Little Caesars Pizza

I never ate pizza until 2 years ago, as just the smell of the cheese and sauce made me nauseous. But I love the crusty edges. So one day when ordering for family I asked them to make a pepperoni with almost no cheese or sauce. And devoured it. There is one young woman there that has made this weird combination ever time I come in. I must get her name but she went above and beyond to make sure its right every time I come in

Seems like they have a quota to meet, been going here since it opened and I have noticed they no longer keep hot and readys in there oven as advertised. They only keep their larger size pizza, so that you either have to wait for the normal sized hot and ready pizza, or get charged more. All to increase sales. Please keep normal sized hot and readys. Ready. I'm sure a lot of people have noticed the same.

Very competent workers. Quite clean. Took a little bit of time but it was worth a short wait

6: 45pm I ordered a Medium Pepperoni Pizza. The cashier at the time told me that My Pizza would be about 7 minutes as I wanted it to be fresh. 3 people came in after myself and ordered there Pizza. The 3 people that had ordered after me. Got there Pizza. While i was still waiting 25 minutes before I finally complained. The cashier was Very rude and Asked for a receipt.
I was floored. Couldn't beleave it. I've been coming to this Location for approximately 15yrs. I also have ordered many Pizzas for our local Hospital as we do have certain functions throughout the year. NEVER AGAIN will I order from this location. The cashier was ultimately very rude. No apologies for the long wait. Just complete attitude. Like I was at fault. The staff should be retrained. Customer service is Shameful and Definitely Unprofessional.

Terrible service. Every time I go there for pick up they never have medium pizzas ready- so much for their motto. Always trying to upsize and I always have to wait up to 10 min. Horrible.

How after living in oshawa did I not know about this little gem on bloor with the drive thru!? The woman working was pleasant and friendly! Will be back!

Went to this location charged me for an xl when I received a 5 buck carry out and there sauces were expired Staff is horrible

Never have any hot and ready $5 pizzas but if you want any of the big $$$ ones they are always made and ready never had this problem at any of the other stores

Food was ok but service was not. While trying to order I was ignored when the server was trying to listen to another customers order. When trying to ask how long for my order she just said 6 minutes to shut me up as it took about 15.

The best little ceasers in oshawa hands down, been comming to this location for a while now and am usually served by Amanpreet, she's knows my order when I come in and always has the biggest smile. Definitely would recommend.

1st visit. Pizza was hot and tasty. Honey garlic chicken wings fall off the bone and spot on sauce. Price reasonable and will be back.

Fastest pizza delivery around. One time I got a pizza in 15 mins. Store to home. I also order to pick up and pizza is always fresh. The crazy bread is pretty good!

I got ripped off by this location for about 5$ extra.i ordered a med stuff crust with a dip and paid over 20$ i even mentioned when i picked it up that the pizza seemed to be a large and asked why suddenly i had been chsrged so much extra then previous times i was told again i was wrong so when i called back to complain they didnt even have my order in the system and basically couldn't do anything because of that i can only assume the worker pocketed the money.i am disgusted by there lack of responsibility.i highly recommend you dont go to this location

We just moved to the area and decided to try the closest one to us. Place was clean and the staff was friendly. Everything tasted fantastic! Will definitely be going back again!

Staff here are exceptionally friendly and make me feel like a valued customer. I love that they have a drive thru.

Came to buy a medium “hot and ready” pizza for lunch at 12: 10pm. The guy told me that if I want a pizza now I have to buy a large (for the price of a large obviously). I told him that I didn’t have that amount of money and had a limited amount of time (on my lunch break from work). He told me that they had no medium pizzas ready (while one of the two employees was outside on her phone) and that I had to wait. Just got my pizza now at 12: 19, too hot to eat for lunch, guess I’m having pizza for dinner. Worst Little Cesar’s location in Oshawa. This is my fourth such experience here. Pizza tastes great, customer service is non existent to ridiculously bad.

Staff here are rude and customer service is terrible.called to ask about delivery because the website prompted me to call the store.woman on the phone gave me a two word response and then hung up the phone while i was speaking.

