Little Blue House Scoops Blue Mountain

Best Value Ice Cream in the village. For $5 you get a Massive scoop of delicious ice cream. I was shocked at how big a Kids Scoop is and I got a single scoop in a cup that felt like over 2 scoops lol. I had the Salted Caramel Truffle and what a treat. Cotton candy was good too. Kids loved it.

My advice to the store is stay open past 9pm on weekends and open before Noon as we would have stopped by before checking out the next day. I imagine people would buy ice cream well into the night in the summer.

I hear other reviewers when I see posts about service. At the end of the day, Blue Mountain is filled with mostly youth doing hard work and you can sometimes get the vibe they would rather be somewhere else. Our server took our order promptly and gave us our order without issue. What would have made it more exceptional is a big smile.

Incompetent, apathetic, untrained, zero customer service mentality. The business owner needs to really look at their hiring standards. The kids serving repeatedly got the 6 orders in front of us wrong and threw away wrong orders into the bin. Talk about wastage expenses!

Terrible customer service, they close early no matter if there's a lineup with young kids up or loads of traffic.get to know your BM clientele.

Really bad attitude of the people working here. Went to get ice cream all of them are so racist towards colour people and telling us to buzz off and not letting us order. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
