LITTLE CAESARS PIZZA

I tried to uber eats some food and it took them over an hour to make the food, so I had it canceled and they had taken my money instead of refunding me. I try calling the store on ritson and they don't even have a voice-mail set up so the store wouldn't allow me to get through to them. This is ridiculous how this store is run

If I could also give this place zero Stars I would their customer service absolutely sucks I've ordered from here numerous times gave them many chances first time I ordered I sat on hold for 15 minutes just trying to place an order for an Italian cheese bread before I arrived as it does take them some time to make the cheese bread usually about 7 minutes this time I called they're extremely busy they can't have it ready for 20 minutes why is it called Hot-N-Ready Little Caesars if nothing is ever hot and ready and I have to wait 20 minutes if I'm going to wait 20 minutes I'm going to go to a gourmet pizza place not Little Caesars the whole concept of Little Caesars is it hot and ready pick it up on the fly if I have to wait I'll go to a real pizza place absolutely will never return to This Little Caesars again on top of all of that their employee hung up on me I think maybe they should spend a little bit more time teaching their staff to make the pizzas properly and the garlic bread as well as customer service customer service is huge I would absolutely avoid this place at all costs they're very rude they don't care about their customers hence why I was hung up on.

Pizza was bland, but it seem to be all the little Caesar’s location. Aside from the they got me my food very quick, so they did their job.

Worst of the 2 local locations. (Bloor is better) Poor service, pizza toppings are lacking and not uniform.

Amazing customer service. We order regularly and twice now that have caught when WE made a mistake on our order and called us to clarify

Best Little Caesars in Oshawa! Always keep their hot n ready promise, and the staff is always so friendly.

I just fed my children pizza from this location and half way through eating it, we noticed what looked like green mould on the bottom.
I Immediately returned the pizza to the restaurant where the manager, Amber, was very flippant and told me “it’s not mould. When we clean out machines it comes off onto the pizza”.
So it’s either mould or cleaning products.
I got my money back, but I am unsatisfied — especially with the manager who seemed to think it was no big deal.

Great pizza, love the deep dish pizzas always impressed with how great is, very friendly cashiers! I will keep coming back over any other pizza place

I had a busy morning of Christmas shopping and I stopped in for some crazy bread and pizza. The staff here are friendly and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving the store. The food was fresh and definitely did not have mould in it. When I'm shopping in the area and want some pizza, I will definitely be back to this location.

Not happy. You should at least get one dipping sauce with your order especially for the chicken bites. Will not be returning again.

Astoundingly awful experience. The staff was extremely incompetent and should all be fired. They honestly didn't know what they were doing. Ridiculous. I will never return.
