Little Burgundy

Unpleasant experience doing a return to say the least. Young looking woman who appeared to be in charge seemed to be upset that i was returning a pair of shoes. I greeted her pleasantly, gave the reason for return, and thanked her post transaction, however I caught the vibe she was upset I was returning an item as she was sour the entire transaction, no hello or goodbye. I presume the return affects store quota as i've worked retail, however that is an inappropriate attitude to have. Terrible customer experience.

The store deserves 5 starts. However, there was an employee that goes by Milyn or Millz who was very rude. Zero customer service skills, if you ask her for help, she has the worst attitude and worst energy. I left and came back to buy my shoes with another employee. People like that should not be at the front speaking with customers.
She really made me feel unwelcome.
