A hip coffee shop accompanied with friendly customer service. I like the seating arrangement but I found the background music a bit distracting. I enjoyed my cappuccino and the prices are standard. Good experience overall.

Popular little coffee shop in Glebe. Coffee is good. Cappuccino presentation is beautiful. I recommend they include more choices of treats and maybe light snacks for breakfast.

The cafe is aesthetically pleasing and has the calm vibe with light music humming in the background. The staff is elaborate with explaining the menu and the brews and the taste profiles. We visited this on a Saturday afternoon and ordered a few brews and loved them. A really cool place to hangout. Or work.

Way too crowded. Service was doing their best, but they forgot our orders. Overall stressful experience.

I ordered an oat latte with a touch of maple and it was one if the best lattes I've ever had. Their espresso is exquisite! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I can't wait to go back.

Hands down, my favorite coffee shop in Ottawa! The diverse drink selection is impressive, and their Japanese-style pour-over iced coffee is simply awesome. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, always taking the time to explain the different drinks and brewing processes. I'm consistently impressed by their dedication to providing a top-notch coffee experience.

This is honestly one of my favourite cafés in Ottawa - the coffee is always amazing, the staff are wonderful, and it's a great spot to sit and just enjoy a nice locally roasted cup of coffee (or tea)!

Amazing spot with amazing coffee. While we were visiting Ottawa, my toddler and I went to this shop for coffee and croissants every morning. The staff were amazing, the vibe was super comfortable and welcoming. The coffee (and coffee chat) was great. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

What a hidden gem of a café in the Glebe!

Their beverages are fresh and delicious, and they often have a moderate assortment of snacks and baked good available as well.

I really enjoyed their affogatos and house-made iced tea in the summertime!

The atmosphere is SPOT-ON!
It's warm, cozy, but also trendy. There's not tons of seating inside, but they do have some.

They're not open very late; but here's something cool: in the summertime, walk down the alleyway/side street next to the café, they have an extension to their cafe which looks like a pink sea container, and you can grab your beverages from what almost looks like an opening to a food truck.

It's pretty awesome and gives Ottawa bit more sparks and flair in the 'cool factor'.

Best coffee roaster in ottawa! I love this shop. The downtown Elgin St.location is a 10/10 for atmosphere.

Ordered a drip coffee and espresso (not pictured). Drip coffee of the day was Ethiopian and it was perfectly sweet and light, but they usually have a different origin on drip. Talked to a barista on the roast they use and he was very informative on the origin and tasting notes. I love the simple and clean aesthetic they have and the quality coffee. A really nice place to just sit and enjoy a good brew.

This might sound ridiculous but we literally bought our house to be walking distance from the Bank St location and my office is walking distance from the Elgin St location. I’m Australian and walking to good coffee is super important to me. The staff are really nice at both locations. Today Elgin St was PACKED and the barista handled it so well and calmly even though he was under the pump. We also get beans to take home and the flavours are excellent, and every friend we’ve brought here has loved the coffee. Please consider getting more snack options including gluten free stuff to have with the amazing coffee!

LVC is the best specialty coffee game in town. Awesome sourcing and roasting operation and fantastic cafe experience. Great design and flawless coffee service.

Shortly after arriving in Ottawa and dropping things off at our hotel we decided to run out for an early afternoon cold beverage and snacks.

Little Victories is a stunning spot with great atmosphere, good snacks and great drinks.

We ordered:

Brown butter rice crispy square
Lime macaroon
Apricot granola bar
Iced chai latte

Sadly we didn't order any traditional coffee beverages so I cannot speak to that.

Drinks are a little pretentious but not too bad. They care a little more about being unique then they do about flavour. Cashier was extremely rude about us dirtying their “brand new chairs” as we sat beside a window sill with a small colony of dead wasps.

Great coffee spot nice and quiet but was looking for more baked goods variety! I remember they used to serve Suzy Q donuts but I guess not anymore.

We exclusively buy beans freshly ground from Little Victories. Started a few years ago and can't stop. Nothing beats the dark roast. Hands down the best bean I've ever bought. <3

The coffee was excellent, the pastries are better than most cafes and the service was absolutely amazing, They have a few drinks that you don't get elsewhere!

Its a very cool, hip spot for coffee drinkers. The place has good lighting, minimalist decor and wide tables where you can do some work/study. Coffee is good, baked goods selection is limited but tasty.

Visited for a quick light caffeine visit.
The cafe is aesthetic and calm, it was nice place to chill and enjoy our coffee/tea.
I enjoyed my Imperial Jasmine! It was light and smooth.

This cafe is cozy and seats about 6 people on tables and 8 on benches!

