Worst customer services. Ordered Mid December 2022 at 3050 Vega Mill, Missisauga branch little over $500 purchase, with tons of other shopping in store, Still not received till today 28th Jan 2023. More then 1 & half month ago. Every-time we check its always after 2 days (date) ready to ship in tracking, if this is there non professionalism in shipping after taking money, Future of Linen Chest is soon going to be like Bed Bath & Beyond End, Totally Avoid the order to ship at your home or you will never get it & they literally don’t care! I am surprised how easily they take your money and never send you, seriously how can big brand name do that. Highly disappointed!
