UPDATE: SEPT 2023.4 PM AND there is NOTHING ready.some things never change
have to wait everytime to get items that are supposed to be hot and ready because they are NEVER ready.and prices have gone up.other than that its great pizza.

Pickup is usually quicker if you order ahead of time - especially if it's supper time. And get the gar/par - garlic parmesan added to it.

Being busy is no excuse for zero customer service. Was going to Order a pizza. Said 15 minutes, hung up, didn't tell me the price, ask me if it was pick up or delivery or if I wanted anything else. Called back, no delivery, never told me the price. Epic fail! Ernest location sucks.

Went here last week for a quick dinner pizza. Got there just after 4 and they didn't have any hot n ready ones made, was told 12 to 15 minute wait but wasn't told till after I paid. Not too surprising any more, Amazon has a delivery guarantee they regularly miss with no consequence and here, the whole joy of a hot and ready is the ready part. Paid on debit, they refunded me in cash so it cost me 2 cents and about 8 minutes of my time to get nothing. 8 minutes because the other counter employee said it would only be 5 minutes, it was not.

I ordered crazy sauce along with plenty of other foods with them and when it arrived my sauce had MOLD in it. It smelled HORRIBLE and it was disgusting. I called the store and the manager said all they can do it give me store credit and gave me the number to customer service whom I waited on hold with for over half an hour. Do yourself a favour and don’t order from them! Go to a different pizza place cause this is RANCID!

Twice in the last week I've visited this location and both times, I was greeted kindly, my order was quick and the staff was efficient. They even gave me an extra dip the one day because they forgot to put it with the order, I had only made it to the car which was maybe 10 steps away. So not a big deal whatsoever to just go back and ask for the dip, but they went above just being kind and apologizing. They gave me an extra one. Not only was the service great in every way, but to apologize and throw in an extra dip was a step above. I wasn't upset about it regardless, I could have paid attention and asked for it in store before walking out but that was my own doing. That didn't stop the staff from being super kind about the whole thing. Also, a little ps, both times they gave me exactly what I asked for when I shyly asked for "super extra" garlic parm on my pizza.not a common order, but they were so good and did excellent with my pizza. If you enjoy the crazy break, you just may enjoy asking for some garlic parm added to your hot and ready, too! Just a suggestion! Overall, this location hasn't let me down and everyone has always been so polite and that makes an impact, every time! 5/5 garlic parm stars

It's just OK, bordering on BAD if they raise their prices anymore, any hot n ready should be 5 bucks, any regular sized pizza like that of theirs should be, they most definitely aren't that quality its supposed to be a cheap easy place to drop in but it ain't cheap anymore

Hi, I’m offering an update the day after… today I spoke with the manager at the Little Caesars restaurant in question, he was extremely helpful and understanding! The issue is being resolved and really appreciate the restaurant here. Nothing against them and they can’t control door dash. Thanks to the local little Caesar’s for resolving the issue!

Very disappointed! We ordered two pizzas and stuffed crazy bread tonight, using the little Caesars app. On the app, it took my address exactly as I typed and displayed that right up until ordering. After the order, is displayed my address without the unit number. Apparently little Caesars uses door dash to deliver. The door dash driver called me and asked me what unit number I was, and asked for directions in my parking lot, which I provided. A couple minutes later he text me, that my food was delivered. When I opened my door, no food, no footprints in the snow and no car tracks. I texted him back that there was no food outside. He replied that I told him Unit 37, which is correct. But still no food. He then stopped responding and wouldn’t answer his phone. I waited on hold for little Caesar’s customer service, who refused to issue me a refund, as the app showed my address without unit number, this is something the app removed on its own after payment processed. I then spoke with the restaurant directly, they felt bad, but said a manager would have to call me tomorrow. We called door dash customer service, who said they couldn’t help and we need to transfer you to little Caesar’s customer service. We asked for a manager, and the same women came back on phone and used a different name. At the end of all this, we have no food, they stole $68 from me, and said they wouldn’t refund it. Extremely disappointed. I’ve now ordered a second pizza from another pizza supplier. Very very disappointed.

Got the bacon crust hot and ready pizza and crazy bread. Bread was about as good as I expected, the bacon crust was actually quite good. All the locations are pretty small but not a ton of people in there the day I went so that was ok.

Good Little Caeser's Pizza location. It may just be that business is good or bad but the $5 Hot 'N Ready has become the $5.99 Hot 'N Ready in 10 minutes.

Typically a 4 or 5 but i am sorry only a 3 this time.close to 45 minutes from time of order to when it was ready. Although it was quite busy I ordered a one topping pizza on the app. Not a walk in.

Ordered online for the family. Not only do they contract all their deliveries out through DoorDash, but when my pizza arrived it was severely undercooked. I mean, it was still doughy.
After contacting the customer service line, I was told that I “may” receive a refund in 10 days. When I asked about getting a replacement pizza, they said they couldn’t do anything about that from the call centre. I was informed I could try calling the store that made it, but there was no guarantee they would send one.
I then tried my luck calling the actual store. They did send another pizza, but was only slightly cooked better than the original. The delivery person was also rude and refused to give me the new pizza without taking the undercooked one.
Honestly, order from ANYWHERE else. This company is garbage, right along with their customer service and their pizza.
You’re sure to be disappointed.

