Little Caesars Pizza

I order one crazy bread and tell that person to do it extra stuff. But i got this and its not even regular stuffed with garlic butter and parmesan. Other locations have it for 3.99 and he charged me above 5$. I got sick after eating. Now i have sore throat.l and food poisoning. They didn't maintain hygiene. Garbage

Under cooked cheap on cheese sloppy made pizza be prepared to wait nothing is done properly at this location and stuff doesn’t care about there jobs

This is not a good location. Little Caesars is cheap pizza that falls between the far superior (and cheaper) Domino's, but the worse Pizza Pizza. The readymade pizzas are $8 now instead of $5, which kind of defeats the point of a cheap pie. I like the Detroit deep dish pizza, but the regular is bland and the Chicago Deep Dish crust was too dried out, like a cracker.

Wendy. H is one of the worst managers I have ever witnessed. How she still has kept her position for so long is beyond me.

Very disappointed. Pizza showed up cold and not cooked at all. This is twice. Owner needs to step in for quality control

Went to the store and place order and payed for it, was given a little buzzer that would activate once order was ready, after 25 minutes wait went back into store to ask for refund, their first excuse was buzzer no work, second and most likely was sorry we are very busy and forgot to buzz you

I asked for fresh pizza out of the oven. I waited in the cold for 20 minutes for fresh pizza. I got old stale pizza. I seen girl take the old pizza out of the heat warmer. I told her kindly that i waited for fresh ones she insisted they were fresh. I got to my car to find out was old stale pizza. Even boxes were bubbled from sitting in warming box. Very disappointed in the service at this store. I was nothing but kind and did not deserve this.

I wish if i can give them 0 stars they do not deserve 1 star worse lication ever bad custmer service bad pizza never back to this location.

Over charged me and refused to fix it because I already paid. Bought 5 pizza's 1 crazy bread, and 2 sauces. While waiting I did the math in my head and didn't match up so I put the order in online and confirmed that I was charged an extra 4 dollars. I'm upset because she was very rude and made it like it was my fault

Food was fine but my experience was tarnished by the rude person at cash. I stood there for a good two minutes (she knew this because a loud bell goes off when you enter) right in front if her…and she didn’t even look up. Then rolled her eyes at me about three times, and when i asked for dipping sauce i had ordered but not received, she seemed super annoyed and grabbed it and thrust it at me…

** Also capacity limits have changed. As someone who manages a very busy coffee chain, as long as people social distance you can have more than 2 people in your establishment. I was also rudely asked to go outside when there was one group of two people indoors that myself and my 3 year old could have very easily kept our distance from.

The older staff that work at this location are very rude and quick to tell you that you are wrong, and they lack the ability to follow simple instructions like can you please make that well done. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere

Unbelievably rude store manager. We ordered a stuffed crust pizza from Skip the Dishes. They delivered a pizza that wasn't stuffed. When we called the store on Upper Ottawa we were told they would replace it but we had to pick it up. We can't. The manager told us a stuffed crust was delivered. She implied we were lying. We wanted the correct pizza, as ordered, be delivered to us. She refused. This manager was completely unaccommodating and EXTREMELY rude to us. She had no customer service skills. We will never do business with this location again. Wish I could give them no stars.

Hot and ready? NOT EVEN!
I’ve NEVER been able to get a ready to go pizza at this location.
They need to do better data collection. Obviously going to be busy at dinner time.
Get it together people. Manager at this location should be fired.

What a horrible horrible experience with this location. The managers customer service is a joke.and called me a liar when I did not receive my proper order. I've never had such awful and rude customer service in my life.especially when a mistake was made on their end. I have pictures of what I received.and it was not what I ordered.

Like the pizza but every time I go to this location the hot and ready isn't ready and I have to wait.

My first time ordering from here and a really nice girl served me, i wish i got her name. She was very kind and patient and explained the menu to me. She even gave me a free dipping sauce. This place was really awesome everyone seemed so sweet. Will definitely be coming back!

Their’s nothing hot and ready at this location. No one greets you and no one apparently wants to take your order. Your constantly waiting for service or food. The employees should have food prepared and ready to go and someone should always be at the front of the store. Please avoid this location at all costs.

Their Hot n Ready pizza is always delicious, and for the price it makes it's an easy choice for a quick Friday night dinner. Not much else to say. It's Little Caesars.

Best place to get pizza faster. Employees was very nice and polite. I liked the whole service. I highly recommend this place.

Whole order was disgusting. My loaded cheesy bread was bread so caked in grease it was dripping with All the cheese in the wrapper. Pizza was cold. And stale. Do not go here.

Long wait, filthy store, manager that has zero food safety knowledge. Watched the manager making pizzas, scratch her head and then pick up cheese to put on a pizza. Watched another employee with a hand brace and no gloves handling the raw dough. That brace is full of bacteria! Ordered pizzas told it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait, came back after twenty minutes to find out they had given away half my order and had to remake it. No apology given for the extra 15 minute wait. Do not use this location. Especially if you don’t want a food Bourne illness.

Amazing value and fantastic customer service. I called last weekend to see if I could pre-order 9 pizzas for my son's birthday party. I knew it was a gamble since they are going to sell them without taking orders either way. I got Mary on the phone and she was super friendly and accommodating. Not only did she take the order to be ready almost immediately after they opened the following day, she asked if she could throw in some free cookies and tattoos for the kids at the party. She also did a special pizza without sauce and honoured the walk in price. This is a level of customer service you just don't see anymore and this location and the employees in it deserve praise.
