Love there pizza this location for lunch is now one of my favorites thanks for the great quick and wonderfull service

The man who deals with the customers is very sullen and uneducated. He behaved disrespectfully.

I come here a lot. But tonight the very bad time. I ordered on the phone they told me 10min. When I came I pay pizza not there yet they told me 3 min. I wait for 20min then I come ask the guy she told me soon. But I see 5 people come and ordered their pizza just 2 or 3 min they got them. Why. Very bad customer service there.

Thought I'd try the bacon bacon deal, umm what I got is not what the commercial shows. No dipping sauce either for the bread sticks I bought.

We have been going to the Little Ceasars on Bleams for almost 2 decades now. I personally love the sauce (crazy sauce) & it's always good!

Love the Hot'n Ready Canadian pizza.and always need to get a Cheesy bread as well! So nice to share this with my good friend G.so we both don't have to prep or cook a meal!

This place needs to change.hot and ready nothing. You have to wait. Only pepperoni avaliable. Shouldn't you always have 1 of the flavored pizzas ready?

It’s hot and it’s ready. It’s not necessarily hot and good, nor is it good and ready. But you can never have all three. It’s a myth, a legend, an unreachable dream.

I asked for chicken on my pizza and only one slice had chicken. Pizza is good but very very disappointed

Objectively bad service from the National Parent Company.

I hate to leave a bad review for a specific location/franchisee but the national website doesn't have reviews enabled.

I called the support line to get a problem with my order fixed, they refused to help, I escalated, they refused to help and then hung up on me. My first order is my last.

Fast service, friendly staff. Food quality has gone down and prices have gone up. I'm not sure if that is corporate or location however.

Not happy with my cold not cooked pizza we always get hot and ready and this time spent more and got extra items,

Wow. Finally tried it out. Love this place. The Founder's Favourite is so good. Really good customer service. We were 2 hours late to pickup our order, and they said they can remake it for us. Big thanks for that. I would definitely recommend

DO NOT EAT AT HIGHLAND ROAD STORE I PROMISE YOU FOLKS WILL UNDERSTAND WHAT I MEAN IF YOU DO, JUST BEWARE OF YOUR FOOD

Guy delivered the pizzas like a school book, and he was at the wrong address, I told him to hold the delivery bag flat, but he seemed disoriented, wondering? Do they do drug, or alcohol screening?

Owner keeps minimal staff, and most of the staff that are actually there are just standing around and talking, while a few work. So you have to wait longer than needed and the food is either undercooked or overcooked.

Simple little caesars, Nothing fancy but good staff, pizza is properly cooked, and hot-n-ready is always convenient!

It's good pizza what else can you say, the accuracy rate on phone in orders, or online orders is about 95%

My goto pizza place, they never skimp on the basics. I love their 3 meat, Canadian and 5 meat pizza when they have it as a special.

Good pizza even though it's premade and heated in some cases. The inside of the store gives off some brightly lit gas station washroom vibes to it but without the horrific sounds, grunts, and smells.

Love this place. They are super polite and very fast. Deep dish lunch special is huge for only 6 bucks

My order was never delivered, in the app my order appeared as delivered. The solution for their part was the refund of the money. I wanted my pizza! Terrible service

Great service and good pizza. Pizza would be better with more toppings, but the dough and sauce are tasty. Walk in orders are quick. Prices are reasonable.

You don't know what happen behind in the kitchen. I saw one of the employees placing a pizza in the box NOT WEARING GLOVES! Amid the pandemic of covid-19, today January 31,2021.
I work in a food company we always wear gloves any time that we touch any food or any surface that is in contact with Food. And this to me is beyond of disgusting.

Amazingly have had great hot and ready pepperonis! As expected, they can be a hit and miss but that is what you get for the price. At least they cook the pizza properly, other places serve raw dough! And we then say we should’ve just got a hot and stinky lol but it has been great lately!

Freindly ussually good food i only give 3 stars because the got n ready stuff often isnt ready lol and i have to wait for them to.ake my order and when they say it takes. 7 min they mean about 15 -20 min

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I was having a frustrating night and I came there to get pizza after a terrible experience at another pizza place. I ordered one thing then changed my mind because I just wasn't thinking straight. The staff were more than happy to accommodate me and get my order right. Very much appreciated and the pizza here is always great. Would always recommend any little Cesar's in the kw area.

Me and my girlfriend came here to pick up pizza as we had previously planned to come here the evening before. Once we got there, everything was going well until we tried to get the attention of an employee who was completely ignoring us. My girlfriend asked her about 8 times what the sizes offered were until I had to step in and ask her myself. She gave us side glances and looked at us begrudgingly when she came over to help us. After asking her our singular question (which had already had took up more than 10 mins of our time waiting for at least ONE employee in the store to hear us) she gave us a mumbled answer and walked away. I work in customer service myself, and I understand that some people have bad days, but I at least expect an inch of respect shown towards the customer in a franchise as big as Little Caesar’s. Will NOT be returning again, and I recommend other people deciding to come to just go to Dominoes:/

So undercooked
It was not the first time. Last time the pizza was undercooked in the middle. Today I ordered deep dish and the middle was a like a raw dough. I dont know how you cook it but I could not eat it. It was gross.

We ordered deep dish. We knew itll take a little bit of time and were totally okay with it. The cashier made sure to keep us updated and thanked us for the patient! She went above and beyond! Thank you again we'll be going back there soon:)

The whole auto dispensing wouldn't work. Wouldn't accept my code.did get food in the end though

Me and some friends purchased a pizza and some breadsticks and were serviced by Taylor. He is an amazing worker and helped us out. He deserves a raise!

