Little Kitchen Academy Oakville South

Little Kitchen Academy in Oakville has been such a wonderful experience for our boys. They have learned so much in just 3 weeks and they cant wait to come back in the fall!

Great cooking class for kids. My son enjoyed it a lot and asked for more classes. Would be great if you could accommodate for vegan and vegetarian recipes for those with dietary preferences.

My daughter always loves to be there to learn and to cook. She made some new friends too. It’s her best activity to do during the summer.

The smile on my son's face when I picked him up was enough to know that he had a great time. He didn't hesitate to ask when he could go back and do it again!

My 8 yo daughter loved her first experience at Little Kitchen. She will continue to take drop-in classes all summer.

My girls love going here and are always excited to share what they’ve created and tell us all about it. I love how clean the facility is, the healthy menu and the focus on safety while still promoting age appropriate skills in the kitchen.

My daughter has attended LKA on two occasions and she’s had a great experience both times. The staff are very friendly and professional, and the class is very clean. Highly recommended!

Initially my kid was hesitant about going there, but when I pick him up, he said he wanna go back the next day already. That said it all.

We had a great experience at Little Kitchen Oakville! Two of my children have been to more than one session and are always asking to go back! The kids learn so much and the food they bring home tastes delicious!

Wow, this place is AMAZING! Although my 3 year son had difficulty with being there on his own, the staff was SO caring and encouraging towards him. The food he brought back with him was delicious. I love how he came home and told us about the ant farm and lots of "grass" (herbs). Just after 2 sessions, I noticed he was also more interested in helping out in the kitchen. I highly recommend the Little Kitchen Academy Oakvill South as part of a whole child learning experience.

My daughter started coming to this location when it first opened. She was just over 3 years old and hadn’t been with strangers alone before but the teachers were wonderful in making her feel comfortable and she has become so in love with this program, we keep coming back. She’s still not eating as much vegetables as I was hoping this program would encourage but she has become so confident and independent that when she started montessori in sept, no tears or fears at the door! Every class is a new recipe and it ranges from pastas to baked goods. The program is not cheap but definitely worth it!

My little guy had so much fun! He really enjoyed learning to cook and eating his creations. We enjoyed it too! Very yummy!

My daughter had a great time at little kitchen. She was so proud of the meal she made and said the instructors were really nice too. It is a great spot to develop independence and confidence. I was a little reluctant because it was so new and I didn’t know anyone who had been before but I’m so glad I signed her up. My daughter is already asking when she can go again with a friend. The only thing I wish was that they sent the kids home with the recipe they made. The latkes were delicious and I know my daughter would love to be able to recreate the meal for us at home.

My daughters had a wonderful time at Little Kitchen Academy in Oakville. The instructors were super friendly and informative. Three hours was a perfect amount of time for the lesson and my girls said it flew by. They even brought home some delicious goodies they made. I would definitely bring them again!

Great experience. My teenage son loved making meals from scratch and looks forward to the next class.

Great after school program for the kids. My kid loves cooking and asks to attend the classes everyday. Great learning for kids who loves to cook.

I wish the academy would share picture of kids' achievement / finished product (via app or other means). Kids at this age loves achievement. Nice to have memories of their creation and achievements.

I enrolled my 4yo daughter and she absolutely loved it! Every morning she’d ask “hmm I wonder what I’m cooking today. ”. She said she loves to go to cooking school and kept asking when she can go again.

The teachers are lovely, very caring and good with children. They don’t rush the kids during class but instead try to go with each kids’ pace. They told me my daughter really took her time cutting the chives to make sure everything is nice and small Lol. I talked to the owner briefly and she seems very passionate and extremely knowledgeable in food industry.

Bonus: all the foods they make are vegetarian and super yummy! Eg: twice baked potatoes with broccoli and cheese, quinoa berry salad, quiche, corn & chives popovers, etc!

I just wish they have an adult class so I can enroll my husband too! Lol.

My 4 yo daughter and my 3 yo son loves it! They’re so proud that they cooked everything all by themselves. Bonus point: they love helping me in the kitchen now!
