Good food.could have been better was doughy and not enough sauce.or maybe not cooked enough

Was a great experience, the staff is so caring and supportive especially the two Indian guys, one with grey eyes and other one with spectacles, they were very friendly and kind and helped me to choose the best pizza with delicious toppings, loved the service, looking forward to have a treat with my friends soon!

This store is completely useless, I called numerous times to place an order and it just goes straight to a personal voicemail. Their pizza is cold and soggy with lots of polenta underneath. I mean if you going to make pizza make sure its at least hot, it's not like the store is busy and they rushing to make more pizza. They barely get orders so I don't understand why they don't take their time to make it right. Completely dissatisfied and disappointed. Never buying from this location ever again.infact never buying little ceaser again just horrible horrible experience

I ordered a cheese pizza. The person working at the counter gave me the pizza, after paying.
Went home to find out that this pizza had been SITTING inside the warmer and was NOT FRESH at all.
Me and my family were very disappointed. I haven’t gone back to this location ever since.

Little Caesars is bottom of the barrel pizza to begin with but it's not even hot and ready anymore. They gotta make it when you get there. Crazy bread is always legit though.

Was difficult to understand the representative and then almost gave our food away to someone else.even though we were waiting for it the the store the entire time

The food is always good. Customer service not that good. Said hi and how are you too the person behind the counter and she just stared at me. Made me feel like I was bothering her. Made my order, received and left.

Today, I went at the store, the cashier named Ishpreet was very sweet and kind. She literally made my day. She talked very patiently though there was rush at the store. (Very satisfied with the customer service and perfect food).

I came in and bought a pizza and the girl named Ishpreet was serving me and I told her the specific toppings that I want which I thought she understood but she ended up putting mushrooms and unfortunately I am allergic to mushrooms so I told her to make another one for me (but if I’m not allergic to mushrooms I could just instantly remove it and done) then she told me I have to pay the full amount then 2 workers came in the front and telling me the same thing just because “Ishpreet” will end up paying for the pizza if I want to change it and they’re going to deduct it on her paycheck and the guy beside her was telling me “she’s a student and she has to pay from her own pocket” saying things like these is so unprofessional. She didn’t even say sorry and she didn’t gave me any refund so unfortunately I had to give the pizza to my friends but when they ate it the tastes was really bland so they end up throwing the pizza in garbage which I hate to see because it’s a waste of money. Worst customer service and worst explanation i’ve ever heard.

It be nice if u could go in to a clean one that don't smell like nasty old water pizza is decent but there store's are sicking and God only knows how clean the surface are that ur pizza get made on

This particular LCP with Mr. Shah as the boss is a neighbourhood institution. They treat their customers like real people and make awesome food really quickly. They have sponsored local schools’ fundraisers for years. I’m so grateful to have neighbours like this!

Totally frustrated after buying a pizza from little caesars at The west mall and ruthburn. They given only few cubes of pineapple as a topping. I never saw such a poor and cheap pizza in my life.

First time I tried little Caesar’s after seeing reviews online. I got the pepperoni & cheese stuffed crazy crust large pizza. Got 2 crazy sauce on the side. It was cooked to absolute perfection and believe me I’ve tried pretty much all chain pizza stores. The Indian girl working Monday evening on February 7th was awesome & I wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it was. It’s a shame about the nonsense reviews but then again anyone can “say” anything online & people will believe it. If you order for pickup I’m confident you’ll get a great pizza, as for delivery services we all know ubereats/skip are hit&miss sometimes. You can’t judge the store because your food showed up cold, that’s skip or Uber eats problem.

Placed my order online within the allotted time, pizza and wings ready. Clean on the outside and inside

Placed an order today 05/13/21 @ 12: 30pm and got completely burnt crazy bread that was rock hard and inedible. We took pictures & had to throw it out as not one piece was edible. The DEEP DEEP Dish pepperoni pizza was also burned while our veggie pizza was undercooked. Usually this is our go to location on Rathburn in Etobicoke but the new team of staff is very underwhelming and doesn't make us want to order from here anymore.

