helped me pick the perfect set of rims and tires for my Volkswagen tiguan. The staff was warm and helpful. The extra care taken was very impressive. I would wholeheartedly refer anyone looking for great looking rims and excellent service.

I stopped by just over a month ago since I was in the area. I had already decided on new wheels I had wanted for my car & was shopping around for quotes. Directly from the ESR website, the wheels I had chosen were ~$1200 USD / $1500 CAD before shipping. With this in mind, I went in for an overall quote including shipping, just for the rims, no tires. The price I was quoted was $2400 all in. I understand companies need to make money on their end but almost $1000 markup / for shipping is outrageous. Within the same day, two friends of mine (both male) had other quotes for the same wheels from Jspec for $1600 and GroundedConceptz for $1700 taxes & shipping fully included. Not sure if this quote reflects trying to rip off a female or simply shamelessly over charging their customers. While I was there, already uninterested to give my business after being given the quote, I was asked if I was open to other options, not wanting to be rude I said sure and provided my email. As a follow up to this, I received an email from the advisor with alternative options, asking what I thought and stating that he really thought these options "would look better than the ESR wheels" I had already chosen. I would not have been so offended if the alternatives were viable options. Instead I was recommended cheap, rep wheels from XXR & Aodhan. Can't say I'm surprised but definitely disappointed. Will not be returning or recommending this company.

(Side note: I had previously requested an online quote for another set of wheels in 2020 from another Limitless Tire location and was never reached back out to after being asked whether I would be paying upfront or financing)

I called a few places beforehand but Limitless tire was by far the most professional and had exceptional customer service. I got a tire and rim package. They have a great team that is very knowledgeable! I worked with Sal who made sure not a single detail would be missed. The 5 stars is well deserved! Will definitely be coming back.

I have to day I've been to Limitless tires not once but twice, the first time in North York when I had my subie wrx sti and they did a beautiful fantastic job on my rims tires and lowering suspension. Now here I am again went into the Malton location got a rim tire for my 2021 jeep wrangler, and those guys there are great team from the front desk to the guys in the sop great customer service had no issues good communication nothing but good from Limitless thanks guys for all your help especially vishal good dude love the one on one with him he know what he was doing and help a lot thanks man.

Ordered my wheels over the phone from Quebec. Sarfaraz was great over there, he answered all my questions and made this transaction easy. I recommend them and will not hesitate to do business with them again.

Booked an appointment and showed up early. My car wasn't even brought in for 2 hours. Sales associates and management don't seem to care at all about inconveniencing customers. Horrible service overpriced wheels.

I financed my rims and tires from these guys on July 16,2018. My first installment payment started on AUGUST 16 2019. I was notified by email that I will be paying $242.75 for 24 months starting august 16. Never missed a payment and yesterday I received an email saying that my loan will be over in august 2022. Which is insane.

Now faisal is sayi I've said this 5 times. Nobody have that much time when they're working to pay off the scam.this is my first time my friend. I never had any issue before. It all started yesterday

Service here used to be good, but not sure if I can say that anymore. Been going here for a couple years with good experience, however lately things haven’t been the same. I called in asking for a quote for tire service, and the guy would not give me any pricing, not even a ballpark estimate. He said the only way is for me to bring the car in so they can see what they’re working with. I then decided to try requesting a quote online (which he didn’t even mention), and I got a call next day with a price and appointment (now all of a sudden I can get a price over phone?). I then came in for my appointment on time, and they turned me away because they were too busy from cars arriving before me (that didn’t have appointments), so they couldn’t take me that day. They didn’t even offer anything to make up for it. Just said to come in first thing the next day, so I can be helped. Doesn’t seem very accommodating. Also, prices are not that great, they charge extra for break inspection, which is sometimes free at other places.

EDIT: Glad I came back! After a subpar experience earlier in the year (due to a new employee mishap), I decided to go back to Limitless and get a tire changed. Very happy with the customer service this time around, and Limitless has definitely redeemed themselves in my book! I came to change one tire, but they also went the extra mile and shined all 4 of my tires! Thank you Sarfaraz.

Second time in this location always good time and great services always a solution for your rims and tires i highly recomanded.

Zaib has amazing customer service. After swapping my wheels they even placed my old ones in boxes for me to keep the interior of my car clean. Will be getting my next set of tires from them once mine are unusable.

Limitless Tires has been my go to for tires since summer. I am highly impressed by their level of commitment and service - unlike other tire/wheel shops, they genuinely care for customers. At some point, I had cracked spacers (only a couple of small minute cracks that were barely visible) ; the tech inspected the surrounding area although it was not necessarily his responsibility and pointed out the issue to me. Had they not have caught this, the spacers would have potentially failed. In short, they go above and beyond to ensure that customers are kept safe and satisfied.

Additionally, I happen to have won the giveaway on Instagram for September, I received brand new Yokohoma V905's last week, and have been super happy with them!

I recommend utilizing their online website prior to visiting their stores, they have several useful tools, particularly for wheel visualization and such on their website. Makes it a bit easier to narrow down your needs/requirements prior to making a purchase.

In short, I feel that this company truly commits to their goals/statements on their website - they are able to find tires/wheels that fit in almost anyone's budget. I have said it live on Limitless Tire's instagram and I'll say it again, guys, if you're looking for tires/wheels or to do any sorts of modifications on your car, consult with Limitless Tires.

Was interested in buying tires here but not too sure anymore, due to the pandemic i was deciding to buy online and install in store, apparently their tires are more expensive in the store than online. This is very deceiving, this is the same company but charging more in store, this makes no sense. Also, the lifetime alignments have hidden term and conditions, you have to pay for a rotation when you come in which is $50, which was not stated in their radio commercials. Companies that do not advertise their terms and conditions on such promotions on their websites leaves me very skeptical. Shop with caution.

