I recently visited this phone store and I must say, I was very impressed with their service. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and they took the time to listen to my needs and answer all my questions. They were patient and understanding, and didn't pressure me into making any decisions.

The store itself was clean and well-organized, with a wide variety of phones and accessories on display. I appreciated that they had both new and refurbished phones available, as well as options for different carriers.

When it came time to make a purchase, the staff guided me through the process and made sure I understood all the terms and conditions. They even helped me set up my new phone and transfer all my data from my old device.

Sherif was the best! So calm, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. I am so happy that I was referred here and I am saving big money with way more selection for the entire family.

Guys were awesome. Went above and beyond to accommodate my situation (my mom needed her phone fixed but was only in town for 24 hrs on Easter weekend). Obviously they might not always be able to pull that off but that they made the calls to try and make it happen (after telling me it wouldn’t be ready til after the long weekend) is good customer service! My mom’s iPhone 7+ had issues with the microphone and now it works perfectly. I’ll update if any issues arise. Otherwise, definitely would recommend them for phone repairs in the west end

Went thereto get my screen fixed. Paid 200 and it fell out the next day. I ended up just typing it together around the sides rather than give them my phone for another 24 hrs

I needed to replace the cell phone battery and I decided to go to this store as Reviews from other people were good. They replaced the battery in my cell phone but I wasn't happy with the battery performance as it depletes the charge very fast. I brought it back to them to see if they can replace it with another battery. The owner, Sherif, attended to me and he was willing to respond to my request. Went to the apple store and was told I needed to buy a new phone. A family member recommended link it up and it was the best decision I could’ve made in this situation. Not only did they save me from making an unnecessary and expensive purchase, they were very knowledgable and actually took the time to explain the issue, whilst providing multiple options for solutions in an evidently honest manor. They’ll have all my future business and referrals, guaranteed.

Damaged my iPhone. Went to Apple Yorkdale and was told that they wouldn’t be able to backup my phone because it was too far gone. Tried to go to 2 other third party places to see if there was anything I could do but unfortunately no one was able to help. Was referred to Link it up by a friend, I emailed them and explained my situation. Within the hour I received an email back from Vlad that gave me options and told me to bring in my phone the very next day. When I got to the store he took my phone and told me he would get back to me asap. Within a few hours he called me with an update and said that he would be able to backup my phone even when apple said they couldn’t. The owner Sherif took over at this point and kept me updated throughout the entire process until everything was restored. Prompt, quick, efficient and seamless service through the entire process. The staff is extremely helpful, and give you affordable options (aka with fixing broken screens- there’s different types of screens they offer depending on your wants or needs!)

Was involved in a car accident the day before my phone broke. It was last minute on a sunday afternoon around 5pm near closing time. I needed my phone to be functional so i can access the photos, they took me in last minute, fixed my phone up so well that it looks brand new, and done all this within 45mins, really good guys highly recommended.

Really great customer service, helped me find the best phone suited to my needs and went above and beyond to solve a small issue that came up when unlocking a phone.

I just got my phone fixed there as I had smashed the screen. They fixed it the same day for a great price and even gave me a free screen protector. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!

April 20,2019 I purchased 2 phones from Link It Up at 2500 Hurontario St and Dundas (Mississauga). I changed my mind the next day about my purchase and wanted to return them. Usually they do not give refunds however, Loy & Johny called the store Manager for permission to give me a refund. They were wonderful and helpful. They didn't give me any hassle but, informed me there would be a restock charge. They refunded the difference in cash and I left happy.

Had a great first time experience, they went above and beyond to fix my mother’s phone after having a couple of issues, excellent services and honest fair guys. Highly recommend.

I bought an iPhone 7 from the Apple store in 2016 and I had a few issues with the gyroscope (camera would not tilt from vertical to horizontal). The lads at Link It Up were honest in telling me this rather costly repair would not be 100% guaranteed to work/solve my issue as it is a very delicate procedure (other key components can be damaged in the replacement process). I very much appreciate this honesty instead of making an easy couple of hundred dollars off me and then possibly selling me another phone. Last night - April 24th at 8: 45 pm, I came in for issues with my charging port. They cleaned it on the spot and that solved my issue. Very friendly and hard-working people at this shop - it shows the minute you come in. Their prices are also very reasonable.

My dad went to get a charging cable for his iphone today. The young gentleman spend so much time patiently showing him all the different options and explaining the pros and cons of each. Then my dad wanted to have a phone holder for his car, so the team again showed him all the different options, made sure it worked with his case, took care of setting it up for him and made sure he is happy with the decision. Brought my iPhone 6 in, it was in bad condition. I dropped it on the road in a rainstorm, and it stayed outside all night. In the morning around 9 i had found it on the road.run over. I had a otter box on but my screen was completely destroyed. I came to LINK IT UP and they had my iPhone 6 fixed in an hour for around 75$. I added a screen protector and it was an extra 15$. Overall i spent 90$ and waited an hour. It was great.

Had my phone serviced by John. Very fast and efficient. Had my phone returned in 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

Used to have a good selection and excellent prices on phones and accessories. Now everything costs 4x more and the workers are grumpy. Never got a repair done there

I bought a screen protector and had the gentlemen install it. Although he was courteous, the screen protector fell off within 3 days. He didn't give me a receipt and because I no longer had the protector (I don't know where or when it came off, I just looked at the phone and realized it wasn't there) I had no recourse. I should have listened to the people who told me not to go here!

I am the owner of a SAMSUNG android that was powered off early this past Sunday morning, and attempted to power back on in the late afternoon, without success. My husband and I finally gave up and drove to Rogers. The representatives were courteous, but could not understand what the problem was. Their solution was to charge me $70.00 for a loaner phone, which would be credited upon return, plus an additional charge of $67.80 for mailing to a company called Brightstar Device Protection, plus possibly additional repair costs. All information on my device would be deleted. If they could not repair, it would be replaced. Believe me I was not impressed.

Over a year ago, my husband Norman had broken his former android by slamming it in our car door, received a replacement, and Rogers explained there was no way to retrieve the photos, contacts, etc. A friend told him about your business, and so Norm took his android to your location. All of the information was successfully retrieved. That is why we decided to come back to see if you could help us. We highly recommend LINK IT UP, and most definitely will recommend to our friends.

Sent by the Rogers store at Square One, Apple quoted me 179 and Linkitup did it for 110 and included a free glass to protect my new screen.

Was sent by Rogers SquareOne on Sunday, they threw in a glass on top of my new screen and it looks like new.

The people at Link It Up on a Hurontario are kind, respectful, professionals whose customer service is exceptional! They possess specialized experience fixing issues that Apple won’t or can’t fix. That’s a very important thing to know.because Apple tells you to buy a new phone.but Link It Up fixes your phone issue quickly for a minimal amount. Vlad worked quickly to fix the issue so fast! Link It Up is located south of Dundas and north of Queensway in the plaza where there is a Fresco, Macdonalds, Mario’s Bbq and Shoppers Drug Mart. You could easily miss seeing it. I’ve gone to this plaza many times and didn’t know it existed. This was my first time getting any cell phone repaired and I am so grateful to the owners for their extraordinary help and support throughout the process. Highly recommend!

My friend sent me to Link It Up to get some accessories because I literally end up buying new cables for my s9 plus on a weekly basis. I tried buying from Amazon and had to return multiple times because they kept falling apart. I came in today and even though I had to wait to ask question the bald gentleman greeted me right away and asked for me to give him a couple of minutes. Long story short I ended up getting a really good car mount that works perfectly with my phone and a rugged cable. Apparently everyone knows Link It Up but me living 15 minutes away I had no idea.
