Went for a warehouse sale. Very bad experience: Most of the products are expired and spent like $300 and in some of the products we can’t even see manufacturing dates: These is how we know: that’s why they do mention no refunds or no returns. Unhappy with their customer service too

I was a loyal customer for over 7 years shopped over $2000 from Lisa's annually, but I will not shop from them anymore. I placed an order of ~$500 about a month ago and patiently awaited a shipping notification
. When I followed up, I received an angry email saying: we have already sent you 5 emails requesting your id and you did not respond so now we will cancel your order, before I know it I got an email saying" we have cancelled your order at your request"! Lying is unlawful, when I responded that these were my xmas gifts and I had not seen those email because they seemed like marketing emails and had no word in the subject line referring to my order and asked if it was possible to reinstate my order the only email I got back was "sorry" not even a full sentence!

Good management and security. Perfumes and make up at big discounts. Good saving before Christmas. Staff was knowledgeable.

Love this sale! Great prices and excellent selection of perfumes but not only that, it has a lot of other products to buy. Be prepared to wait to get in, but we'll worth it.

It is the first time I do a review on this place although I have been there numerous times. This is not a permanent store as it only opens a few times a year although the last few times it opened it was at the same location. This is the place where you can buy perfume at a discounted price and there is a huge selection of almost every brand name that you can think of. There are other products as well, like some nice brand name eyeglasses and sunglasses, some common household products like cleaners and personal products like shampoo, and of course, some women cosmetic products. It is probably due to the lower overhead expenses (as it only pops up a few times a year) the prices of all products are discounted. It is a good place for shopping especially if you are looking for perfume.

I got two Elizabeth Arden foundations today and when I got home I've noticed they are expired and their expiration date is for two years ago!
So disappointing. I won't shop from lisa anymore and do not recommend to anybody.

First time went for a warehouse sale. Very very bad experience. Went home and figured out the products i have bought were already expired. Moreover, many of them does not have expiry date on them and i checked them online and found that they were already expired. Spent 200 dollars and totally unsatisfied.

The place was organized, clean and spacious. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Wide selection of perfumes with huge discounts, the vast majority of perfumes had testers but some of the expensive brands there were no testers which is disappointing but overall very nice place and experience.

Overall good selection and some good value items! The caveat is that most of the product are old, there is no denying that it the product maybe well beyond recommended date by the manufacture. Like they are selling super cheap shampoo that is not longer being manufactured but that’s fine by many. If you are looking for cleaning supplies, makeup and perfume and cologne it’s worth a look,

Best brands of perfumes, makeup products and personal hygiene stuff all under one roof. All around 30 percent cheaper. This whole sale store is always busy. Usually there's a lineup at the entrance.

Love going to lisa’s! However if you don’t go early enough, many colours and selections will be sold out

Fake fragrances and cosmetics! Beware! I have bought several branded perfumes from this warehouse and non of them last even for an hour! If not all but most of the products must be counterfeit and this is why they are selling at unreasonably cheap prices. The issue with many reviews is that they only consider the price aspect and may think because we are in Canada it is unlikely that such a big warehouse offers fake items. But unfortunately it is the case. I wish someone had enough time and energy to sue them or at least initiate an investigation by respective government agencies. Won't come back again!

Love this sale. Especially the ELIZABETH GRANT table and sales people. Always helpful, knowledgeable and prices are irresistible.
So happy to see COVID precautions are being enforced.

Most of the perfumes are very old. When you wear them the scents goes away very quickly. Elizabeth grants product are good and prices are fair. But don't spend money on fragrances.

Great customer service, very friendly and helpful staff. Great discount deals. Always attend it twice a year. Huge parking lot.

Amazing deals. I bought Salvatorw Ferragamo Uomo gift sets, Dolce and Gabbama Light Blue, Jessica Simpson Fancy Nights, Salvatore Ferragamo Amnity. They have Hugo Boss, high end brands.

Excellent service! Ordered online and some products were no longer available, but they called me to suggest a replacement. Very polite, friendly and professional.

I buy something every time I visit - online or in-store! My only complaint would be the isle sizes. They're too small, especially when there are products displayed up the middle of some.

Great variety of fragrances. Good finds for sure. The customer service is something I put up with because the prices are so good. Ah well, you can't always get what you want!

Had such a great experience here! The customer service team are so friendly and always willing to help. They have some amazing fragrances for both men and women including Clean Reserve, Armani, Gucci, Narciso and more. They also have great deals on household items like air fresheners and room sprays, which is really convenient.

I absolutely loved shopping here. I've been becoming here for years, and really enjoy the shopping experience. The online sale has been great as there are many products which are new, as well as continued fragrances. My favourites have been the Gucci, Marc Jacobs, philosophy, Narciso, and YSL.

