Little Short Stop

Store is overall good but when I see the older bald guy ruins my day with his attitude and he is the worst please do something about it his name is John and he is soooo slow and very impolite to all the costumers, please retire soon️

This is my local gas station and i come here frequently and usually have a positive experience but there is one employee that ruins my visit everytime he’s working.he is bald and his name is john.he is very rude to customers and is intentionally slow and always gives me attitude.do better john ️

As i met one indian guy called parshwa was very helpful and guided me in a very nice manner even though I didn’t buy anything from that place still he guided me to the place i wanna go cause i am new to canada. He was very generous and polite, when I entered the store he greeted me and when I left the store he told me to stay safe and have a nice day.and I felt very overwhelmed by this behavior.

Staff here is really friendly and nice. Didn't appreciate being told the paper bags were 5 cents when it was rung up as 22 cents. I get it you gotta be charged for the bag but be honest about the pricing at least. Also, tax isn't 13 cents it's 13 percent so being charged 22 cents on a 5 cents item is just not correct taxing anyhow. And the difference was 17 cents not 13 cents so idk where the math went wrong on your side anyhow. Just be honest and upfront with things please.

Good customer services by Parshwa. He was very kind and polite. Greeted me well and helped me out in a very professional way.

I've been coming to this location twice a week for about 2 years and the employees are generally kind and helpful but whenever I see John's balding head behind the counter I want to turn around and walk out. He is consistently rude and snappy with customers and does not like when people ask him questions or inconvenience him in any way.

The fact that this place NEVER closes and always manages to have competent staff, a wide selection of products (not just your typical gas station store) AND they have resonable prices = 5 stars in my book

Every time I shop here the staff are always so nice and helpful! It is a very busy store but they all seem to know what they are doing and try their best to serve customers in a fast paced way. I enjoy coming to this store every time I'm here & I will continue to shop here!

Convenient location and great customer service! The new renovations make the store look brand new and very refreshing.

Go here a lot normally very fast and friendly but occasionally certain staff members can be somewhat rude.

Customer service is not welcoming, always get a tough time with a tall mid age guy who is just not ready to help in case I need something, I use convenience a lot for many things, due to bad customer service now I am going to different store regularly for my convenience shopping.

Called the store to ask about fireworks the cashier was extremely rude and started yelling. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
