Probably the worst pizza I've had. It was undercooked and soggy and all the toppings fall off when you lift the slice up

Ordered here for lunch. The new pretzel crust. The pizza was overly salty, the added salt on the crust was overkill. Moreover, the crust was flat and limp not like the pictures on the website. Underneath there was air bubbles and no actual pizza.
The creamy garlic dipping sauce was watered down and tart.
The only thing that saved the order was the wings. They were respectable, thank goodness they didn't toss them in the bbq sauce I ordered because that wasn't good either.
Respect for the team to get it to me ahead of schedule, but the product quality isn't there.

Pizza was to salty called telling them had no response. Talked to the manager her name was Michael very rude. I try to explain pizza was salty did not care that’s ours dinners. Need better customer service specialty the manager.

Ordered pretzel crust pizza online. It was sooooooo freaking salty and overkill and the salt seeped into the cheese too. I had to throw it all away

Ordered and paid online. Arrived on time for pick to find them not placing my order and not even apologizing.

I ordered ahead of time online for the crazy bread and crazy sauce.
When I arrived I notice there were a lot of people inside waiting. Another customer asked for their pizza order and wanted to pay in cash $50. However both of the staff is adamant and said they have no change for it.
This is kinda crazy to me since most stores should have change for that much at least. The customer service is pretty bad and I feel like the cashier didn’t know what they were doing.
They also had a very rude attitude to that customer and told him to go somewhere else to get change. He ended up leaving without the pizza.
For me, I didn’t wait too long since I’ve only had bread sticks. But the sauce is a lot smaller than I expected.
Overall, even though those main issues weren’t targeted towards me. Just being in the same store and seeing how poor the customer service is, deters me from coming back.
There were other customers who had to ask when their orders were ready since it’s been awhile.

Was waiting for my order for 20 minutes. It was still not ready so i had to cancel my order. The staff was sooo rude, they need training again.
