Tara was really nice. Helped me with choosing a colour for my manicure since I couldn’t and I absolutely love it. Her work is amazing. I would definitely be going back to her.

Definitely not recommending this place. Lady named LUCY screams at you for being late (even though I called them and man who picked up the phone told me it is ok) but it is ok when they make you wait or call you at last minute to delay your appointment. If you want to stress free and relaxing experience don’t go there!

My appt was delayed 20 minutes because of previous client not booking her services properly. Don’t feel that I should be penalized because of this. She should have only recd what she booked for. If not sure how to book she should have called and discussed how to book correctly. I book my appt time to ensure I can get to the appt on time. So my time was wasted because of the previous client!

Had a great time at Liv nails in limeridge today with Emma. I booked a pedicure and asked last minute if they could do a manicure as well and they were able to fit me in. Great staff and accommodating

Great service! Quick and efficient, great selection of colours and nails always last at least 2 weeks, I usually wait 3 weeks to get a fill (bio gel on hands and regular polish on toes). Lucy is always my go to & is fantastic! Many of the other ladies there are great too.:)

Very rushed service and very rude. My friend booked Pedicures & when I got there I asked if they had different levels & they immediately said theres no time for the better Pedicure. They barely gave me a minute to pick my colour & just wanted me to get started. Then they made a big deal out of me wanting to pay ahead to surprise my friend.i even paid extra incase my friend wanted a design & she rudely said if the design changes at all from what we discussed itll be extra. The entire pedicure was done in less than 10 minutes so I can hardly imagine they would have ran out of time to do the upgraded pedicure. The point of Pedicures is so they do a better job than I can do at home & to be a fun enjoyable experience; it was the total opposite. Felt like a nuisance the entire time i was there. Stressful experience, very disappointed; will not be returning. Shouldn't leave a pedicure place mad: l

Lucy was great. I always enjoy coming here. I’ve been a client of Lucy for about 10 years. I’ve never had any problems.

Regular nail polish on toes and shellac on hands

Got my nails done and 1 week after the shellac nail polish started cracking. Went there and just asked if they could fix it but they said that they were fully booked. I asked if they could at least remove the polish since they couldn't take me in and my nails were hurting underneath. The answer was no. They had extra technicans in cleaning the place already but nobody even cared to look at my hands. I was a regular customer but from now on they won't see me going there anymore. Worst customer service ever, 0 empathy or understanding.

I have been coming to Lucy for years. Always courteous and cheerful. Her work is always well done.

Lucy is the best! She’s fun to chat with, is efficient and precise. Love coming to see her. Has great colour suggestions also!

I’m very happy with this location. Jane is a gem and she always does her best to accommodate everyone. I was a walk-in and she took me right away despite of the incoming traffic at this location! I love the way she handles everything and would come here just because Jane handles everything. She’s very understanding and kind. Thank you for everything you do Jane. Your work does not go unseen. Will be back because of you️

Not my usual nail salon, however get my nails done here on occasion. All of the techs are super sweet. However, the nails are a hit and miss.

My mom and I went for pedicures and I got a set of bio gel nails, the service is great and the ladies are all so nice. I always leave happy after my treatments

This was the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I can't say that all the staff are unsatisfactory, but the one I was unfortunate enough to get was rude and unprofessional. She had fun telling jokes to the other staff.not in English. Really?

Great place to get in and out for a nice pedi! I got the dream pedicure with a shellac polish (delightful!) And my daughter (9yrs) got a mani/pedi! We enjoyed our services completely!

Kelly did such a beautiful job on my nails. Biogel & shellac, she spent a lot of time making sure they were all uniform in shape and length! Thank you!

I just have short nails right now due to a poor job from another salon and Kim did a wonderful job. I got a shellac manicure and am so pleased with it! I’ll be back for sure.

Awful job done for $53 before tax! Went in for a gel fill and shellac, left with super bumpy and horribly thick uneven nails. The lady doing my nails was even using a paintbrush from the dollar store.

They don’t offer refunds, but will fix them. I requested to go to their other location and was told that was fine. After leaving my appointment after getting them fixed, I was chased after telling me that I didn’t pay. There was no communication, but eventually it was fixed, and I didn’t have to pay.

I will not be going back, as the prices are just insane for the quality and level of customer service.

I've been going to Lucy to have my nails done for 7 years now. I am never disappointed. I was with her when she worked at L'Amour and I followed her to Liv. I will never go anywhere else to have my nails done. The girls at Liv are so nice and they all greet me by name when I go in. I've recommended several people to Liv when I'm asked where they should go get their nails done. I know it might be pricey buy you always get an excellent manicure and pedicure and they have a ton of colours to choose from. I've been to other places over the years and I can honestly tell you that Lucy is the best!

I am never disappointed when visiting this salon. They have a huge variety of colors and always provide excellent service. This is my one and only salon I go to for my nails and highly recommend to others!

Awesome service, all of the girls were wonderful. My mother and I had Kelly and Mary, and they were very professional and kind. Lots of colours to choose from, and Mary did the cutest Christmas designs on my toes and fingers. Highly recommend!

Lucy is the best! The absolute only place I’ll go! All of the girls take pride in their work & do an outstanding job!