Ordered 3 medium pizzas and 1 large pizza via Uber Eats and it took 40 minutes more than the expected delivery time and all pizzas were not warm enough. I tracked my order through Uber Eats app and it showed this restaurant spent most of the time to prepare my order. A Uber Eats delivery driver spent reasonable time from picking up to delivering to my location though. I wonder why my pizzas are not warm enough (someone may call it "cold") even though the reataurant spent long time to prepare them.

Owner and staff are always friendly, Ive been going to this location for years! One thing I truly miss from the LC menu tho and im sure other customers have mentioned it too! LC needs to bring back the Deep Dish bacon wrapped pizza:)

Worst location ever. Never have anything ready on time. Wait time is insane and my first time coming here my pizza was old and dried out. This is my second visit and still not a great experience.

I bought a medium Hawaiian stuffed crust pizza and it was very delicious the cheese was excellent an tasted very good and tasty.it was also very stringy and was cooked all the way through.the pizza was perfectly cooked and was not burnt or chard and was full of sauce and toppings.my only problem is that i had to wait around for around 10 minutes and there was no seats and since i came by bus it was very annoying.this was a beautiful experience just like the experience i had at the location on Dundas street west and Runnymede road.i recommend this place to anyone who likes stuffed crust and wants quality fresh pizza and as their slogan says it was hot and ready

I just waited outside of the store for 45 minutes (a big chunk of time loss instead of being with my wife) after paying in store for my order. There is clearly an organization problem. Did not receive any apologise from the employee that was also wearing the mask below the nose. Also, there are more than 3 customers in the store most of the time, despite there is a sign stating that no more than 3 customers should be in the store due to covid. About the pizza: low-medium quality, better though than pizza pizza or domino's. Low prices but high penalty on the quality of my evening due to the problem described above.

The restaurant is in the back of the plaza. Decent amount of parking. Staff are freindly. Pizza is cheap.

Pizza was done Little Caesars style. It was fast and the staff was nice. If you like Little Caesars, you will like here.

This location has the best staff. Always friendly and courteous! I have always enjoyed my order from them. Especially the Deep Deep Dish Meat Lovers! Yum!

My boyfriend is extremely sensitive to cheese so we ordered through their app and selected the "no cheese" option they had listed. It came not long after but was covered in cheese. We gave the store a call to try and rectify the situation but the woman on the phone refused to help us and stated that on their side there was no note made to not put any cheese on it (we have the full order listed before us which clearly does show "no cheese".) The woman refused to issue us a refund or send a replacement even if we provided proof (we literally offered to drive over to the store to show them our phone with the order.) The woman was extremely unprofessional and kind of embarassed herself.

Just had my first order with the store located at 452 Rathburn Rd in Etobicoke. I usually buy pizzas from Dominos but this time I decided to try the stuffed crust pizza that I saw in the commercial. Ordered online, transaction reference 45477317, picked up and when I got home I found the pizza had a regular crust. I called the store and the lady offered a free bread, I don’t want a free bread, I want the pizza I ordered. She mentioned that she would need to talk to her manager and never got back to me. Terrible experience. I had one order mistake with Dominos once and they managed to realize before I arrived (more robust process that check orders before putting in the ready pile) and managed to prepare a new one, they ended up giving me both pizzas as an apology for making me wait 5min more than expected. Little Caesers made close to zero effort to try to fix the mistake. That’s what separates a good managed company from a poorly managed one, how they handle this situations. I don’t want to anything now, just would like to inform that you lost a customer forever in your first order, and need to step up your game heavily if you want to stay in business.

Pizzas are fine but there is never a pizza hot and ready during the hot and ready time. That's the only reason we go is because it's supposed to be fast.

WHY are your does locked but lights on at 8pm on a Thursday? !? ! I'm VERY UPSET with this location!

Pizza is always on time, and fresh-made to order.

The best thing about this place is cheap 'hot and ready' pizzas. Otherwise there isn't much draw (for me). The pizza is OK.

OK, I'm not saying it's the best pizza in the world, but it's tasty and an inexpensive, casual meal. It's connected to a convenient store to pass the wait time. I didn't call ahead or order online so it was a 15 minute wait.

So dissapointed it closed.just heard the building was sold.hopefully they will open again in city centre