The prices and quality of products was amazing! Will definitely become a regular shopper at Lisa’s cosmetics warehouse sales.

I love this sale! They have amazing deals that cannot be beat. I found Stila eyeliner, Gucci perfumes, philosophy minis, and other minis which I could not find anywhere else. I would highly recommend this sale to everyone, and I'm so happy they have the online store now available. I also got some amazing deals on Clean Reserve, many of which are discontinued.

It was my first time shopping with Lisa’s Cosmetics and I am so impressed! I made an online purchase due to Covid and my purchase was shipped/delivered within 4 days. The prices and quality of products was amazing! Will definitely become a regular shopper at Lisa’s cosmetics warehouse sales.

*FAKE PERFUME* people beware, I purchased 3 bottles of perfume from them and they do not smell original. Can’t even wear the perfume cause it doesn’t smell good. Reached out to them and they didn’t offer to help, not even to exchange for something else. Can’t speak for the other items they sell, but the perfume IS NOT authentic. Don’t waste your money like I did!

Did a online and curbside pickup order. Got the email in 3 days saying my order was ready for pickup, exactly as promised on the website. Dropped by on a day convenient for me, did not need to give a heads up about arrival time. Called when I arrived, presented photo ID, and they loaded the order in my car. Nice and easy process.

Always look forward to their seasonal warehouse sales. Due to COVID-19 they started online commerce; it was so convenient with the option of curbside pickup, which I took advantage of $300 later!

Good to lisa cosmetic every year. Great prices for all items, just be careful of perfume for pricing.

When they are open and is only certain times every year, no one can beat their prices and they have almost everything you can dream. For the house for ladies and gentleman products.

For buying brand name product, gift with great price Lisa is one of the best. Only concern they open only few times in a year. If you would like to visit on weekends, step in early ;) to avoid long queue

Prices this year were not as good as previous- also I wanted to get perfume/cologne gift packs and there was very little choice in those.
I found most things I wanted but many of the staff didn’t speak English or understand my questions - I don’t know what use they were.
Luckily I went when there weren’t long lines to get inside so didn’t have to wait.

Just anticipate a long line before you get into the warehouse most of the time. Better to go during week than weekends.

Absolutely hate this place. It's a complete disaster for the area when they have their sales. There is very little parking they have comparing to amount of people coming. They try to solve it by posting security to direct the traffic, but there is simply not enough parking. So their customers park illegally anywhere they can find a spot. Problem is that store is located in a business park/industrial area which is not designed for retail traffic. The city should really look if this use of property is compliant with zoning by-laws.

1.5 hour line up in the cold. You have to be materially determined to stay, I couldn't. Good luck!

Just to put the wait time in context, the 1.5 hours was on a weekend. There's a much smaller wait time on weekdays so best to come then if you're determined.

I did a lot of shopping in their November's sale, but when I came home I was disappointed so please check retail price for everything online before you buy. There were some good deals but not all deals were great and that is why I'm giving em 3-stars

Really good pricing for makeup, perfumes, accessories. You can find different brands. The staff is really helpful.

This warehouse sale happens a few times every year, with different areas catering to Nail Care, Fragrances, Cosmetics, Facial Care (serums, toners, creams, face masques), Accessories (jewelry, sunglasses, belts), Home (batteries, Lysol, Swiffer) and Personal Care (pads, tampons, toothbrushes, hair products). Funny thing this time was that I found that they were also selling 'personal massagers! ' Hahaha! I was NOT expecting that.

All of these, from my observations anyway, are cheaper than what you would find in outside retail stores. Obviously, one would need to be wary of expiration dates, especially for the facial products. This last sale, I unfortunately had to go a second time to return a product that expired in 2018. It is now almost 2020. I had to find parking and then walk a far distance to the entrance where there was a giant line up. Fortunately, the security let me through when I explained my situation. Everything got sorted out smoothly and the cashiers apologized to me, which was very nice though I didn't think it was their fault. The management level needs to keep track of expiry dates for their stocks. That explains why this review lost a star.

Been going to this place for years. I always stock up on perfume but you need to consider what your buying. Prices are cheap but things are also been there for longer periods of time and may be going off.
Worst part is the parking and line up to get it. Best recommendation is to go during the week.early morning and carpool if you can or take a uber. They do manage to make the lineups go fast but you will need to be patient. Happy shopping!

Worst place to visit. Worse than being at the airport. Please don't ever visit. Just to save damn few bucks.

Some prices are similar to what you may find at walmart or winners. Fragrance is a good price though. Their shopping bags provided by the company were dirty and full of trash; I refused to touch them but the security guard at the door insisted I couldn’t go inside without one. So I had to dig in the trash and pick a bag to put my items in.

Decent prices for everyday items like cosmetics, fragrances makeup, shampoo, underwear and etc. Items.
