Linda Nails and Spa

I was a little disappointed at my last visit to Linda's Nails. I have been a customer for 4+ years and I just found that something was missing. Linny usually looks after doing my pedicure and eyebrows. I felt like she was in a hurry this time to finish my appointment so she could move on to another customer that it seemed she knew really well. On several occasions I attempted to speak to her about how she was doing, etc, but she never showed any interest in asking me how things were with me. I just felt like the service she gave me was not good. The customer beside me got real quality service. The lady took her time and was very efficient with the other customer. Not sure at this point if I will continue to be a customer.

Linda's Nail salon was very welcoming they took me in last minute and made sure I was happy before leaving wonderful salon I suggest you go and get your nails done or a pedicure you won't be disappointed.

We visited this week and got 2 pedis, a dip and a pedi for a 4 year old. They were amazing with the little one and made it a fun time. Very nice experience and my nails are awesome! Will be back!

Linny was absolutely amazing! She knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it. She's very kind and patient. The staff are all friendly and helpful! I've been to many nail salons where I left with my nails and I didn't like them. Can't say that about Linda Nails and Spa. Exceptional! Will be making this my go to nail salon.

The best place! The ladies working there are all so friendly and welcoming! Their work is never rushed. Moreover, eye brow wax service is always on point!

I had to wait for 45 minutes to have a lady to do my nails. I booked at 10: 00am and I finally get nail done at 10: 45 because it was full of people. Very coward!

I am not happy with my nails. $75 for it. When I called and talked. They said it would be $45 plus tax and tips. It would be between $50-$55.
The lady who did my nails. She crossed my personal bubble by grabbed my arms and pretty tough with my hands. She wasn’t gentle with my hands and nails.
The shape was coffin and its horrible.

Employees were very friendly! That’s only part I like in this salon. I am trying to be grateful as I can. I do think I need a return.

Amazing customer service. Super friendly staff. And they did a really amazing job on my nails always checking to make sure it was to my liking 100/10 would recommend

When I went there was only 1 other customer. She was already complaining and was very unhappy.

I chose colour gray she did a terrible job, I asked her if she was going to cut cuticles and she said no u have to get a manicure. So she legit just refilled my nails and did 3 coats which barely covered. My nail has weird holes and bumps.

Linda's Nails is hands down my FAVOURITE nail salon to go to! All of the ladies there are fantastic! They are always welcoming and friendly, and offer a wide range of services. All tools are cleaned thoroughly and additional protections have been added since re-opening from COVID-19, making me feel very comfortable and safe. I've been going there for over 5 years, and my entire family travels from different parts of York Region to go here too! Highly recommend!

Had the worst manicure a couple of days ago. No attention to detail. Very sloppy. Nails were bumpy even after filing, no cuticle oil or hand cream. Very poor experience and will not be returning. Very disappointed.

I've been getting my nails done here for almost 4 years and I have yet to be disappointed. The ladies are great and on the rare occasion I've damaged my manicure, I've been able to drop in for a quick fix. If you do plan on visiting, make sure to call and book as they can get pretty busy.

Worst salon ever! The place is dirty they have a small selection of colours and most of all their services was horrible! They don’t know how to do any nail art too. I had a full set of acrylics done after a 45 min wait even though I had a appointment.

The girl had no idea what she was doing. When I complained they just ignored it and spoke in their own language and started laughing. Wow.no customer service at all!

I ended up going to another salon in the same plaza right next to Natures Emporium. Sunrise Nails.they did an amazing job and fixed the mess that this salon did.

They ask me to wait 20 minutes and it ended up in 55 minutes.then the girl she attached the extensions and cut them with scissors (without asking how much length i need) when i asked her not to cut too much they start talking with each other with their own language.the girl sitting beside her came and start looking at my nails, i asked what happened they didn't tell.
I asked for UV gel nails and she did acrylic
I said I need UV gel.she said oh this is UV Gel comes in powder form.then for the whole time they were talking in their own language and then look at and laugh.

I asked if she have any coupon or deals she said
"we pay alot of rent for this big place, and if u can ask our landlord to give us coupon i will give you discount and coupon"
and other employees start laughing on me

then she ask me to place my hands under something (it was not UV light) and forgot to turn it on.i was sitting there for 5 minutes and then i realized nothing is happening.i asked her if i am done.she said oh i forgot to turn it on

that girl has a 6-8 year old daughter who were forced to broom and clean and bringing the nail paint and putting it back for her and (the kid) she was standing without mask with her while she was filing my nails

I have been to many different nail salons and Linda's is by far my absolute favourite! I rarely have to wait when I arrive for my appointment. Not only is the staff warm and friendly, they take extra care in making sure we are satisfied. It is a clean and very relaxed environment. Linny is my girl and she does an amazing job everytime. I get many compliments on my nails! Highly recommended!

I was not very impressed with the cleanliness of the place. The towel she used to cover the (not so clean) table was dirty. The table had skin and nail clippings. Everything felt rushed - bits of the old polish were left and I had to point out a broken nail because she somehow missed it. This wasn't my first time, but will be the last. The price wasn't transparent. Make sure to ask upfront.

One of the best nail places to go. My shellac always lasts for more than 3 weeks with no chips and Linda does the best eyebrow waxing.

I went here before and their manis and pedis were amazing, the service was too. But recently I got ombré and gel refill done here, and after a day the paint on the edge of my nails started chipping. The way she did the refill was also very bad. She didn't fill the ends enough or properly, so my nails ended up uneven. She also put only one layer of polish and top coat, so it was very thin overall and I could see the lines where my previous refills were were very visible and apparent, which was never a problem at other places. After less than a week, all of my nails had chipped and were missing paint around the edges, and when I called to let them know, they said that that was "ok and normal". I've had ombré done before elsewhere, and it lasted me perfectly for three weeks. Once I told her that, she asked what I wanted to do, and I said I didnt want to get ombré again if the quality is this bad, so she offered a new colour replacement instead. Once I came in, they realized that they'd have to redo the entire nail and do another gel refill to fix it, and only offered to do one of fingers (the most chipped one in the photo) for free. They also told me that I'd have to pay half price to fix all my nails (even though they were all chipped), despite the fact that there's a two week warrantee covering any damages. I payed 60$ for nails that didn't even last me a week, so I refused to pay more money for questionable quality, so I just left. All in all very disappointed: (

Great place all the staff is very friendly and they do a great job. Prices are very good. I won't go anywhere else
