Little Caesars Pizza

Too much dough and hardly any cheese or toppings. Also tasted stale like it had been sitting in the warmer all afternoon

The Italian cheese bread is definitely a winner. It's simple, but also crispy and the herbs make it very tasty. The crew there is very friendly and our food was just on time.

First time ordering from this location. The employee I spoke with was friendly & approachable & greeted me with a smile.
The items I ordered were made when I ordered them so they were very hot and fresh!
SIDE NOTE. PLEASE KEEP THOSE NEW LITTLE PIZZA CUPS ON THE MENU! They're SOOOOO good

This was my first time trying a little Caesar's pizza and it was very disappointing. I am not sure if it was this location or Little Caesar in general but the pizza had no flavor profile of any kind it was just cheese slapped on bread.
Also their crazy sauce is not crazy at all. It's funny because it is simply tomato puree with no salt or any other spice. Even your store bought marinara is better than this so called "crazy sauce".

They direct delivery through door dash but don't specify that. I didn't know this and didn't put a tip because I just give cash to delivery drivers so they don't have to share with the government. SOOO My order will never be delivered. I called door dash they said the store edits the comments. I called the store and the punk that works thee just said we don't deliver You'll have to call for a refund. Absolute trash experience. So frustrating.

Placed and order yesterday and I gave them the name of my fiancé who was picking it up. When she got there they had the order ready but no name. She than also asked for plain wings well done. With honey garlic on the side and than tried to put it on the wings. Not even close to well done. The skin on the wings were still rubbery and they even added a tip from one of the wings. The total was around $50 for a hot and ready 3 meat deep deep dish, crazy bread, a canadian and a pack of wings. For $5 more I could of gotten 2 large pizzas with 3 toppings, 2 garlic bread and 2 pounds of wings that would of been cooked like I asked from Twice the Deal. Sorry little Caesar's but you failed miserably. Never again. What a RIP off and a joke of quality control. I guess I needed to learn the hard way.

Apparently it's corporate policy to not allow adding pizza toppings to anything they deem to be a 'promotional item'. Even attempting to pay extra for the topping is not allowed. But I was told I could remove toppings. So clearly it's not a matter of no modifications allowed. Amazingly every other pizza place I've been to that is franchised has had the ability to customize a pizza. But it seems corporate policy is so strict that even the manager at the location couldn't do something as simple as add a topping by request for fear of violating corporate policy. Whether it's this specific location or Little Caesars overall, they clearly don't know what customer service is.

Horrible place to order from, they’ll have they’re delivery person say they delivered your food and then steal it, and when you call back they’ll refuse to give you a refund

Horrible experience tonight at the highland location I paid for my pizza and crazy bread with sauce at $3.99 they did not include my marinara sauce I went inside to inquire about the missing sauce and sat there auguring with a shift-runner while I could see the other employees eating where they prepare the food. Disgusting. To sit there and argue with me over sauce is outrageous, especially when I’m showing you it’s included.

Side note I used to work at the Lorraine location, every crazy bread is served with the crazy sauce

Ordered a boxset with no meat, when I came to pick it up they had accidentally given it to someone else.cool I waited for them to make another one only to find there was two pizzas and no Italian cheese bread.the guy added sauce on one and cut it like a ICB. Got a refund. Wasted 45mins.terrible customer service.
