We are Lincoln Height Ford fans! This our 5th purchase from this dealership, a sleek Whisper Blue Mach E Performance.

The staff here are some of the best people I’ve seen in sales. I have been in sales for over 40 years and if I owned or ran a business, these are the people I want to work with. We bought a new Lincoln and it felt right after trying 3 other dealers.

As always with Lincoln Heights Ford a service call with no surprises, delivered on time, with great friendliness and several offers of coffee while I waited. Better than going to Starbucks for both atmosphere and coffee.

I couldn, t be happier. As usual while the gang were tending to my truck, I was treated like a king. Its nice in these hard times to go somewhere and they make you feel good. A feeling a lot of us are missing these days. But when I go somewhere like Lincoln Feilds, I feel special. It takes my mind off all the stuff going on, and for a little bit you feel good. This is the 3rd new vehicle we have purchased from Moe Issa, I met him in 2018 when I purchased my Escape, my husband bought a new Ecosport in 2020 and I recently traded in my SUV for a gorgeous Ranger. Moe always remembers us when we see him. He is not pushy, he takes the time to answer questions and goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. When my vehicle arrived he took pictures while it was still on the truck and sent them to me. He found me some 2nd hand weathertech floor mats which saved me from having to buy them and then offered to deliver them to my house.

Dave has has always been more than fair with my trade in vehicles, the first time I met him, he offered me more on my trade sight unseen then the other dealers I went to.

When it's time to do the paperwork
Jeff makes it all so easy, he takes the time to explain everything and provides you with an information pkg for everything that you have went over. It is alot of information so it's great having a package to reference when I will need to.
The after sales service has also been awesome. They come to my house pick up my vehicle and bring it back when it's done, it is such a convenient service.

Update: As of 29 Nov 2021 - we have the replacement part. It is chrome - instead of the interior vehicle colour of dark grey.

Took our suv in for a repair late August 2021. When the vehicle was returned, I noticed the loose inside piece of the driver side handle was missing. I spoke with Evan once to have it replaced. Nothing happened. Nor has he responded to my follow up emails. Not impressed. To date - still missing that piece.

LOVE the service we got from Moe on the purchase of our new Ford Bronco sport. He was very charismatic and personable. Very honest and transparent. No pushy sales tactics here. This is our new go to place for our vehicles from now on. BTW, LOVE the Bronco Sport Outerbancks. ️

When the time came to purchase my F150 I knew I would be going to Lincoln Heights Ford. My experience at Lincoln Heights Ford was by far one I would always remember. From the first moment I was introduced to Moe Issa, I knew I was in good hands. My F150 was a factory order as there were not that many of the type of vechile with the features I wanted out there. Moe did let me know the wait time would be longer than usual because of the features associated with the truck. He was extremely helpful with what features he suggested would be beneficial based on the usage of the truck I gave him. His manager Dave was a tremendous help along with the finalization of the pricing of the truck. The finance representative Jeff was a great help in providing some advice with the warranty and maitenece packages available for the new truck as well.

Moe did give me his personal number and advised me that should any questions arise to please let him know. I could personally say that I thought I was bothering him sometimes with how many times I contacted him and asked if my truck was in!

From start to when the truck has finally come, I am so happy with my decision in coming to Lincoln Heights Ford. I will personally only be servicing my vechile at Lincoln Heights Ford because of the sales experience I received.

My partner and I just purchased a beauty of a ride from Lincoln Heights Ford! Our older car died on us last week and wasn't worth salvaging. As that was our first car, we weren't sure where to go from there.
Now, we're a family with a toddler and that meant that ofcourse, while our car was down, we had a doc appt and groceries and this and that and the other thing, to do.
So we called Mo.
I explained to Mo our position and what we needed. He proceeded to advise me how to get the most for the old dead car and line up options for me, as he knew I didn't have a tonne of time to shop around. When I got there, Mo showed me options, took time and shared solid advice to get me in the right vehicle for a growing family. He calmed my nerves about making a big decisions on the fly and even drove me home.
Once we made up our mind, he and Pat helped process our financing and got us all setup to drive home in just two days. They took care of everything for us, as we were neck deep in other responsibilities. Two days later, we went in to pick up. The car was detailed and ready to ride home. But the service didn't stop there. Darius, grabbed the reigns on processing the sale while everyone at Lincoln Heights Ford helped keep an eye on our boy during the process. Darius walked us through all the paperwork and then gave me a fantastic and much needed walkthrough of owning a newer car. Neither my wife or I have owned a vehicle with the mind of a smartphone before, so Darius gave me an incredibly detailed, but quick enough review (as our tott was done with the day) on setting up our Ford app. He made sure we were ready to handle everything this new car was, that we were comfortable to go and waved us off.

