Dmitry quickly identified the problem with my DIY rear suspension installation and offered a few options to fix. I definitely will be going back for my future auto service needs.

Dmitry did a great job on providing responsible and professional service. Thaey even polished the scratches for me on a regular maintenance, which the issue was quoted over $3000 by another service provider (they probably overquoted me). An excellent problem solver! Definitely my go-to auto service in the future!

TOTAL FAILURE. Bad service. Got my vehicle there and it was going back and forth. Never on time. Went to pickup my vehicle, new water pump that they installed was cracked. Had to come back an another day. Got the replacement put in. Now im in Alberta, went for an oil change and was notified the pump Dimitri installed is leaking. These guys use cheapest/garbage parts. DO NOT GO THERE.
At the same time Dimitri replaced my water pump he also replaced a radiator. Guess what? There is a leak from one of the transmission hoses going into that aftermarket radiator! @! @#! @# I am furious. This will end up in court.

I WILL BE contacting my lawyer and Better Business Bureau. This place is a joke and a SCAM.

I am glad I found this mechanic shop. Dmitry is doing a great job. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, and honest, which means a lot for me. Every time I go for repairs I know I will get the best service possible miles around. Well done!

I've had many bad experiences when it comes to car repairs, but Lino's Auto Repair Inc was not one of them. I was extremely anxious calling a new shop, but I explained my issue to Dimitri on the phone and he had me bring my car in the next day so I made the appointment and brought my car in.

They called me with a detail of issues we could fix and they walked me through everything, which I found to be incredibly helpful. Upon picking up my car, I drove away and heard an unsettling noise so I pulled into an empty lot and called the shop back. They advised I bring my car back right away.

They immediately had someone come out to test drive the car with me. He noted a noise he didn't like on my car, and hoisted it up to fix the problem. When they came back out to explain the problem they apologized multiple times and assured me they fixed the problem.

I WILL be returning to this shop from now on, as they gave me confidence in the work being done as well as their knowledge and willingness to help me. Thank you so much for providing such great customer service!

I was referred to Lino's Auto Repairs by my friends who are their customers and who highly recommended them.
During my search of the used car I brought few cars to them to inspect and Dmitri was very frank about those cars. He saved me a plenty of money on possible repairs if I'd bought that cars.
The last car I brought to him got his approval so I purchased it and brought that car to Dmitry to do some work on it. Dealership mechanics did reccommeded to replace a lot of stuff but Dmitry refuted most of of those claims and recommended to replace only front tires and do the oil change.
The oil he poured in my car is the best of syntetic oils (Liqui Moly 0w20) at very decent price so now car drives not only very smooth but also is using less gas due to low friction.

I am HIGHLY RECCOMEND DIMITRY and his shop to anyone who respects the best and honest service.

Our family has been using Lino's for over 25 or more years. Dmitri took it over from Lino and we never hesitated continuing bringing our cars to him. Honest and trustworthy to do what is required at only the cost needed. That and the jobs done thoroughly and professionally. I could never ask more in a family mechanic.

No accountability for the work done, absolutely no communication from the garage, rude behavior from the owner (not picking up calls, and not replying back to voice messages) and a a lot of inconvenience for me.

They kept the car for more than a week but the problems that I had explicitly told them to fix were still there (check engine light and two other warning lights). Left the car again with them only to come back and find out the check engine and other two warning lights came on again when I started driving back from the garage.

I have been coming to this garage for a long time and trusted them with their work but unfortunately there was absolutely no accountability for the work done this time. I don't like leaving negative reviews for small businesses and I will take it down if the problem is rectified.

These guys are the best - so reliable and trustworthy. A very honest group of individuals. I had an issue with my electronic power steering (EPS) turning off intermittently on my car. Originally went to the dealer and they quoted me replacement of the entire steering column, a cost of over $2,500.

Dmitri at Lino's was able to reset the sensor and fix my issue for the cost of a diagnostic only. Once the issue returned, he suggested the sensor may require changing, but when he realized the potential cost, he suggested it was not necessarily worth it and instead searched online to find that there was a recall for my vehicle for the EPS (unrelated) which I had already completed in the past. He suggested I still go to the dealer and request a replacement as it was related to the same vehicle function.

I was lucky enough that through the dealer, the manufacturer did pick up the costs of the repairs and Dmitri literally saved me thousands of dollars.
