Very good company to deal with. They are reasonable and address any issues. I have dealt with lots of auction sites and they are one of the good ones. Will deal with them again.

Whilst I have purchased 2 items of quality at their auctions, 3 items have been actual garbage and should not even have been offered at sale - period. There seems to be no attention to quality control. Stock photos used to present poor quality or damaged goods. They have been good at offering refunds so far, but living away from them means I have spent substantial money driving to pickup some items. Looking less good every time I deal with them.

This is the kind of place you’d be tempted to gatekeep but I won’t because they’re so wonderful! The best auctions in London with great selection, availability, and pickup services. Highly recommend!

Used to like going to this auction house, but over the last year the items have been dirty, used or broken. I should have suspected this since they now only use Amazon pictures and not the actual item. Bid increment is also higher than other auctions. Nice staff, though, so I'm giving two stars instead of one.

To begin, I want to emphasize that they have phenomenal customer service. When an issue arose for me they were quick to offer a solution. In addition, the products which I have purchased on auction have all been good quality and in good working order. I will continue to use their services.

Very disappointed. Used several stock items falsely representing items. Of the 26 items purchased more than 3/4 were absolutely garbage, broken, missing pieces, smashed in the boxes they carry out to you by placing very heavy items onto your other fragile purchases and crushing them. Further they did not have one item that was listed and photographed very clearly and upon pickup advised that it was not that item and acted like this was my fault. First refused refund and offered a credit, then said they will refund but will take a minimum 2 weeks. Absolute disaster of an auction house. Caveat emptor. Never again. If you want to throw money in the garbage quite literally shop here.

I’m a regular customer but in the recent months many times that I have purchased were wrongly posted and when it comes to refunds it takes two weeks to get it back and it comes in a form of credit and NOT refund! It’s very frustrating!

I won several items at this auction and had them shipped to me and I'm pretty disappointed with the results. At other auctions that so returns they specify if the item isn't in good condition in the listing itself, that wasn't the case here. Though I guess it's possible they were in better condition before the shipping. Everything was just tossed into the box and a lot of items had come apart in the shipping process. I think that's crazy since all items have a handling fee of $1 in addition to the 16% the auction house gets. Also, and this is by far my biggest issue, all the items had huge stickers on them and one of the records I bought was damaged when I tried to gently remove the sticker. I'm afraid to try and remove the other ones. Will definitely not buy again.

I cannot find their hours of operation antwhere. This makes it difficult to know when to pick up my items. I found a number to call, but there was no answer or voice mail. Poor customer service.

Bought some items on an auction inv#65784 back on Feb 28 2023. Asked for Flat rate GTA delivery fee as requested same day. Have not received a confirmation. Website said to give them a few days. Resent information two weeks later stating I have not received. Then also just tried call and the voice mailbox was full. Need a response sooner than this because of your terms.

Do not purchase expired food items. I did and became very ill for almost 2 weeks. No company should be selling expired food items. It doesn't matter if items are sealed. Food items over a year, two, or three plus years old should NEVER be sold. That is just taking money from people. It is a dishonest and risky practice.

Totally excellent customer service! They will go over and beyond just to give you an outstanding quality service. Have a concern or need a specific accommodation, just inform them and they’ll find you a way. Picking up late is not an issue too. Just inform them in advance. They really set a good service standard among other similar businesses.

This is London's best online auction. Pick up times when not busy only take about 3 or 4 minutes, and when busy never take longer than 20. They have a low return rate, and staff is friendly and helpful. They have a very fair return policy as well.

A bit of a bumpy road with an order but the auction house came through and all delivered! Pleased with the response. Great experience and will be a repeat customer!

Love this auction place! You can get such great deals, and the wait times are so short. Usually in and out within 5-15 minutes. Everyone that I’ve dealt with has been so friendly. I love their pick up process. Returns are easy and credited quickly.
Definitely recommend this place!

This is the best online liquidator in London. By far the customer service is excellent. Quick pick ups and accurate item pictures. It can be a bit hit and miss on quality but that’s any liquidation center. If I ever had a problem I know they would help rectify it.

I would leave less than 1 star if I could, I would not recommend this auction to anyone. We have been ripped off by them and no reply to emails, text messages nothing. Hibid the platform they run under is no help either
All I want is my money back at this point. I'm disgusted by the lack of common decency and respect. They have no problem taking your money right quick but they don't give you all your items so I wonder how many others have been ripped off as well.

Absolutely the worst business owners to deal with.not enough time to start.an unorganized rental business ofc with brutal service and dishonest people working there!

The Staff are very friendly and made sure that everything was properly taken care of and ready for pick up. They were very punctual and made sure that I was satisfied with my orders.

This guy is deliberately cheating us. Pls do not make your chance. He gives false information and his target to get off his products. I bought this tabletop hot plate yesterday late night expecting that this would help us our cooking in our upcoming pleasure trip. Even 2 glass of water is not boiling after waiting for 10 - 15 minutes. It's an absolute waste of money. When I ask him about it, he replied me to connect to 220v.

Excellent customer service and once I picked up the table I purchased, everyone was so helpful to transport to the vehicle.

Everything was all good, once I found the place. I was given the wrong unit number to go to. What I think happened is they have been expanding quickly and the shippers haven't changed it yet. They could be a little more organized at the front without a bunch of people socializing and stick laying about. Growing pains

I first communicated via FB Marketplace. The responses were very quick. When I went to their store to pick up my item, I was pleasantly surprised to see so many more items at great prices. The two people that I interacted with were very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be buying from them again.