My tire shopping experience has never been so quick, easy and cost efficient. I was searching all over town for tires and rims, but was not treated well. Then I came across Limitless Tire. This is the only tire shop I would go to as their prices are the best you can get, and their instore offers are something everyone should take advantage of. Must visit.

I came in for a flat tire repair and alignment on my A6. The front desk representative told me it would take 45 minutes. I was guided to a waiting room, and greeted with pleasant hospitality. To my surprise the repair and alignment was completed well before 45 minutes and no issues. They also gave me an alignment report and explained about my tire life and the importance of how an alignment alone can save and extend life of your tires.

Gives no attention to customers poor service. Was waiting for 20 mins no one even came and ask me what i want or u have to wqit or whatever

Tire rotation on my Crossover took about 20 min without appointment and costs $39 plus HST. The staff are nice and more than enough parking space in the front and side of the store. Highly recommended.

Was looking around for tires for a while now, as I am not very knowledgeable about what tires to get. Zaib and Ron at the North York location really helped me out over the phone, through email and in person. I felt very comfortable with them, wasnt even going to buy tires, but after speaking with them I felt like there was no where else to go!

The tires I got were even showed to me on there own personal cars to make me fee more comfortable with my purchase.

Limitless Tire from BRAMPTON should be called Limitless SERVICE! Never had this kind of service! From the phone call to inquire to getting back my key, I felt like I was being taken care of. Just got a winter tire and rim package at the Brampton location and was very happy with the service. Decent prices and the option the finance really helped this close to Christmas. Malik was excellent, I would definitely recommend and will be returning.

The worst tire buying experience of my life, or rather attempted tire purchase (and I'm 49 so I've bought my fair share of tires over the years).

I went on Limitless' website and got a quote for winter tires with the "out the door" price. I wanted to look around at options so saved the quote and had it emailed. I decided to get the tires and clicked on the "Request an appointment" button from the online quote, picking two options for date and time as requested and made sure to put the quote # in the notes. I didn't hear back from anyone so emailed them, again with the quote #. Finally getting a hold of someone and having them find my quote I made an appointment for the following week with a reply of "Found your email, November the 12th at 9: 00 am will be perfect"

So I got to the North York shop at 9: 00am on the 12th and Vick tells me that they don't do appointments (funny, thats not what the email says, or the button at the bottom of the quote). Also, they don't have the tires in stock, I have to buy them online and wait for them to call me for installation. Ummm, What? What did I do a quote and schedule an appointment for? Oh and the online price is different from in store, if you want me to order them now it will be $300-400 more. So glad I took a day off work for this, nice bait and switch.

I went back home to order the tires online, Oh, now my quote won't load and when I get a new quote the price has gone up $350. I went back through all of the emails and the quote and nowhere does it say that a quote won't be honoured or that you have to order the tires online to get the quote amount.

I just booked an appointment at my dealership for the same tires at the same price with an online quote and online appointment. At least at the dealership I know they won't try to fleece me because the quotes for service and parts are actually honoured.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

On October 12th, I had an appointment with Limitless Tire in Brampton to have 4 new tires installed on my car. The service was great from the moment I ordered the tires online. I would definitely recommend Limitless Tire and I love my new tires. They have great prices and above average customer service.

Just had some tires replaced earlier today. The place was impressive. The prices are even more impressive. Honestly I've been shopping around for a week and no one else in town has better deal! Vick did an excellent job getting me the tires I was looking for. He's very knowledgeable and precise. I was in and out in no time. I give Limitless Tires 6 Stars!

So I'm going to leave this review here cause first I was reading the reviews on advantagewon. A company I never dealt before I went to limitless tires to buy some tires and rims. With that said I just decided to read the reviews on limitless which I should of done before going there. I see the owner reponse to everyone else reviews and right away you can tell he's unprofessional places like these are to be avoided like a plague. Long story short I made a mistake by financing tires here cause I trust the lady thinking the rims and tires were 1800 got a call from someone asking for insurance and that sort gave it them and whatever else they asked for.when the time comes to sign she just says sign here I look at it the bill is 3600 I asked how come she says interest. I just said ok what ever I signed never missed one payment and Mr owner that replies I have that proof 100%. One morning my car was gone. After finally figuring out why they have my 15000 car for some tires. (oh you never list us as a loss payee.) Which no one ever told me about why would you have finance me if I didn't. So long story short contacted limitless they had nothing to say. So I lost my 15000 cat for dealing with limitless tires never missing a payment. It's ok thou this was two years ago and I bought two other cars. And this same thing this happened to my friend so that's why I'm here. So anyone that reads this be very careful with limitless. With financing cause they don't care about you as a customer and don't even mention advantagewon this is what they do. Wingmen I guess.

The only place i can find my size tire in GTA for a low price & can pick up or install in Toronto to replacement my brand new tire busted in snow storm. U buy online today it's in their shop next day.
Updating today to get the $5 donation to Canadian Cancer Society (I hope they really donate). I find the Sat hrs very convenient, & I can get the tire in the store after ordering online instead of waiting for a wk or 2.

Hats off to the guys over at limitless Tire. It's one thing to find a vendor that that has a great selection of wheels, but it's another thing to meet someone who knows what they are talking about. Anyone can have a fancy shop but Malik's knowledge and great customer service Is the very reason why I'm now a lifelong customer. I've visit 2 other stores in the GTA and only walked in here to compare prices, I was not prepared to do anything, but 1 hour later im outta here with my wheels+tires mounted.
