Very rude staff, they never get the order right and the food is very sub par. Customer service is TERRIBLE, if you want to be yelled at for asking questions definitely call this place and ask for Sam. Wouldn’t order from this location again solely based on the customer service. Very mean staff.
Sam is unnecessarily rude to customers, calling them "weird" and "not normal" for calling to ask about my credit for the 3 cheese and herb crazy puffs when I was given pepperoni ones as a vegetarian and told I could call at any time for a replacement. She hung up on me after insulting me, and when I called back I spoke to a man named Austin who was also quite rude and would not tell me the name of the woman who was rude to me previously. Wouldnt order again due to the poor customer service. Did speak to a nice man after who told me Sams name and was understanding, so thank you to him because otherwise these other two workers would continue to be unprofessional and mean. He told me she claimed that a "Rude customer was complaining about something they ordered a month ago. " Wish you guys recorded phone calls. Hope they learn from this.
I don't expect a lot from Little Caesers and was still very let down by this location. Some of the worst pizza and crazy bread I've ever had. And certainly the worst Little Caesers I've ever had. Hardly any sauce, cheese or pepperoni.
One of the more consistent ones. I stop by for crazy quite often. I Have made very large orders online for this particular store and they never disappoint. Everything is exactly as ordered and right on time.
Been getting my pizza from the other location for many years but since they moved to this location pizza quality has dropped drastically! I love the convenience of picking up the hot n ready but the taste of not cooked dough pizza out weighs it! NEVER AGAIN
The employee flattened my pizza dough on the door and then tried to make my pizza disgusting health and safety board Definitely needs to go there disgusting
The people who attend there are quite rude. Not helpful. Despite I bought a pizza and I asked them to charge my phone, they said ok for a while. I should eat it outside while I was charging my phone. One of the guys who was attending rudely said to me that I wasn’t allowed to do that and he was planning to unplug it. I was still eating my pizza at the entrance. I complainedto the company . Never answered to me
Absolutely fantastic this is the best location I have ever visited.my order was ready before estimated time, staff were kind. And the pizza was the best I've had in a while.
Haven't been here since before they moved from King, but I was really surprised when I tried to order a large pizza as a walk in and was told they don't do that.
Not everyone has the ability to pre-order. If it's available as pre-order it should be available for walkin
Horrible store. One worker had long pink hair and no hair net, one smoked a cigarette and didn't wash her hands and handled food, then the food was under cooked and super greasy.
Just bought a "hot and ready" pizza only to realize after eating a couple slices it had no pizza sauce on it, just a thin smear at the edge by the crust with 90% of the cheese stuck to the bread. When I took it back the staff assured me that's what the pizza's suppose to be like, argued that it had "some" sauce and it wasn't a problem. Horrible service but even worse pizza, chronically understaffed and not worth going to when there's two other pizza places close by with better service and much better pizza.
Probably not the best idea for the store manager to schedule two absolute new workers handling duties. I waited 25mins for a pepperoni pizza and 2x stuffed crazy bites—in part, because they initially made crazy bread, and then followed it up by giving my order to another person; who ordered after me.
20 minutes for a “Hot n Ready” pizza…every time. I don’t think they understand the concept of hot n ready. Location never has anything and staff roll their eyes at you for even asking. Went to McDonald’s instead.business is earned, not expected.
Haven't been here in awhile since they moved around the corner. Food is alright, although it feels like you get less/smaller pieces of bread then you used to. Shrinkflation probably Little Caesars is fine once in awhile if you want cheap food. Still miles ahead of Domino's.
I don't understand how hard it is to leave a pizza in an oven for another minute. Anytime we get pizza around dinner time and up it's always soggy not even fully cooked and pretty much still all dough. This is getting ridiculous. Definitely won't be buying again, we just got a pizza and it's pure disgusting it went right into the trash. If I could give a 0 I would.
Under cooked crust. Not the 1st time. Clumps of pineapple, clumps of sausage, clumps of whatever! Some slices had only one item due to the clumping. This owner needs to set standards and improve training. Staff not professional.
Came here last minute around closing time on April 24,2021, your employee Kyle was absolutely amazing. He was polite, kind and funny. You trained this employee exceptionally and he is a wonderful face for your business. Thank you Kyle for the perfect service, also your suggestion for the Quattro pizza was a great idea for a nice late supper. Keep up the excellent work!
Ordered $50 worth of pizza, crazy bread and dessert. Picked-up our preorder at the promised time. Got home only to realize that the very sparce mushrooms on my pizza were all shaved paper thin and burnt to a crisp. Called the store to speak with a manager and left a message as no one would answer the phone. Very disappointed in this locations product as I've never had an issue at any other Little Caesars.
I hsd tried several times to order cinnamon sticks and there's always some reason as to why they were unable to make them. Finally, during my last visit they made them for me. At this point I was seriously craving them; however, when I took a bite into them they tasted like garlic cinnamon sticks! It was disgusting and a complete turn off. Disappointing.
Fresh and clean inside, employees are kind and polite in my experience. Have to be careful of randos walking around though, some dude walked up and asked my husband for "jib" which he later explained was CRYSTAL METH My husband does NOT look like the type of person to have crystal meth either, he would never. So inside of store is good, outside of store is bad.
I was at this little caesars the other day sitting in the lobby waiting for my pizza and had to send my dad in to wait as my newborn was in the car and I had already waited 15 minutes. When my father came out he said he would never return here and I agreed he then proceeded to tell me that a girl with glasses was shouting at another shorter girl and when the shorter girl came around the corner she had tears in her eyes. My father told the girl she should have just placed what she had in her hands down and left no person deserves a talking to in that tone. These people also don't wear gloves or mask have no glass up and they make our food, Will not return!
Amazing store and food is so good, and the people who work there are so nice. One exception is a brunette short ponytail, usually at cash. She needs an attitude adjustment. Or to get fired
While I was waiting for my order, I saw one girl working at the back making crazy bread not wearing gloves.and she is wearing long long blue fake nails. Hun you are in food industry. And she dropped the food on the floor and picked it up changed the package and put it back in the warmer.
Pizza was good, crazy bread was good but each piece was real thin and short. Miss the way they used to make them. Also the cashier left 3 times during my ordering process and forgot my dips. Also we waited 20-25 mins for our order. Longest I've waiting in a little ceasars.
First of all the Blonde girl serving didn’t offer crazy bread and when I asked for it typed my price in to pay to quick barely giving me a chance to order anything else, then refuses to give me marinara sauce saying it no longer comes with the crazy bread completely annoyed.guaranteed to be going out of my way to go to the other ones in town
Great pizza. I have noticed that they have shrunk down the size of a deep dish pizza in order to ward off a price increase. What used to fill the box is only around 3/4 full. Smaller servings for the same old price.
It's supposed to be hot and ready but they didn't have anything hot and ready it was lunchtime and they had nothing ready there was like six people waiting
Long wait. Only one server seemed to have a clue what she was doing. The kid boxing the pizzas had really bad attitude to his jog, service, quality and co-workers.
I have given this location its last chance. Sidewalk never shoveled when there is snow, the person working on cash also works on the food without washing, and a 30 minute wait is far to long.
