Little Caesars

Rude and poor customer service. We waited 23 mins for simple crazy puffs. Atleast, they could be honest about it that they are backlogged and will be longer than that. WONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Was hoping for a pizza and wings combo, but wing were overpriced and there wasn't a combo available.

Little Caesars restaurant in Brockville is amazing. This is one of the best restaurants in the area period. Great food and wonderful service. The staff are extremely friendly and get your order out fast. It is a take out restaurant and they do not have dine in service.

There is always plenty of free parking. The restaurant was not too busy when I visited. At most times the food service is pretty fast. The restaurant is clean and beautiful inside.

OVERALL I GIVE THIS RESTAURANT AN 7 OUT OF TEN.

I was able to visit the restaurant recently to pick up a deep dish pizza for a weekend get together. If you are in the mood for some excellent food and a fun filled atmosphere you should visit this restaurant. I ate the regular pizza slices and the thin crust pizza and liked it all.

We get Pizza here at least once a month. The staff are friendly. We went late one night. They were closing but the guy took our order anyway. Their pizzas are always great. And the price is right. Will continue to go once a month.

Good hot food, good price, and the employees are always smiling. They are awesome, especially the one wih curly hair!

Always very busy would love a better vegetarian pizza. But excellent service hot and fresh ready to serve in 20 min.

The only reason to go here is you want fast food pizza. If you have to wait why not spend a few bucks more and get a real pizza. This was my reasoning when I finally decide to try this pizza. Ordered a pizza and was given a beeper and told to wait outside or in my car. Waited over 20 minutes in my car right out front, staring at the beeper willing it to go off. Noticing all sorts of people coming and going. Went in and the clerk says you the Chicago. I told him the beeper never activated and asked him how long it has been sitting for, he responds oh at least 10 minutes. I ask him what are they going to do to make this right, he just shrugged. Asked for my money back, at least they did that. Left the pizza there, probably taste like shyte anyways. Never again.

Undercooked and disappointing. Had to pop it back into the oven just to get a proper crust. Disgusting.

I had not eaten Little Caesars before trying it out friend's place. Since then I have ordered several times and I have enjoyed the pizza and the wings.

Ordered a pizza that had to be made fresh. I love the little beeper they give you so you can do other errands in the mall.

Went into the store to get their special for $13.99 and ended up paying $35.00. We decided to change our order and get the $23.99 Combo, however the clerk didn't understand the order right left the original order on and told us after pointing out the mistake, he couldn't give us a refund. Not planning to return any time soon!

Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Little Caesar’s is barely a shadow of what they once used to be. Literally any other pizza place (including Pizza Pizza) is better. Avoid at all costs.

Well. Tonight was my first experience at this location. I have eaten from this chain in other locations maybe hundreds of times. I can never say that I had a flawless experience before tonight. Customer service was excellent. Food was astronomically good for Little Caesars. This is the first time I’ve ever had their pizza where the crust had flavor. If every experience is like this they will make a lot of money from me.

My kids' favourite pizza! Good prices and easily accessible when in a rush. Love that "hot & ready" option. Thank you staying open & making my kids' day just a little bit brighter!

Meh. It's ok.
There's never anything ready though, you always have to wait for food to be made lol.
Usually pretty tasty though considering.

Went to the little ceasers in brockville and ordered 50 plus dollars in food and didnt get half my stuff. Paid online and when i got there they said i didnt order drinks and made me pay twice for 4 drinks. Not very impressed with service.

I always used to go to Pizza Hut but one evening I went to Little Caesars and they are now my favorite of all Pizza places. They are always hot, never greasy and the service is fantastic.

Girl that was working was very friendly helpful and had a good spirit food was hot and better then most little ceasar s I go to very clean and recondend this place fast and friendly

I did my order on the app & was great. Service was absolutely amazing & pizza was delicious.

Tldr Tried to sell a used pizza

They sold me the wrong Pizza I went out to my van and opened it up I brought it back into the store and returned it the store put it back in the serving tray and attempted to sell the used Pizza to the next customer this is disgusting and an unacceptable especially considering the pandemic

This is the worst establishment of this hole food chain.never anything hit and ready, tryed ordering online and wouldnt accept two different debit cards, when I called I got hung up on then when I recalled they stated they had nothing fresh, and had no idea what there hot and ready deals are. Vary disappointed in these businesses probably be another year before I attempt this establishment again as this happened a year ago aswell

Terrible service, no resolution for incorrect order. Just called (on Dec 19th, at 5: 25pm) to try and fix the order that was made wrong and missing items, got what I assume to be the evening shift manager. She did not give her name, she was incredibly rude and refused to fix the overall expensive order. We were missing items, and had the wrong ingredients on one of our (3) large pizzas- and all she had to say was that 'she cut the pizzas herself, so she knows they're right'. Not so.

Don't bother ordering, at least on the evening shift, because if your order is messed up they will not fix it and you'll be out the money lost on poor service and missing items.

While not an excellent pizza it is very good, extremely consistent, and ther have made an error on the order. Do not expect the hot and to ever be populated, but if you call 10 minutes is always the longest it takes for a pizza.