All this to say, in short, I really felt we were treated with care and support, the way you would a family member. Mo took the time to learn our needs and get us in the car that would work for us. Pat was cheerful and helpful in explaining the finances to me, and Darius sent us off ready to simply enjoy our new ride without confusion or worries.

So incredibly disappointed in this dealership. Brand new truck and didn't matter what we tried to tell them they wouldn't listen. 5th wheel hitch installed, short box. We asked for the sliding hitch but guess Dave knows best. Now our back window is blown out and truck rails bent because they installed the WRONG hitch. Never again will I deal with this dealership, nor family and friends.

I took a look at a couple vehicles here and the staff was extremely helpful. I mostly dealt with Mo, and he was quick to address any questions that came up when looking at both their new and used inventory. Very knowledgeable staff, I’d recommend coming here.

The sales guy is nice selling me the Ford Fusion. Yet the car keeps breaking down and I sold the car at a huge loss while it just hits 29k kms

Incredible service! I now understand why Lincoln Heights Ford is rated so highly for their customer service. I was able to get an appointment to view a car within 15 minutes. I was served by Chris Braceland and he was amazing right from the start. He was so knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and really took the time to show me all the specs and details about the car. I had been to other dealerships the same day looking at other cars and the service Chris provided me was incomparable and really made the difference. I felt confident in my decision going with the car at Lincoln Heights Ford because of how helpful and knowledgeable Chris was. Even after I had paid and the keys were in my hands Chris helped get settled into the car and waved me goodbye! I truly do not have any complaints and I would recommend Chris and this dealership to everyone I know.

UPDATE: New tires and spring tune-up. Loaner provided and complimentary car wash as usual. Excellent service. A small tweak I would suggest is to rename the 'Stewardship Fee' on the bill as we understood it to be a fee for storing our new tires (~2-3 weeks) we purchased from the dealership; and we were surprised by this. I called them and they explained that this is a mandatory government fee for the disposal of the old tires and must be paid when new tires are purchased. All good.

UPDATE: Service completed Dec 8 per factory request. Loaner provided and complimentary car wash as usual. EXCELLENT service. We've owned several cars at different dealerships in Ottawa over the last 30 years but no one comes close to the quality, expediency and friendly, courteous service at Lincoln Heights. The owner warmly greeted my husband in the showroom, offering him a coffee. The father and son and all staff in fact are genuine

Nov 2018: We had our Lincoln MKZ Hybrid in for maintenance a few months ago and there were paint issues on the inside of the doors. Lincoln took care of everything and I appreciated the loaner. Just had our 2nd maintenance under warranty including winter tires installed. EXCELLENT. Evan Bell and his dad and staff make you feel valued, appreciated and cared for. They are the BEST.

3 months earlier:
We had the Lincoln MKZ Hybrid in for 2 repairs-passenger side review mirror and back-up camera. Received a loaner for 3 nights for repairs and parts to come in. Best service we've had after owning cars for 30 years TRULY.

I LOVE! My Ford C-Max Energi plug-in hybrid that I bought from Chris at Ford Lincoln Heights in 2019. It's the best car I've ever had. And I've raved about it to friends who are now looking seriously at plug-in hybrids too.

It uses almost no gas - I refueled it in April 2020 and will refuel on the one-year anniversary, April 19. One year on one tank of gas.

And it uses so little electricity. It's made virtually no difference to our hydro bill. The regeneration feature is terrific. I do think plug-in is the way to go, best of both power sources.

I use it for running around town, not so much for highway driving or the 417, so I guess that's why it uses so little gas, only over 80 km/hr.

The trunk space is totally adequate for my needs. And it has so much power and a smooth ride. A superb city car.

I was glad to hear that Ford is working with the Feds to make more electric cars and batteries in Canada. I know this sounds like an ad but it's all true. Hurray for Ford plug-in hybrids!
