Little Caesars Pizza

Tasty but just not well prepared, 3 pizzas neither of them were cut well and all a little undercooked. Right on time for pick up but this location could be better.

Had an issue with two pizzas I ordered and left message for owner to call me. He Never called me to discuss ……. Customer Service should be top down.

Personally I feel like they don't let the crust rise as long Nd the oven isn't hot enough Vs some other locations. Almost as good as others but not my fav location.

Worst pizza I have had in my 50 years of life. Picked up on time. Crust was obviously made with Redimix Cement. I put it in the blender an broke the blades.you could get better pizza from and Alabama outhouse in July

I used pre-order through their website. Very smooth, ready on arrival very friendly staff delicious food

Ordered in the app, message said would get email and push notification when ready. 6 minute window for pick up time. I was there 10 minutes early, watched my phone and could see the pizza portal from my car. I went in 6 minutes after latest time on app and my pizza was in a secondary oven as it ready but I was not notified as the portal was broken! I have picked up from there before and it was perfect. Pizza was soggy and not hot! Not nice to have to put in the oven at home in order to get it reheated. Not happy at all.

Always amazing. Best quick service and pick up system. Stuffed crazy bed is best tasting food on earth.

TERRIBLE store, TERRIBLE service, place is close before 8pm on several occasions.
ABSOLUTELY will not return to this store. Period.

I believe they are under new management and I am NOT impressed. I liked it better before and will be going to a different one to go to.

This has to be the best little Caesars store in Burlington On. Grant, the manager at this location, is very accommodating, polite, and very friendly. He treats his customers with respect. My food is always hot and done perfectly. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Recently, due to a change in store ownership, the current staff is no longer working at this location including the Manager Grant. I have changed my rating to a 1 star. I would have used a 0 if it was offered. The store is dirty, pizza is sub par and staff is always angry or disrespectful.time to go to another location

Absolutely terrible service and I will not be coming back to this location. The cashier is rude and dismissive to the few customers inside trying to order pizza.

Noticable better then their old location. It's good for a quick bite to eat, and it's pretty cheap.

During the day staff are friendly and great, but after 8: 30pm anytime you order something they roll their eyes and/or sigh noticeably. Employees should be trained on proper customer service. If someone orders pizza/breadsticks an hour or two before close, you should still be friendly like the day workers are.

Everything is fairly quick and the quality and freshness is great among Little Caesars' locations.

Little Caesars is usually my go to on the way home from work when I’m craving something a little unhealthy.

Food is usually for what you’re paying and I don’t usually have to wait more than 5-10 minutes.

Normally I’d give 4 or 5 stars as I don’t really enjoy bringing down a rating for no good reason, however my last to visits haven’t been overall great.

My most recent visit I got there at 9: 00pm (this location closes at 10: 00pm) and there were some light off and the place was dark. I wasn’t sure it was open but I tried the door and went in when it wasn’t locked. There was one staff there and limited food because he said that they were closing up early and I was disappointed as the remaining food was only a few pizzas which I wasn’t particularly in the mood for. The staff this night wasn’t particularly helpful or professional either. Part of the reason I thought they were closed was because there was no one in the front counter and I had to call out for him to come around the corner, not looking up and on his phone.

The visit before that it was the same situation except there were other visitors this time and again there was limited food - like two pizzas and a three bags or so of crazy bread. We all ended up compromising our orders so everyone got something.

While I will still buy from little ceasars I doubt I will be coming to this location for awhile.

Generally I don't mind the quality of Little Caesars pizza as i find its ok but its certainly not the best. Their whole shtick is that its supposed to be "Hot N Ready" between 4-10pm.well i went in on a Monday just after 5pm and was told it would be 10 minutes for a pizza. So much for "Hot N Ready"! (There were no other customers in the store)

Pretty good. Have messed up an order or two and there has been a time or two that I can't get through to place an order.
But overall, good place, good people and the pizza ain't bad at all! Love the meat pizzas here!

You cant go wrong with this pizza place. Never had an issue with an order and it's always fresh.

NICE and hot, friendly staff, the only complaint is the cheese filled crazy bread, very underwhelming.

When you need a pizza fast and hot this is your place. Great pizza when you can't get the real stuff from Pane Fresco at fortinos.
