This used to be my store of choice for almost anything, but lately they have become so incredibly rude and disrespectful. They assume every single person is stealing from them. You ask the cashier a question and she literally grunts at you and makes you feel like an inconvenience for being in the store. I waited over half an hour for an employee to buy a full set of appliances and when I finally asked again for some help I was grunted at and waved off. Definitely won’t be back.

We took a chance and ordered a range hood from the website. It was discounted 75% compared to big box stores and was delivered to our door in perfect condition within days. We are so happy with the order and will be looking for more awesome deals!

Purchased a washing machine from this store in June of 2023. Not even 2 months the machine was broken. We reached out to Samsung as Liquidation Nation "prides" themselves on giving a 7day instore warranty and a year warranty in addition through the manufacturer. When we called Samsung, They were glad to help but it appeared that the serial numbers in both locations on the machine were conviently scratched out in the same locations, missing the same numbers and letters. Which meant Samsung could no longer provide a warranty. We have reached out to Liquidation Nation now several times with no progress in getting the issue resolved. For the money you save buying from here it is not worth it. Very disappointed.

Huge selection of different goods, prices are okay on some things, like the clothes, which are reasonable. Staff could use some customer service training though, there’s one lady who works on the floor in the clothing section and she is always very nice and helpful, but the people at the cash (as well as a lady that I believe may be the manager) are not very friendly. They were selling cases of red bull that were many years expired, and well I understand the nature of the business, it should advertised on the signs that it’s expired product so the customer is aware. After we bought two cases we realized the expiry and asked to return it (5 minutes later) and they offered only store credit, which was okay. But there was a lot of attitude about “it’s just a best before date” before that was offered. Today we went to use the store credit and purchased some other items as well and when at the cash, My husband was accused of switching the price tag on an item, which we very clearly did NOT do. We would never do something like that. I realize that it happens, I work retail as well, but they physically argued with him while accusing him of essentially try to “steal” the item for a lower piece. It’s just not good service or a nice feeling when your shopping somewhere and spending your money and they treat you that way. I think after today, we likely won’t be back due to the service. Good customer service goes a long way with keeping customers coming to the store, and they don’t seem to have that mindset.

Really nicely organized store compared to other liquidation stores I have visited. Staff was helpful in pointing me in the right direction. 7 day return policy which is again much better than other liquidation stores I have been to. Recommend!

Comfortmate fan more than $100 I got @ $40. It was open box but excellent quality. Ups messed up with my package. Liquid Nation responded only one time. Second time they did not respond. So I would not say customer service is that good. I had to do my own followup with Ups to get my package without loosing it. I bought 2 fans. If your stuff doesn't break with in 7 days window then it is well worth the price.

They sold non functioning goods and didn’t accept return after 7 days. Even after my explanation, why i couldn’t return it within 7 days, they preferred to leave me with a broken toy. No resolution offered from their side, but money taken. It is a real scam!
They don't care about customers and prefer loosing loyal customers just because of 20-30$. Absolutely shocking customer service starting from the shop manager. Avoid buying stuff in there!

Knowing the prices from a lot of goods at Costco there is not much of a deal. I wouldn't buy from this store to save so little money ($10+) with no guarantee there is no damage or missing parts. You don't get a refund ONLY a store credit.

A lot of items are from Costco. Prices are not discounted ($10 or so) not enough considering these are returns, some used, damaged and some features not working. Personally I won't buy there.

Went there for a winter coat at the end of the season. Signs everywhere saying white sticker is 50 percent off. Fine print says excluding socks shoes and undergarments. However they didnt hold to that even tho I was there the previous week and got snow pants for my son 50% off.

I came home w my toy it was a Mario race track with Mario and Luigi in it but it didn’t come with the cars so my track is useless that I just got I do not recommend going their 99 precent of the time the correct stuff isn’t in the box go if you want to get scammed!

Wow! It's really massive warehouses full of discount items for everything for your home, indoors and outdoors, tools, small appliances and more.

Great place to score some great deals. I love walking around looking at all the products available for sale. You'll definitely save some big bucks shipping here.

Some stuff are good price.but always check receipts they made mistakes a lot. And when you go back have to wait for their manager there.its hard

Some good deals others are priced way too high. You have to be patient and open minded with this place.

This is where your Costco returns go. Not too bad except the prices are only reduced by a small fraction for an open item, or damaged box. Some things didn't even seem like they were priced down at all. For example, a Chase paw patrol rescue toy that sold at Costco $59.99 is being sold for the same price but the box is in rough shape. To be fair the toy can sell near $100, but having spotted this in Costco I don't think the pricing is appropriate. Some ok finds but I find there's a lot of items that should really just go into a dumpster.

Ok if you have the time to spend to look around. You can save a buck or two. Will definitely come back.

They had rock 95 there over the weekend to help with the 50% off sale of furniture, it was awesome.
They sell all kinds of home/business furnishings. Very nice rugs in all sizes, clothes for the whole family, bathroom, kitchen and laundry room supplies. As well baby items, toys for a variety of ages, washers, dryers, fridges, stoves. Some medical supplies, tvs, chocolates, spices, pasta. Makeup and hair accessories, plus much more.
Check them out, they have something for everyone, whether small or large.
I think you will enjoy the wide variety they have in store.

Horrible customer service selling faulty/ used products that are mislabeled! I bought an iRobot shark vacuum that was sealed.once I got home, I opened the package only to see hair and dirt with missing items in the box. Drove 30 mins back to the store and went through 3 other boxes to find one that was in good condition. Boxes did not have label or sticker that they were used/damaged manager did not care and said that’s your choice if you want to come back or not!
DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Practically clothing and items from Costco end up here. The prices range over the price of what Costco sells to below. Just have to do a lot of digging.
