Lindt Chocolate Shop - Upper Canada Mall

This is a good Lindt location in the large but not too busy mall in Newmarket. This has a very wide selection of Lindt products and they are sold with decreasing unit price the more you buy. The issue then is how do you stop eating them once you buy a months supply but eat them in a week! The store can be a little cramped and busier than most other mall stores but the staff worked hard to help and serve all. Veronica was out sales agent and was great so ask for her to help you find the ones you like best or new recommendations

The sales person was not willing to sell us a thing. We entered the store 20 minutes before closing and she constantly checkd her wristwatch. Did not answer my questions and said something about the deals. Not all customers are interested in deals. I left without buying anything.

When I come to the Toronto area from Windsor, I make a point of visiting this store. While I love the Lindor product in general, the employees here treat me like royalty. Shout out to Nevena, Rucna and Sarah (apologies if I've misspelled anyone's name)

I purchase 15 chocolates before exiting the store I saw the deal they had for 100 chocolates I wanted to exchange it and the asian manager told me exchanges are not allowed. I didn't even exit the store! I left without buying the 100 chocolates

The worst customer service I experienced in my life so rude and aggressive if you can’t work and don’t have nice attitude just refuse to work and mess up the reputation of Lindor
I asked for manager and she screamed at me please follow up make sure lindor reputation doesn’t get hurt

Other than they were sold out of flavours we wanted to try, we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

Very kind and helpful staff. We did a big last minute purchase and they were very patient and always smiling.

It's a good store but they've not served hot drinks. I would be nice if they could do so.

Be carful of deals they are offering in store. They are too expensive and if you buy they will not change the offer for you even if you are still in store.
