Number one rule of Toronto - you must always grab a hot chocolate from Lindt when you're at the Shops at Don Mills. Great selection of treats, welcoming staff, and super tasty hot chocolate.

The staff here is always so friendly. They're very smiley and polite. I asked for a recommendation on a hot chocolate flavour as it was my first time ordering. The medium dark was suggested and was the best hot chocolate I have ever had. Reasonable prices on bulk truffles as well with interesting flavors.

I’m not super big on sweets but I came here with my Godson and this has to be a Chocolate lovers paradise. Really good quality chocolate in a variety of flavours with friendly service I had to give them a 5 star rating.

Love the hott white chocolate drunk. They need to introduc8it to other locations, had to go rather far to get one, but it was worth the taste, not the distance. You all should have larger cups.

Very Bad customer service, we walked in and grabbed a big box of the mix and match, we were ready to check out and the lady working there said she will be right back, when she came back, the cook there called her to train on making shakes for the first time, while we were standing by the cash out station, they totally ignored us as if we weren’t there. If they need to train their employees, they shouldn’t do it between customers or during the store opening hours. Never shopping from this location again

Great Valentine's sale! Many items on 'buy 3 or 4 get 1 free'. Doesn't hurt to get a free chocolate at the door either ️

As I love ice cream Lindt Chocolate serve the purpose. My wife introduced the shop to me & whenever we are having a craving of it we drive down! They serve 3️⃣ flavor options;

Very welcoming and nice ambiance for sitting and having a hot chocolate. They offer different types of hot chocolate from white to intense dark.

Everybody knows Lindt chocolate. They have perfect chocolates. There are many different kinds of chocolate. But this location has special something. They have ice cream and iced chocolate. Ice cream like regular ice cream but cone deep has a liquid dark chocolate. When you finish you feel like finish a chocolate, not like ice cream. Iced chocolate is perfect choosing for summer days. If you want something cold and different something from Tim Horton's or Starbucks you can choose iced chocolate. I definitely recommend.

Not handling well online orders. Curbside pickup is a disaster. Customer service in-store is Zero. You don’t get an email confirmation when you order is ready. I hope Lindt improves their online services and curbside pickup.

Always a great selection and prices. But the star was their delicious ice cream. I have used Lindt couverture chocolate for my confections, mousses and cakes and they always taste great. This ice-cream is a chocolate symphony in the mouth: smooth, velvety, rich, just amazing.

I meet my mom in this plaza often and every time we shop at this store. My mom loves the clearance shelf which always has amazing deals, she uses items as gifts and the store has amazing customer service, they have always given her extra packaging (like the clear bags/brown bags) to be able to repackage items at home. We always get drinks and it’s nice that they have put a few small tables outside for their customers. Covid protocols are great, I took one star off as they seem busy, quite a few customers in the store, only saw 2 employees and one was off the floor for a bit and so our drinks took awhile to be made but worth the wait.

This is the best Lindt i've been to so far. The selection is great and all the employees are wonderful. The manager, Caitlyn, helped me pick out specific dark chocolates that I was looking to get my mother and all the recommendations were loved! I even came back a second time to get more of what she recommended. Overall, Caitlyn was friendly and very helpful since I had very little experience in buying chocolates.

Disappointing how the employees assigned to give the free sample pick and choose which customers they offer it to.
The manager, Lucy, is very nice, which makes it unfortunate that emplyees like Sodhonie make the experience very unpleasant. Too bad one person makes this place unwelcoming.
I always drive quite the distance for a good hot chocolate, served in mugs, but I think it’s time to move on. Perhaps the competition hires people who take pride in what they do and respect their customers.

On first impression, it has great curb appeal with large windows enticing you to enter. Once inside the interior doesn't disappoint.

Chocolate made from Lindt has to be the best for the money and the service at this location just makes it that much better

As a Lindt lover, milk chocolate lover, especially the extra creamy milk, this location had it all. Promotion 4 big bars for $10! Worth it. So many varieties in chocolates, I mean from A to Z. Excellent customer service quick to help. Clean, lots of variety, fast service, you get lost here in the amount of chocolates. Free round ball chocolate offerings on trays. I can’t say no to Lindt! Federer is also there smiling back at you as a thanks for coming by our store. Oh yeah they offer Lindt chocolate drinks or shakes, and they have the big expresso coffee machine. Love the big white chef hats as uniform. I missed out on those.