Called the place got really bad costumer service they hung up the phone on me mid sentence wouldn’t go to this location

Pizza’s are always quick to get, staff is fast and efficient and willing to run food out to your car since Covid! We eat here frequently also has a drive thru. Recommend the food and service

It's ok, but extra parmesan means extra! Also they never make it right. The way I like it. I've been going to a Little Caesar place for 20 years. This food place was better 10 years ago

This is absolutely wonderfully and amazing affordable place for food, I really think about little ceaser is serving community and not looting community like other businesses do also little ceasers menu is diverse and we can choose multiple options for food also there are options for childrens. I have been to many locations and also staff was friendly an helpful every time I visited any location. Sincerely great effort by little ceaser

This is what stuffed crazy bread looks like when u pay for extra butter and extra Parmesan and specifically ask the worker to make sure there’s extra. This happens every time I order here and I finally called after today and the woman on the phone told me that they made it the way I asked so I guess I will just no longer try with this location cus I’m tired of wasting my money

I’ve worked in fast food for a long time and these staff members were under a lot of pressure from customers. They did it with a smile and very professional. The food is fresh and if you’re looking for pizza I’d get it here.

The woman who took our order was friendly and very prompt. Food was prepped quickly and accurately.

Terrible. Customer service. They got my order wrong. Way over charged me. And were just completely rude about it. Wouldn't do anything for me at all. Will NEVER go back.

The drive thru was a nice touch! I ordered ahead and when I arrived, I drove through, paid and off I went with my order! Quick and efficient service!

Best little Caesars I have ever been to. More variety than other spot, and really friendly staff. We dont live nearby, but we always drive to this location as it's worth the travel.

I suspect this place recently changed ownership. All the employees have changed. The food is not nearly as good as it used to be. I had a pizza last night I almost needed a chainsaw to cut. So much for good cheap pizza in South Oshawa.

Littles Caesers Pizza Is Alway Hot And Ready. WELL Worth It The Viste. Good prices and Fast. Good when hungry on the go.

I ask for extra parmesan on my bread sticks, but I get a ton of butter instead. None of these places listen to a word I say. They use to be good, but then that was 10 years ago.

Waited a short time as the cheese bread was not ready. The staff offered to bring it out to my car. Hot, cheap, and fresh.

Not many of these franchises are inviting. But the common trend is you would have to wait for a your order just after the big rush. Nothing wrong with that, especially having a hot fresh pizza. Just seeing the wait and the crowd on a Friday night after a long week and day gives you some satisfaction that the food is always fresh. A nice little joint tucked away next to couple other food joints.

Went to the drive through, car was in front service was incredibly slow. 4 cars pulled in and walked in. All got their pizza first and when I got to three window girl asked me to park in the lot. Not coming back with this type of organization

Crazy bread here puts other locations to shame.always full of parmesan and dripping with grease, the way something with minimal nutritional value should be.

I won't deduct a star, but there is an employee who appears to be having a stressful day for the past 3 years I've been coming here.not the friendliest and always trying to push you towards things you don't want. I understand the upsell, but ignoring and talking over the customer is a completely different thing.won't stop me from visiting, but I definitely let out a sigh when I see them.

Crazy bread was stale and pizza crust was tough. Possibly also stale? Staff was friendly and helpful.

I love pizza and this place is really good for a late night dinner or snack and the pizza is pretty tasty

The fast food of pizza, very quick service especially with the drive through at this location. Pizza is to be what is expected for $8, but still quite flavorful and filling. Definitely a good place to eat if you are hungry and on a budget.

Hot and ready is never hot and ready anymore. Doesnt seem to matter which day anymore, it's just an advertising gimmick.

This Little Caesars is so awesome they take the time they treat your food right and they've even got a drive-thru window

I was in there this morning to pick-up a pizza order for my sons b-day party. The young lady Shey-lyn was super. Sorry if spelling of her name is wrong. She was nice and friendly and was right on time for scheduled pick-up. We will definately be back again, and for other b-day party pizza! Thanks again

This place sucks we've been waiting in the Drive-Thru forever I feel like I could go to Italy and get my cheese sticks already come on all these reviews were months ago and this review is the current situation someone get help or go to a different Little Caesars.

Quick, fast, friendly. Good to know it still tastes good after years of craving it. I think the closest location to me would be Surrey, bc. I kept seeing ads on us channels.
