The worse service of all time, not sure what happened. It used to be so good.

Ordered my shoes on 8/31, never gotten any emails about my order for picking up. Sent a dispute to Sezzle, they “mislead” Sezzle regarding my order because I opt for pickup so it is my responsibility to work with the “merchant”. But how am I suppose to go pick up my order if I have never gotten an email that’s ready. I’m traveling in four days. I have to call my bank to dispute this charge. It also took customer service 6 days to reply to my emails.
All they said was they reached out to the Spadina store to inquiry about the delay.
Sigh…. This is so unbelievable, how a business can operate in this poor manner.

Ordered online, didn’t hear anything for a week and when I followed up I was told that they’ll have to cancel my order as they don’t have stock and will issue a refund of $350 in 5-7 days, so if I hadn’t followed up they would have sat on my money for infinite time, unbelievable I can’t even get shoes cause they are sold out anywhere now. Only reason I ordered through these guys is that they are local I thought I’ll get sooner

Cancelled my order after waiting for 2 weeks for it to process. Terrrrible store. Please stay away. They just cancelled my order and didnt do anything about it to try and make up for it. As if ill ever but anything from them again after that. This is the third time

Waited for a week for my order to be processed and haven’t received any updates. Emailed their customer service and they replied that they will cancel my order because item was not in stock. So now I will have to wait for another week for refund. If I did not send that email to inquire about my order, I wonder how long it would take them to cancel my order and process a refund. Don’t shop on their online store, waste of time.

Tom is the man. I got a pair of Air Max 1’s and there was a defect in the lining and it was bunching up when I wore them. There was only one size 12 left in the company and he had it shipped from Vancouver here to Toronto to do an exchange. I can’t speak for the online experience, but my experiences shopping here have all been positive. Got my replacement kicks, and we’re good!

Order number LS454337. It’s absurd how your company never answers any calls or emails. My order has not shipped yet and I’m trying to cancel it but I don’t see an option online, neither you guys are picking up.and by the time you’ll answer my email, you would’ve shipped the wrong pair of shoes. Since I already know that the shoes I ordered are not being produced currently in my size, nobody has them and definitely not you, can you please cancel my order!? Nobody has reached out to me through call or email and it’s been days since I’ve been trying! For all the new people trying this store out, don’t, simply don’t. You won’t regret anything more than buying stuff online here.

I have been traumatized shopping at Livestock and this location specifically has ensured that I will never give them a dollar again.

The customer service is non-existent and the employees within the store are entitled, arrogant, and generally unhelpful.

No response to support requests. On the recommendation of other reviewers, my plan is to call my credit card's fraud department in the hopes that this might bring about a response.

A very clean place where you can sometimes find things which are out of stock everywhere else. I got the Nuptse North Face Retro 1996 Black jacket from here after being turned down at all other major stores in the GTA. Only downside is it can be hard to locate as the store front doesn’t clearly show the name of the store.

If you order off the website, just be prepared to wait AT LEAST 2 weeks for your item to ship. Even then, they might just forget about it. This is the 3rd online order I’ve made where I’ve waited over 2 weeks and eventually had to drive to the location myself to pick up my order. Hey Livestock, I have experience in logistics and warehouse management. You should hire me to do all your e-commerce operations because y’all need help. I’ll get those orders shipped out in less than a week, easy.

Ordered shoes from them and got no shipping details for two weeks. Had to contact them for them to let me know they didn't have them and refunded my order. However, they gave me a 15% off coupon for my next order. Placed another order for a different pair using my code. Again, no shipping details for two weeks. Had to contact them (online chat took 2 hours to get through) for them to tell me my order would be expedited. Refunded my order 4 days later. Don't even bother.

WILL NOT be spending my money here ever again. Purchased a KAWS book, went to the store to grab it only to wait 20 mins while they tried to find it. Then told they would find and it ship it to their other store. A week later I went to the second store, once again they could NOT find it, I was told they don’t know where my purchase went - ONCE AGAIN, they don’t know where my purchase went.

How do you work at a store and not know where your product is?

How are you a business operating and not know where customers paid purchases are? Super shady.

Products are great, customer service is garbage. Late shipments and no reply to concerns. Such a shame. If you are concerned about your shipments and they haven’t reply to your emails, make sure to start a case against them through pay pal or your credit card company…. They’ll reply right away once that’s done.

While the products they carry are ok, the customer service is terrible: specifically for returns.

I bought items online as they were not available in-store to try on. Two items ran small, which was not mentioned on their website descriptions and when I asked to exchange or return for store credit I was told no. Even trying to resolve this issue through customer service online was not easy. I was told by the in-store team they aren't able to help with any returns or exchanges, everything needs to be dealt with through online customer service which took over a week to get a first response. I am disappointed in the outcome and now have to find some way to try and recoup my money from items that are not wearable.

After having spent a lot of money here over the years, and not being afforded basic ability to exchange or return a size within the two week returns period this is now a deal breaker, especially for online purchases.

ZERO stars. Literally the worst of the worst. They will accept your order then ghost you every single time you make the mistake of ordering from them. You will contact them, they will eventually reply, and your items will be out of stock. This isn't a boutique sneaker shop, it's pretty much a scam. How they have fallen from that cool boutique on Spadina back in the day. Now? Run, don't walk, from Livestock.

All hype items will be hard to touch for regular people, however if you become freinds with a employee they might hold pairs down or backdoor them to you, other than that you have to invest in bot for online or hire bodies for a line up fcfs

I absolutely would not risk shopping here under any circumstances. I had such a terrible experience I decided to head over here and leave a review and I was shocked to see so many people have a very similar experience. Overselling items at this rate for a boutique shop is not a matter of their ecommerce but simply terrible management. And the fact that they first off need 7 business days to ship, no follow up if they don't unless you reach out and then to find out 14 business days after my purchase that they can't fulfill me order is awful. Needless to say the shoes I ordered are now out of stock elsewhere as well. Terrible experience and I highly recommend avoiding them.

