Little Caesars Pizza

I will never get pizza from little Caesars again. I walked in after work and purchased 3 of the pizzas already made as I was in a hurry and when I got home I noticed they were cold and the cheese and topping was so minimal it looks like there is nothing there. The crust was hard. I immediately called back to the store and the person could barely understand me. I think they are a packie.

I'd like a meal replacement credit for the cost of the 3 pizza

Great pizza at Great prices but the location of this store isn't ideal as there is lots of traffic.

Whenever skip gave us two orders from this location, they are super rude like we did a crime and they speak so loud and start explaining theier meaningless policy which does not make any sence because when skip app is giving drivers two orders, its not in our hands too. Staff is extremely rude specially girl with spexx

I got 3 different pizzas. I am guessing it is a matter of taste, but I couldn't dislike the sauce more. I wouldn't even say it was a bad pizza, I would say it was a bad bread. Pizza is something entirely different.

Had a wonderful experience, despite the fact of a mistake I had a great experience. The staff was able to communication the issue and provide details on wait time and had apologized multiple times. Not sure who I was dealing with as they do not have name tags but she handled the situation very well. What great customer service.

This is the worst little Caesars I've ever been to. Products are under cooked and don't even bother trying to get stuffed crazy bread its as if no one knows how to make it properly

Wanted people to wait outside after ordering food, while there no other customer in the store…. Would never recommend these location

I was asked to wait outside today for my order, not once but twice. Social distancing guidelines clearly being infringed upon. Asked to speak to the manager and was given the run around about teenagers who can't operate a cash register.

Your Christmas Eve hours say 11-am -12pm so then why when I started opening the doorman walking in I got yelled by an employee saying “ we’re not open yet! “ then why was your sign on and door unlocked? Never coming to this location again with that terrible service if I could give 0 stars I would.

After I paid for my order and paid I was handed a pager and told I had to wait outside in the cold and rain.
So much for "Hot and ready".

Ordered online and order was ready ahead of schedule. Staff is usually friendly and pretty prompt.

Crazy bread has been a favourite of mine for over 25 years. Last time we placed an online order for the first time and it was cool that we could walk in, punch in a code into the heated box and walk out with our dinner.

I love this location. The staff are always friendly and upbeat. The food is very decent for basically fast food. Very clean and organized which definitely helps with the fluidity of the orders. Great location as well.

Called this location asked for a custom pizza which I always order. The woman argued with me saying she can’t do that. I hung up and called the other little caesars in town and no problem. Maybe check how your employees talk to the customer. Especially when the customer orders the same thing every time. Never will I go to this location again. Rude! This one specifcally is one of my favourites theyre always ready with those hot'n ready pizzas perfect for a quick run in and grab and really nice employees aswell

I ordered online and my credit cards wouldn’t go through. Finally on the app it worked. I ordered and the delivery link was from Door Dash. No where does it say my order will be delivered by Door Dash! I tried cancelling my order with Door Dash’s customer service (they’re great) but apparently I directly paid Little Caesars! Therefore I need to get into contact with Little Caesars for a refund. Needless to say, this place sucks.

We enjoy to go out. Last night we arrived in this fine restaurant which friends recommended to us. We had a beautiful evening there with great dishes and a well-trained team and a professional chief cook. We added this restaurant in our list and we shall certainly return very soon. We warmly recommend.

The staff at this located are really nice. Especially the blonde girl with the glasses and face mask.

Of course there are other great pizzerias in brantford so this place gets overlooked. When you are in a hurry, hitting the road, or spontaneously looking for a whole pizza, this is the place. Spicy, warm and fast with consistent quality. The counter staff are friendly and quick. Not the place I would go if I wanted a high quality homestyle Italian pie, but it has its place.

Not great pizza but for 5 bucks and no waiting, it's hot, decent size for the money, ready to go, no calling ahead and I'm in & out in a minute. They can't even offer that at Tims! First time at Little Caesars. Didn't do an online order like I do for Domino's. So I was prepared for 20 mins wait time. Getting in I got quick service, ordered their special off their menu (stuffed peporini and cheese). Before even finishing my payment I got my pizza on hand and I was stunned. I didn't know about their 4-8pm ready to go pizzas. Loved this new (to me) idea! Also stuffed pepperoni was good as well! Definitely will try stuffed pizzas again!

Went in at 330pm, no one in store and not a single hot and ready item. I went to subway and got a sub faster than they can provide a 'hot n ready'.

Waited over 20 mins for the classic “hot n ready” not so ready & also Received unbaked crazy bread. Was disgusting!

I would recommend this pizza place. They serve really delicious pizza and yummy chicken wings. I have tried lot of pizza brands but I always goes back to eating at little ceasars.

Great place to pick up a quick pizza meal. Cheap and fast. Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait but not to bad

It's alright, if you're hungry and in a rush. Just throw out what you don't eat. The box tastes better and has better texture the next day