This is a tough review to write. Little Victories is a cute and high quality coffee shop that my husband and I visit almost every day. As we are leaving to head back to our home country, we wanted to have something from Ottawa to bring with us. So we choose to purchase a Little Victories Hoodie, even though it was expensive. Unfortunately the delivery man left it outside our locked building and the CCTV caught that it was stolen 5 mins later. We did choose the free delivery option, but we had wished that either they hadn’t delivered it in an open bag, showing clearly what was inside. Or that they had waited to deliver it, since they couldn’t get into our building. When contacting the shop about it, they offered to sell us another sweater for $40. We chose this option, since we didn’t want to be out a sweater and our money. The owner seemed kind and apologetic and also offered me a free cup of coffee. But to be honest, I still don’t feel valued as a customer. I really didn’t plan on spending this much for the sweater, but I am glad we’ve come to a compromise. It just felt like the shop wasn’t taking responsibility for their driver making a poor delivery choice. Asking for more money to receive an item we already paid is really disappointing.

The environment at Little Victories is like no other in Ottawa - the music, staff, coffee, and treats are all outstanding. It’s clear that everyone who works here cares so much about the experience of their guest and furthermore their community, in both the Downtown and Glebe locations. They strive to make sure everyone feels like a regular, making it an inclusive experience for all. Something extra special about Little Victories is when you look around you will see a little bit of everything: from government workers and students to old friends catching up and first dates catching feels. If this does not prove to you that this coffee shop is for everyone and anyone, then I encourage you to swing by!

Friendly staff. Cute location. It was pretty busy when I went, so service was a little lagging, but overall great place for a pit stop.

Love it, nice atmosphere, friendly staff, i loved my cappuccino and the ginger cookies, i spent great time talking with my friend, i am sure i want to visit it more and enjoy spending time with my friends there.

Really GREAT service, staff are always so helpful and kind. The space is beautiful, clean, and always has great music. Not to mention how wonderful the chai tea latte is. Highly recommend.

Brilliant idea to build the shipping container for Covid! An absolute landmark in our community and consistently the best coffee in Ottawa!

Good concept, some poor execution. Can see why this is popular with the hipsters. Right next to a cannabis shop! Some lovely art work! Shame the hot chocolate wasn’t to my liking as it is a bit sweet. I’d recommend going with something like Milo instead as a unique offering - can’t speak to the coffee but believe it to be good. Donuts are amazing but are put in a bag so the topping ends up on the paper rather than on the donut. Nice place though - worth a try.

One of the best-tasting coffees in Ottawa. Also one of the only COVID-adapted cafes in town, I love that I can walk to the shipping container counter with my dog. So great that they have Suzy Q donuts as well! Staff are friendly, service is fast. Love it here.

The Coffee: I got their version of a cortado which is called a Magic. It was magic. Still savouring it now as I write this review about an hour later.

The Sweets: Suzy Q Donuts. Went along perfectly with the coffee. Those cookies looked pretty good too, so maybe next time.

The Service: Nothing can ruin a good coffee shop experience more than the wrong kind of people. But the ones working here were all very pleasant and genuinely friendly. You can tell the locals love this spot, as they wait in line- it's not like a Starbucks where they are just apathetically expecting to be served what they ordered- no they are eagerly anticipating something special.
I imagine that during peak times there's a bit of a wait, but it would be worth it here.

Pricing: I picked up 2 of those Magics, 1 Huge Suzy Q donut, and it was only about 10-11$ plus tip. (These people are working across the street from a construction zone in the heat while wearing masks, make sure to tip them)

Atmosphere: I'll update this when the pandemic restrictions are over, but they are making the best of a bad situation.

Overall, I feel bad for any coffee lover that doesn't know about this place.

Beautiful, bright space with high quality single origin roasts. *Updating because these people are awesome. The 7-10 split espresso is hands down my favorite espresso blend out of any roaster that I have ever tried.

Great coffee! Have been part of the subscription program for 20 weeks now and they always write a cute little message on the bag and they are insanely punctual with deliveries! (It's good friday and i still got a coffee delivery? !?). The coffee is always fresh and delicious, and we love supporting local!

Your espresso coffee beans rock my world! One of my favourite espresso beans that I've tried to date. Looking forward to when you open up your alleyway coffee window, I am dreaming about a hazelnut milk latte!

I ordered their espresso beans. Local delivery was free, and I got my order in 2 days. You get an email notification when it has been dropped off at your door, and they wrote a custom note on the bag. The coffee is phenomenal, and my at-home lattes taste better than they ever have. Packaging is also very eco-friendly (all brown paper). I will order again in the future.
