Lindt Chocolate Shop - Scarborough Town Centre

This store doesn't care about it's customers, my mother and I were in the store the beginning of this year where my mother had a fall as a result of a staff member and customer not clearing the exit/entryway. She needed to go to the hospital for treatment, via ambulance, where it was determined her shoulder was broken. Both our names and numbers were left with the management however neither them or anyone from head office had the decency to follow-up with us to inquire about my mother's well-being. It has been a very traumatic event and their lack of respect and compassion towards the situation has only made it worse. Passersby showed more compassion and concern, very disappointed with this company and the people they employ.

Great offers for Christmas. The supervisor guy was really nice and helpful. But one employee was a bit stingy. There was a new flavour of the Lindt truffle out there and when we requested her if we could taste one of that before purchasing, she said she would MINUS ONE truffle from the 150 Lindt truffles we would buy I would have purchased more things hadn't you thrown those conditions.

On the other hand, when you enter the store, they are actually welcoming each customer with a truffle.

I should have asked her to add the 33¢ to my bill for the free truffle they gave me while I entered the store also

I love chocolate from here. A little bit pricey but worth buying a few treats for the family.

This is my favorite chocolate store, plus they give out chocolates to kids on Halloween. What a nice surprise ！ Thank you Lindt！！！
