Staff is very friendly, fast and helpful love this little Caesar’s, shout-out to the lady who prepares my food, it’s nick from Toyota, your great

I have hopes for the future with this location with them adding a Pizza Portal by the front counter but the staffers need to get their act together. The guy on the cash did nothing to help the ONE person working in the back, while she was cooking and boxing and cutting everything he was only shuffling boxes back and forth. Waiting 20 minutes as nothing was ready made, the reason was quickly apparent.

Went in 20 minutes before closing and asked for crazy bread. The girl working there said she couldn't make it because they were closing in 15 minutes so I said I'd take the hot and ready she said was the only thing I could get. When picking up the pizza 3 guys walked in after me ordered crazy bread and she made it for them. Not sure why I was told I could only get the hot and ready when she made what I originally ordered for someone that came AFTER me. I will never come to this location again since I feel discriminated against.

I don’t get it! Every time I go to this location, there is a problem. I ordered a deep deep dish pizza and I was told they don’t have it. The second time I went same thing. The third time I asked for one of their promotional pizzas and I was told they don’t do that! My question is: What do they do? It’s like they are too lazy to make the pizza! I’m not going there anymore! I’ll be going to Gino’s pizza instead!

I wish i could give zero rating.the worst customer service i have ever seen.employees dont know how to treat customers.they dont have any sense to speak.we are paying for order not getting any free food so they dont have any right to speak rude or nonsense.

Italian bread is amazing but skip the thin crust pizza. The crust is a combo of cracker /pie crust, which is really bizarre.

Told me 10 mins for my pizza waited 30 took it home and it was so under cooked the crust was so doughy i couldn't eat it.with crazy bread it cost me $2 not worth it will never go back again maybe you send your staff to Domino's to learn how to cook a pizza

Pizza was delicious, can’t complain. Pricing is reasonable and plenty of seats, inside and outside on the benches

Were open after closing time. Staff were patient with our indecisiveness. Quick wait time. Pizza was good. The dips were dusty though.

Very bad place not speaking English, make the order wrong all the times working alone when it’s a big big traffic (many times I come it’s a big line up only 1 person in the store not safe), very close to my house but going to order from somewhere else….

I came here on Saturday January 22 2022 at approximately 3: 40pm. I ordered a medium cheese pizza and it turned out really good. The staff member was quite polite and proffesional. The covid standards were met and I liked how clean this store location was. I was hoping for a hot and ready cheese pizza but the only one available was the pepperoni. I asked and I was told that a cheese pizza would be ready in 5 to 7 minutes and it was. I'm quite happy coming to this Little Ceasars branch and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good pizza pie.

The food is constantly well prepared and delightful, staff members provides good service. I really like the cleanliness and mood. Highly recommended.

Nothing has been hot and ready the last few times I’ve come, today when I asked if this was how lil Caesar’s was operating moving forward, the cashier says no she’s just decided to not have things hot and ready any longer cuz she believes not enough people will come. I understand the logic…but that business decision is not hers to make and will continue driving away business, like today and the last 3 times that I’ve come and simply left again and again cuz nothing is hot and ready. Hot and ready is a big reason ppl choose lil ceasars

In my opinion I think this is one of the best Little Caesars to go they don't cheap out on the ingredients

Why do they call it hot and ready? It's never hot and ready. I always have to wait 5 to 10 mins. Please don't promote something that is not true! Your lieing to your customers.

What part of HOT-N-READY this branch doesn’t understand? I came 12 noon (normal peoples lunch break) nothing is hot, nothing is ready! Went 2 consecutive days. Sell that branch!

WORST Little Caesar’s. Last Friday cancelled the order though the store was open for three more hours.today they gave half the order and then said “oh - you should just come in tomorrow”

Absolutely the worst food I've had to date. The stuff crazy bread had half the cheese and was cold inside but hot outside.they forgot the dipping Sauce and even though I had to drive 20 mins round trip not even an apology.

You stand there and watch the employees not care that you want to order might as well spend more elsewhere

This is the worst location I have every been to. Customer service is horrible. Food quality not good. PIZZA does not even taste good. The pizza is not cut all the way through.never returning to this location. Pretty much a complete waste of my money. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE go to the Streetsville location 10x better they actually know how to make a pizza.

I hate waiting 10-15 mins for a basic pizza! It's even like that when it's not busy!

Service is rude and terrible here, rarely has anything hot or ready, and when they are out of standard itens nothing is being prepped; the girls stand in the back doing nothing.

Horrendous customer service. We ordered through skip the dishes and half the order was wrong, and the other half was missing. Called the store and they couldn’t have possibly cared any less and told us it “wasn’t their problem”. This was after 20 minutes of trying to call the store.

I don’t know what’s going on with this location but lately no one answers the phone so I can’t even order a pizza. A couple weeks back I went in after no answer just to place an order at the location and it wasn’t busy at all. It wouldn’t be as bad if they had online ordering available but it’s not at this location.

Came to this location, ordered 2 boxes of pepperoni, presented the lady with a coupon of "free crazy bread with any pizza purchase" (the emailed coupon u get when u sign up for their promotions). As soon as I presented my coupon, the lady said like sorry we don't have that. I'm like what do u mean? She said that's online only, When on the coupon it clearly said, "Carry Out Only" and She added that its valid only in the US.when again It clearly stated "Valid in Canada only! I get it, if you aren't one of the participating locations that does not honor these coupons, but at least KNOW all these coupons, promotions your company has and don't have, THEN talk to the customer properly.don't just make up stuff in your head.she was nice, but maybe work on your customer service.

This location is NEVER picks up the phone! I have tried to call for a pick up order so many times and never got an answer! Disappointing.

The pizza was so yummy, and at a low price. I don’t know if it’s just because I went in at a busy time but it did take a bit longer then what I would have preferred.
Overall it was great.

Nice food. Girl working on shift (Nov. 18,2019 around 8 or 9 pm) was really helpful and with calm and nice behaviour.

Always fast friendly service and the pizza is so good. I recommend the stuffed crust or 5 meat.

I placed an order for delivery with Skip the Dishes and my order was delivered with an item missing so I called the restaurant. They simply didn't care. They refused to find a way to get the missing item (crazy combo) delivered to me and told me the Manager was not present to talk. Even though Skip the Dishes refunded the money, the truth is that I ended up having to buy something else from some other place. I don't order "extra food", if I order something is because I need it. Definitely my first and last time ever using this place.

Hot and miss with the quality of the pizza. Sometimes undercooked dough. But quick and an easy dinner.

Good food. But expect to wait a while if they don't have what you want premade. It's still pretty quick. But assume it'll take longer than they tell you.
