Little Short Stop

I wish I could have given a minus rating to this store and the employees. I went to buy something today on 22 June 2021 at 9: 40 pm or something and there was a Punjabi girl working. I asked to buy a mask and the barcode was not working. She was so rude. She said you can’t buy this, that’s it. But that’s not my problem if the mask is not scanning.
Try to teach your employees some ethics and customer service. I am a regular customer and I think she is new but she must be aware that how to treat a customer.
I don’t understand why they think they are the owner of the store if they don’t even know how to treat a customer.
I want the store manager to take an action against her. I don’t know how she got hired.

I was told to move back while I was 6 feet away. It Escalade to the point he was asked to leave. Not a good experience at all. Never going back!

She behaves very rude to me. I just asked a cigarette and i gave my id also but she refused to gave it. I guarantee that because of her short stop will get so much negative impact.

In tonight at 10: 50 p.m. To check some Lotto tickets and buy more. You have one of the rudest, overweight, loud and obnoxious employee in any Short Stop I have ever been into. (come in every day of the week to check and buy lottos, milk, water, etc.) Did not realize that my tickets had not been signed, which I try to do before I come to have them checked, I apologized and signed all of them while this obnoxious guy helped the only other customer standing beside me. I completed signing, waited for him to complete his transaction with this other guy and your obnoxious employee proceeded to say to me "oh just wait, I'll just take these other two people". Pardon me; I thought there was some courtesy expected for the prices that you charge, let alone some respectful employees. I have been in the store many times and when this guy is in there he is bossing around the young girls like he is the manager, the most important dude in the place. Pretends he knows what he is doing; he does not. You have an employee that does nothing for your business. Next time I am in a position to have to go into this store, if he is still there, I will turn around and leave. Bad business.
