Little Caesars Pizza

I must say the service was great, the staff member that took my order was very helpful and made recommendations for my order. Very polite and not a long wait time. Value for money and it is literally across the road from me, so in my neck of the woods lol.

I work 4 days, in one of little cessar location. I know that its a good brand but i see and work with dry doughs. Which is not a good dough for sheeting. Toppings they puts very less except pepperoni because its on counting. Other then pepperoni i feel so shameful the portion they use in toppings. No i work for pizza nova and pizzaville. Honestly These both brands are better then little cessar.

It's good for a cheap deal however sometimes the pizza is too well done. Almost burnt. It's usually the rectangular pizza you pay more for. The walk in specials are usually good. Sometimes the wait is long. Overall it's not bad.

Pros: Always made fresh.

Cons: Always made fresh because there's never anything 'hot n ready' as it's supposed to be. They should change the slogan from "HOT N READY" to "RAW N PENDING"

UPDATE: (9 months later). Still nothing ever hot and ready.

Supposed to be hot & ready, NEVER at this store always have to wait for them to prepare your pie

I went in ordered 6 pizza and 4 crazy bread and it was done in 12 min. They were fast and the pizza was nice and hot and Mae to order.

I got chicken wings the best out of the whole menu.it was pretty quick too 2 orders 10 minutes.

Little Caesars Pizza has always been so good, soft and crispy. That is why has been one of my favorites but at the branch located at 499 Main St S, Brampton, ON L6Y 1N7 (Shoppers World), EMPLOYEE TRAINING IS URGENT TO TEACH THEM HOW TO MAKE AND COOK PIZZA!

They don't know how much should the dough rest, at what temperature should the oven be, and how long should it be cooked. I don't know if their pizza dough is precooked but what I know for sure is that the employees at the back are making Big mistakes because their final product DOESN'T remain as soft and crispy as it does in other branches.

First time ordering from Little Caesars. Decided to warm it up a few hours later after having it in the fridge. Welp the pizza tastes like cardboard. My jaw hurts. I order pizza every week or two from various companies but Little Caesars will never happen again. If you want a jaw exercise the next day, go for it.

They almost never have some of the items ready that I want that are on the hot 'n ready menu. They don't apologize when I mention it, just say, oh I sold the last one or something. Today it was two things I wanted that weren't ready. Not imressive.

The worst customer service ever they made a mistake for my order and then manager was rude and she refused to compensate.if I can give zero star I will

Horrible customer service. They handed out about 6 other pizzas before ours and we waited 35 mins. They proceeded to speak in Punjabi about us to eachother. I won't be back. Maybe hire some staff with class and not minors with zero manners.

Went to this location last week. Only ordered a crazy bread and a drink. Was told to wait 3 minutes.
I was given my order finally after 20 minutes!
It doesn’t take crazy bread 20 minutes, and as well had orders after me given before mine!
Very disappointed with the service!

Service was slow and unorganized. A few customers were giving the staff a hard time so that really slowed things down further. No clear indication of where to line up to order as customers were scattered. As for the product.low cost pizza what do you want from it. Just edible.

Made a simple order which they couldn't even properly make. 1st the pizza i ordered was not suppose to have oregano which I told the guy numerous times and the got and got crazybread without marinara sauce and also the incorrect dipping sauces which they only had 2 flavors to begin with so not to hard to screw that up but they did somehow, also when we called to make a complaint about the order the girl at the location hung up the phone on us without even trying to resolve the issue

Their cheese crusted pizza is to die for, love their food! Service was pretty nice, straightforward with no issues. Love the atmosphere, I never had any issues with this place. One of my favourite pizza places, go here! Would recommend to any pizza fan

Usually get a Supreme pizza. Yes, it's available but not on the visible menus. Like a Canadian with extra onions and green peppers.

Definitely try the stuffed crust. Expensive, but delicious. They put the crazy bread topping on it too.

These people work hard to give you a nice fresh pizza.
Hit and ready is sometimes ready ND sometimes not.
The crazy bread is good. It is free if they don't ask you if you want to buy some when placing your order.
If you don't want the pizza that is ready they will make a fresh one for you.
Young staff but are very respectful. Might not always get a smile but they always treat you with respect.

Wow the absolutely worst pizza place ever.i went in asking for a cheese pizza, Canadian pizza, cinnamon sticks and Italian cheesy bread.

They said 10min for the cheesy bread.i was there for 30min!

They are extremely unorganized. They had 4 girls working who were all over the place and had no idea what was going on.

They had absolutely nothing ready and had to make every customers order from scratch.i think they missed the point that they are always supposed to have cheese, pepperoni and Canadian pizzas ready to go at all times.

Oh and every person's order including mine that they tried to give out was wrong and had to correct it. I could have ordered from pizza pizza, pizza hut or dominos and had it delivered to my house before they had my order ready.

Great pizza place especially when you ask for the pizza made fresh. If you like pan pizzas, this is a good choice. Also, like that you only have to wait a few minutes to get your food.

I have visited here several times. And I give the selection and the food is quite good. I have always had good and attentive service during my visits.

Horrible customer service, the store manager is a complete hot head with the IQ of a bug. No return visit. From me

If they can give 0 star I would! I came and order pizza with wings they burnt my wings when I got home I realize they burnt my wings I didn’t bother to take it back because is about 20mins drive away from me, I went there in another occasion and I was telling them about how my wings was burnt the last time I came instead of the guy which is the catchier apologizing he was telling me it could not be possible anyways I offered my pizza and step out to my car to wait for the pizza to be ready came back in and noticed that they had a sign stating if you were not ask if you want to purchase a bread stick you get it for free, so I said you didn’t ask me if I would like the crazy sticks with my purchase so according to your sign I get it for free this guy denied lied that he did ask me after another customer behind me said he didn’t this cashier refused to give me the crazy stick I didn’t bother but just to prove my point I gave him my number and I told him to check their camera and see if he did ask me so we all know the truth he came up with a story that he has to review it the next day so he took my number to review it the next day and contact me, up to date no one has called me and is been 2weeks DONT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING SERIOUSLY AT THIS LOCATION AND THEY DONT KEEP TO THEIR OWN SIGNS! I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGIN!