I just got this shoe today from livestock and found out this stitching error. I paid a retail price but didn't get the full quality. I'm disappointed. Customer service said, that is okay and nothing wrong with it. Not buying from them anymore. What a waste of money.

I ordered my shoes the morning of the drop when all sizes were still in stock. Really disappointed.

Waited almost three weeks for a shoe I order off their season sale. Got an email just recently saying that my order was cancelled because "we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order" when clearly it was in stock for the full 3 weeks. Pretty sure they back dooring and saving for their boys. Definitely disappointed in their service and care for their customers.

Basically. If you can find 10 people that actually bought the releases at retail price. I will pay for the goods myself. What I am saying is. This business sells 90% of their "anticipated releases" through the back door. They will lie about it and say they do not condone resellers and will stop their sales form going out the door. They can prove me wrong by selling me a pair of Jordan university 4 size 9. If they can prove me wrong, they will get my 5 star.

1st review ever.
I called the spadina store to see if item was there and to do curbside pickup. Employee said to make an order.

Order it, for curbside pickup. Hours later they send a email saying my card is flagged. If there was any problem on my end my bank would tell me in a minute.

They responded saying I had to wait 24 to 48 hours for review.never mind the 1 to 7 days they mention for curbside pickup.

Called the next morning. Lady said my order was coming from Vancouver store? Then tried to back pedal on me saying my shipping address and credit card information didnt match. Said what does it matter when its paid for and I'm doing curbside and offered extra ID

Lots of lies and basically did everything to not fulfill my order.

Honestly it seems they only want the "hypebeasts" client or pre order type.

I have been shopping at Livestock for the past 11 years and each experience in-store has been great. I purchased a pair of shoes from the online store a few months back. When they arrived I noticed that the shoes had been previously used due to the shoes showing signs on wear and some dirt on the sole. The imperfections weren't too bad so I let it slide, perhaps they were merely just tried on? Anyways, Livestock still stands as one of my favorite streetwear shops in Toronto.

One of the worst customer service experiences ever by a sneaker/streetwear shop. I ordered a pair of limited sneakers, which came with a very noticeable factory flaw. I contacted customer service to rectify the issue, yet they offered a refund in which I would have to pay for shipping, or store credit. So, due to their lack of care of quality control provided to their customers, I have to pay for return shipping? Very unprofessional and uncaring group of individuals.

Avoid if possible.

Made the mistake of ordering shoes here during the COVID epidemic. One of the shoes did not look great on foot. Apparently, this store does not do refunds. Only exchange or store credit - weird flex, but okay. Even though, no where during the ordering/purchasing process is this mentioned. I find this to be a manipulative and shady business practice! Most companies allow for refund within a specific time frame. Especially during Quarantine because stores are not open.

Be weary of companies that are quick to take your money but basically attack you when you want to make a refund. I would not recommend shopping here.

It appears that the commonality of "rude staff" and "poor customer service" is a reoccurring theme at Livestock.

It's a shame I have ordered sneakers and gear from here a few times and had no issues.

However, recently I ordered a pair of sneakers online, additionally there was a promo code "springtwenty" that I added. Unfortunately the promo code did not register and I did not notice, and I finalized the order.

I received an email that I paid the discounted price with no additional promo code added towards it. I assumed that there was a malfunction with the website. I politely contacted customer service through email and "Katherine" replied that there was nothing she could do for me.

It's unfortunate that a reputable boutique allows this type of customer service, more so that they're not accountable for their website malfunction.

I understand our current situation with Covid is trying times, but it does't excuse a business accountability to the customer.

Then towards the end of the phone call she threatened to charge me money for cancelling the order very rudely and immediately hung up midst of me speaking.

Buy elsewhere! Ordered online with a confirmation of my purchase. Later received an email informing me that one of the item was not available since it was an inventory error on their end. After 6 business days received an email informing me that all the items I bought was sold out. Waste of time and now with all Deadstock's delay I can't buy the products anywhere else since it's all sold out. Not buying from them anymore.

Bought a few J's over the years. It's a top rate Nike and Jordan retailer. Also a good selection of first string converse. Sales a few times a year are decent. Has a boutique feel to the place. Service can be aloof like the others have said. Free pick up option at the store for online orders is convenient. Free shipping though is now more common as the min purchase to qualify is $80.

One time came to get a raffle card and one of two employees asked me how I heard about it and I said my friend told me about it then immediately employee behind the counter a caucasian male started accusing me of trying to get him a better chance at winning. Guess they don't know about word of mouth advertising.

It was the worst online shopping experience in my life. Bought the pair of Adidas shoes from the website, two hours after, the price on the website was redused. I sent an email to the customer support to get a price match; 5 days, no answer.

Called the phone number in the website, and was answered by a very rude girl. It felt like she was doing me a favor by talking with me.

All answers that I've got - no price match, no returns the item was on sale etc. The best part was when I asked what if the size won't fit, and you still have the same product in stock? The answer was - it's your responsibility to know your size, not our problem.

I understand that there are some policies and stuff like that, but your main purpose to satisfy a customer and get a profit. How you're going to keep and get new customers if you treat them in this way? !

100% don't reccomend this store. There are a lot of shops in Canada and abroad which work with the customers in the right way

The Asian dude with the long hair def needs to take his antidepressants before he clocks in. Dude was looking like he working in a damn labor camp and was forced to work against his will.