Little Caesars is my favourite pizza place. The pizza is always fresh and good warm or cold. The wait can be long and annoying when there's so much people, but it's totally worth it in the end. Definitely worth the wait and buy.

Very reasonable price and quick service especialy when you are very hungry and not much time to wait!

My cheese was burnt.now today July 14th, ordered a 3 meat pizza & a veggie pizza. Jacob first charged $16 something. Then he came out with 1 pizza. Told me he never charged me for the 3 meat so I had to do another transaction of $11 something. I was charged over $16 for a veggie pizza? He even charged me for double toppings, I never asked for double toppings. I think I'll take my money somewhere else. Done being ripped off here.

Generally have a good experience here with friendly staff and good food. Sometimes the pizza, though hot, could be fresher, but I also know that’s a bit of the deal at little caesars so I don’t come here when I’m really craving awesome pizza. Crazy bread is always amazing.

I love this store. Friendly staff, hot pizzas and if you have to wait for a fresh one it's not a long wait time

Just what you’d expect from little ceasars, quick and fast pizza. Not a great pizza by any means but it was good

Omg I will never go back to this place.

I went into the little Caesars on Bleams road today during dinner time while waiting for an employee to take my order I seen a rat Scurry out from underneath the pop machine in the lobby. Being one to not make a scene after the rat saw me move it went under the pop machine aging that’s when I calmly left this restaurant. Obviously health inspectors do not come here regularly so I will be notifying them about this problem.

This little caesers brings discount pizza to a whole new low. The service has always been subpar at this location. The final straw was last week. My 9 year old daughter wanted to go in by herself and order the $6 lunch combo with an upgraded pepsi for an extra 75 cents. I gave her a ten and told her she should get a little more than two dollars change. She came back with only 20 cents change and said "I think they messed up". I figured it was a simple mistake and went in the store to straighten it out. Two different employees tried to tell me that 6.75 plus tax = 9.80. After spending five minutes unsuccessfully trying to teach them how to do simple math, i had no choice but to return the pizza for a full refund. Good thing there are many other pizza places to go instead.

This is a great location. Pizza is always fresh. Use the little caesars app to make pick up faster.

I Really like the Italian cheese bread, while my son loves the crazy bread. The hot and ready are also cheap and good.

Total confusion in here this evening. People's orders were getting mixed up and they were handing out half orders. People including me were holding hot pizzas in their arms and being made to wait for crazy bread. Not sure if it was from being understaffed or they just did not know what they were doing. Very disappointing.

Typical Little Caesar's location, but two major issues: there was only one employee, who could not keep up with the amount of foot traffic coming through. Nothing "Hot N Ready. " The wait was longer than you'd expect. This location also does not have online ordering. Supposedly this is changing, but the timeline is vague on that.

Not fit to eat. Dried up and burnt black with no flavour. Very disappointed. 80 percent went in the trash.

Be careful what you order. Some pizzas are good but others not so hot (e.g. Too tick or gooey crust). Good prices and quick compared to other competitors.

I’m a regular and usually enjoy the food.came in today for a quick hot and ready and it was also good but the worker who sold me the pizza looked to be very sick and for that reason I will not be returning

They can never ever seem to get my order right even when it's something as simple as two orders of crazy bread

They disappointed me for sure heard about the 420 deal and they acted like it didnt exist I literally heard it on the radio and stoped bummer

Waited over 20 minutes for a hot and ready I phoned in. While waiting all I can hear are these kids in the back arguing about guns and swearing up a storm. Stay away if you want speedy service.

The crazy bread is not that good but don't know why others stores is cryspy and better than this one

If I could give it no stars I would. Found large blonde hair in our pizza, called back spoke with one of the many managers and was told to bring it back to be replaced. Wasn't even offered a discount, actually was asked to pay more as we decided to change the toppings. The Blonde manager [ you know who you are] and the other female workers leave their long hair down while making the pizza. The owner should take more pride in their business.

What can I say my family and I just absolutely love the pizza here. It's delicious and affordable

Ordered specific topping medium. The crust was perfectly risen and cooked. Great taste when it's done right.

Ordered a normal take-out and asked to get a free crazy bread after the transaction was confirmed by me and the worker.

The worker flat out lied when I confronted him about being charge for the crazy bread and he proceeded to state that he asked me during the transaction which he did not.

He brought his manager over aswell to try and resolve the matter but to no surprise had no help in the matter aswell.

I do not care about being charge for the crazy bread but what I do care about it not being lied to and not following a company policy. I will not be going to this establishment anymore or any other little ceasers in that matter if this non-professionalism doesn’t get re-adjusted.

Wasn't too happy. I ordered the bacon box with no stinky cheese on bread. They were just coming out of oven. I told the girl pls tell them no cheese. She didn't. Oops a 15 minute wait for cheeseless bread. So much for quick and ready. Thanks.

I went there to grab a couple of hot and ready pizzas for the kids as my husband and I were going out. As expected by the name they were hot and ready when I got there. During my very short wait I noticed how accommodating the staff were. There was a couple who were having difficulty explaining what they were looking to get. In the 5 minutes I was there they'd been shown at least 5 different pizzas. I also noticed as I left that they were on the same page and everyone was happy. You have to love customer service like that!
