Came on the weekend and there were a lot of people, but the tables turned over quickly. Sasha's service is enthusiastic and her attitude is great! At first, the bottom of the Yuanyang Hotpot was wrong, but they helped us change it without saying a word! Will come to visit again

We waited too long for a table, we waited 45 mins. However, the host did not make reservations, we came in as walk ins. Not sure if this is how the restaurant is usually on a tuesday night. We came in assuming it wasn't going to be that busy. Recommend if you come to this restaurant to make reservations. The bathrooms did not have a change table for babies either which was disappointing. Service and food were good.

It's great hotpot and probably the best introduction to Hot Pot you can have in Toronto. Lots of variety of choice at a very reasonable price!
Our server Sasha was amazing and attentive! We never had empty water. They were extremely busy on Sunday noon but anytime we pickup a menu she showed up within 30s to take our order!

Our family went to this hotpot place very often. It was really good before, until the most recent visit, the server was really rude.it was very disappointed.we will not visit again.

The best hotpot restaurant in Markham and Richmond Hill. Great food quality and excellent service. Enjoy “No Leftovers” with a 12% off discount!

We haven’t been to here since Covid-19, and here’s improved a lot. They add a lot of new food items on the menu. Also the service is very good. The waiters are very attentive and polite. The food is good as usual. Here’s always our favourite all you can eat hot pot restaurant

AYCE Hotpot Spicy LLBO Chinese
One of the better AYCE hotpot restaurants in the area.
Lots of selection of meats and other hotpot items. Including rare items like beef tongue, frog legs, glutinous rice balls in rice wine dessert etc.
You can order one pot soup, two or three. All at different prices.
They have multiple locations and the quality is standard throughout
Their service is fast and good. They speak mainly Mandarin, some speak Cantonese and English also.
They accept all forms of payment.
There is also a small fruit/salad/ appetizer bar.

Been here many years before and was regular AYCE hotpot but now visiting more often after the renovations and appreciate the late hours! -1 star because they tend to forget to serve items despite ordering it repeatedly: (