Ordered thin crust pizzas online. Wife picked them up.got home and they weren't thin crust.

Call the store, get told that they didn't have the crust to do so, and there " was no way to contact us" even though my phone number is directly on the order and receipt.

Went into the store to get a refund where the manager walked up to the till.silently processed the refund request, finally talked when she said the refund was completed.huffed when I asked for a copy of the receipt for confirmation. AND then "apologized" for the order issues.

Won't go to this location again. (Also the cost vs quality is laughable)

I wish I could share the photo but for some reason it won't allow me to. We came in the other night to get a hot and ready.what we received was a DISGRACE. It looked as though it was old and put back in the oven to reheat which in turn BURNT the cheese entirely. I cannot believe it was even served, at this point I was already home and no way I was travelling back. This was not the first time we have had issues with this location. They NEVER have hot and ready pizza ready to go, when they do - they are not fresh. The crazy bread we received wasn't even crazy bread, there was nothing on it, just bread sticks, dry and seemed old as well. We contacted head office, 1 week later -STILL no response. I will never go to this location ever again nor any location at the rate that even head office can't seem to return any sort of response to a disgruntled customer!

After picking mushrooms and peppers off my pepperoni pizza, thinking I shouldn't eat this clearly cross contaminated but was tired after working all day in the heat. Ate it and was throwing up all night. Will not return

I ordered a couple pizzas today with 3 toppings, omg was it ever awful! It was under cooked, barley any cheese even though I ordered extra cheese.on top of that it’s over priced. Never again. Nasty!

Not much worse then no accountability. It escapes me why places that have delivery don't care if the order us wrong. If a mistake is made, you apologize, and you fix it. I should have turned down the entire delivery.

Order was wrong. Delivery guy didn't care, and he had really bad breath. He should have apologized, called the store, and had them prepare the missing items. I would have paid for it. People make mistakes, it is expected, but you have to care enough to fix things when they go wrong.

Order ahead of time for great cheep pizza. Hot and ready is good, but ordering 15 mins before hand will give you whatever you want at those same hot n ready prices.

Waited at the counter for 10 minutes as they recounted both cash drawers. They made me wait to hand me the pizza which was sitting on the counter now "cold and ready". Most disorganized pizza place I have ever been to. Walked out with my money and went to Dominos, told them the story and they gave me a free pizza. Guess where I am going to next time?

I honestly have no idea who hired that short, curly hair, blonde looking twerp, but I can tell you that he is extremely rude over the phone and in person. I ordered a large supreme with no onions, extra mushrooms, 2 bacon and mushroom pizzas, and crazy bread with extra garlic and cheese. The kid didn’t understand me over the phone on which I kept repeating my order over and over, so when I kindly asked to speak with someone else he hung up on me immediately. I called back right away and demanded for a manager, the little minimum wage worker, told me not to call back and once again hung up on me. I then decided to go to the store myself to see if they put my order through. When I got there I asked for a manager in which this taller African American gentleman kindly got the manager, I then explained to this young lady what had happened and she gave me a lot attitude, I then asked to speak with the person I was speaking to on the phone in which I heard someone in the back who’s voice similar to the kid on the phone mumbled something which I couldn’t hear very well. I then told the manager I wasn’t having this nonsense, and I was taking my business over to dominos pizza. Don’t bother coming here unless you want to be treated like garbage. Will never order from this joke of a place again. Enough said.

I've had no problems here.food is often fresh, staff are pretty consistent and friendly, they're usually pretty busy so if they seem a bit overwhelmed they probably are.

Terrible service tonight, got the order wrong for myself and the two orders before mine.wasnt told how long it would be and waited 20 min, then get it home and it wasnt right.plus i thought your supose to wear cloves while makeing food and hair nets.very dirty.im pretty sure there were alot of health code violations.not happy.

Absolute terrible for service! Ordered from this ship just for them to transfer it to another with no call or information given to me. Waited over an hour and a half, called and was told I was still going to wait at least 20 more minutes. This place is a joke!

Not hot and not ready. After ordering 3 hot and ready's and paying for them, the cashier proceeded to tell me the stuffed crust item would be 7 to 10 mins. Frustrated as we were in a hurry, I asked for the manager to simply explain that her cashier should provide this information at the time of ordering and not after. It was not like she checked the stock and only found out after that they were short. She said this right after my debit transaction completed. The manager (young lady) apologized and miraculously found all 3 of the pizza in the inventory that we had been waiting for. I said that if that has been sitting, I would rather wait for a fresh one that was in the oven. She proceeded to tell me they all JUST came out. When we got home and opened the box, it was clear it had been sitting for some time. 2 of the 3 pizzas were hot. One was room temp at best. Will not be going back. Worth the extra drive to Dominios. They have hot and ready's as well.
