Lindholm Medical Centre

I had pretty much the same experience as many of the other 1 star posters. At first, when speaking with him on the phone, I thought he was some sort of student or temp. There was a lot of: um.so.er.give me a minute, long pauses, like he was looking something up, but very slow and once put me on hold and never returned. To my surprise he was the doctor when I arrived for my appointment.
He was 40 minutes late, which I could have lived with. Waiting in the room though, looking around, I noticed none of the things you usually see in a doctors office.
You know the plastic model of a heart that you can take apart and look at, or the nutritional information of all the food groups on a poster. Maybe some brochures about heart disease or diabetes.
Nope, none of that, just 4 plastic holders, 3 which contained botox information and the 4th, which was for cosmetic face lift/fillers.

A positive was a woman I spoke with about the results of my blood test. She was very well-spoken and explained everything in a professional manner. I assumed she was the doctor.

Stay clear of this office.worst experience regarding a ''Medical Centre''. Don't bother wasting your time unless you want to be disappointed.

Never consider them to be your family Doctor. Still don't answer your calls saying about COVID-19. Never returns your calls nor there is a procedure to book appointment. Dissapointed and fed up

Dr. Lindholm was a great help and followed up with me after sending me in for x-rays, I'd recommend scheduling an appointment over the phone before going in ️

I have called twice trying to reach a doctor every time i am put on hold and don't speak to anyone.

Probably my worst experience at a clinic or with any doctor. Waited over 30 minutes for my appointment and the doctor didn’t even know what I was there for. The entire place is an absolute filth and looks like it’s never been cleaned before - dust everywhere. Doctor comes in with busted old shoes and dust on his pants and a sports shirt, looking like he works in construction. I had to get two injections and he didn’t read the instructions of my previous doctor or even verify what I was getting. He didn’t sanitize the area of my shot or wash his hands or anything - he just did it and walked out! Absolutely horrible that a place like this can get away with stuff like that.

Waited well over an hour for my pre-arranged physical (appointment made a week prior) and then was asked "what was I there for". Never took my blood pressure, and the whole "full physical" appointment lasted 5 minutes. Steer clear away.

Dr Lindholm is great, really helpful and thorough. I visited for the first time as a walk-in but I'm now making Dr Lindholm my permanent family doctor:)

We moved to the area a few years ago and I am very happy to have Dr Lindholm med centre close by. He is very knowledgeable fast and responsive. The waiting
time never been to long. Definitely I recommend his medical services to everyone.

Dr Lindholm has been my doctor for over 7+ years and he is by far one of the best and most caring and compassionate doctors in the city of Toronto. As someone brushed off and treated like dirt by our medical system, James Lindholm has treated me with respect, communicates my medical diagnosis and treatment and has never given up on my diagnosis no matter how difficult. THAT is a good family doctor.

Fantastic doctor! Wait time has never been long for me! Quite the opposite actually. Very thorough and pleasant doctor. Wonderful with my 2 young girls. Gives antibiotics when needed and always follows up with a future appointment.

My son had a fever for 5 days and I took him there for medical attention, because a fever for 5 days is not normal. She checked him and said it was flu like symptoms and it was viral and was gonna go away in about 2 weeks. She did not want to give me some antibiotics because it wasn't bacterial. I wasn't happy with the response. I went to get a second opinion and took him to the emergency, after tests he was diagnosed with early pnemonea and was prescribed antibiotics to treat it! Dr. Lindholm is the only one who is good there.

Waste of time and money.
I didnt had an ontario health card and went there for my medical test for driving license. When i see the dr, she says they cannot perform blood work there because they dont have any equipment and i have to go get it done at a lab and they will charge me extra. Moreover she said the results will not be in till monday, she said as she will be seeing me on monday she will charge me 110$ on monday. I paid 135$ before entering the room for my driving license medical and she said i have to pay 110$even today BECAUSE she is seeing mel! Wow! Such a rip off of your money if you dont have an ontario health card. (135$ license medical exam fee+50$ for blood work+100$for friday and $100 for monday just to SEE THE DR). Wont be going there back again. The bad part is the receptionist charged me $135 in cash when i entered and dr said i have to pay $110 to see the dr, i told her you guys should charge everything in the starting and that noone told me there will be a dr fee as well. I dont want to pay 135 and then be told before leaving that i have to pay another 110. Hilarious.
