Liquidation City

To the store owner or manager. We are looking for a sofa set or a sectional couch.
We like what you have in the store.and you can deliver your product to our house. BUT to ask for another 50.00 or 80.00 bucks to bring it in our house is unreasonable to ask for. You should show your appreciation to the customers who pick your store to buy something that needs delivery. Not every customer has someone to help them bring products in. Like a senior and shouldn't have to pay for it.
I give you a 2 star on your delivery policy. Very unreasonable to ask for.

We've bought everything from furniture to a fire pit to kitchen appliances to dog food to snacks.never been unhappy. We stop by every Saturday.and almost never leave empty handed.you never know what you'll find. Love this place.

Made a few purchases here unfortunately every item was defective. I kept going back hoping it was just a fluke. However the last time was just this past week, another defective item with a all sales final on the receipt. Sorry folks will not be returning to local.

Our go to place for appliances and furniture not to mention the smaller things for pets and home. Very friendly and helpful staff. Always there to help. Thank you to everyone

We have purchased several items here. Customer Service is excellent and all the staff is extremely helpful. We saved over $600 buying the exact same chairs from Liquidation City in Norwich vs.at the "brand name" store.

I really don't know how this place calls themself a Liquidation city. Their prices are marked up usually around the same price if not more than a regular box store. The only thing discount in here is the chocolate bars

Very over priced for a liquidation place. Tons of food past best before dates, people and pet food.

I love to go there for there paints there so cheap not just for paint but for everything interesting store is cheap love it

The owner treated my son and I like we were going steal something and when I asked a question he was very rude and still didn’t answer my question. I’ve bought 2 couches and lots of other stuff from there in the past but won’t be returning

Very satisfied with the quality of the products. Prices are very competitive. Always willing to assist us to find what we are after. Delivery times are great.

The items are nice to look at, but that's where it ends. The quality is poor on the furniture, the clothing is insanely expensive, and the other items are way overpriced and not really reflective of a liquidation image.

Their prices are more full retail than liquidation. I just saw a small tractor statue/decorative piece for $24.98 that I saw yesterday at Home Hardware for $12.48. Nice things but the prices are way high for liquidation.

Pricing is all over the place.
Equate 4L jug of Distilled Water $1.49.
Walmart (Equate is Walmart's own brand) sells for $0.97.
They can drive to Walmart, buy a skid load and try to make $0.52 a unit profit.
Absolute robbery.

I LOVE THIS STORE! This is a hidden gem! Since we stumbled on it 10 years ago we always make sure to stop in if we are headed in this direction and make it an absolute must go if we are in the market for furniture. The selection is great as are the prices and the quality. The name is a little misleading as everyone I tell about the store thinks "liquidation" means used or deffect, but that is not the case, they order to spec what you want if you are looking for anything new. We are 45 minutes away and still make the drive here because it is worth it. The recent renovation just made the store that much better. Staff are all very nice, helpful and accommodating. We always deal with Jonathan, he goes above and beyond and we truly appreciate that.
