Pathetic clinic. Rude staff and very unorganized. Consistently cancels appointments and takes no accountability. The reason given was that we are a new clinic and still figuring it out. If you are new and dont know how to operate, then go and learn first. Take some trainings and shutdown the clinic until you are equipped to run it.

Very unprofessional staff. The pharmacist is extremely disrespectful to patients, unfortunately she doesn't have any tolerance at all, is always in a hurry and she clearly lacks basics ethics and manners.

Extremely disappointed with this clinic. The staff needs some serious counselling on how to be professional and how to handle patients. I am shocked how they opened up a clinic without having any professionalism. They claim to be a walk-in clinic but turns down patients without any proper reason. The whole clinic staff is so messed up and confused. I suggest that the staff/pharmacist/clinic manager get proper training somewhere and then come back with an improved service. Extremely extremely disappointed.

Extremely rude clinic manager. She is so unprofessional and doesn't know how to talk. She kept shouting on us during our visit and was threatening us to leave, she kept saying I am the clinic manager and everyone follows my instructions here. The clinic claims we care for you inside out, that lady clearly doesn't care about anyone other than herself and her ego.

Highly unprofessional owner / clinic manager. This place is being run by a group of jokers who probably, by luck, got the money to open a clinic but dont know how to manage it. From scheduling to customer services to conduct, it deserves 0 stars. The owner, who is also the clinic manager, seems to be uneducated and has no idea how to talk to people. They would lose your test results and cancel appointments. Sincere advice, dont risk your health with this clinic. Stay away. It's worth waiting a few hours to get proper care at a good clinic as compared to getting a quick appointment here. I was initially surprised why this clinic is never busy given the constraints in canada, but now the reason is evident.

In and out in 30 minutes, prescriptions in hand, and no appointment. By the time I completed my 3 meter walk from the patient room to the front desk, I had my specialist referral handed to me and the pharmacist was there too, asking about any medical allergies.

I'll keep coming back here when I need to cuse this was a phenomenal experience, start to finish!

I attempted to come here at 1pm on a Saturday for a walk in, since the hours say they're open until 3pm.
The door were locked & no one was present. Arw the hours correct?

This is a wonderful place, they ensure caring, respectful and supportive environment. I met Dr. Bilal, he was brilliant at his job. He patiently listened to me and helped me with all my further tests. The front desk, plays a great role and adds to great relief. I was supported and taken care by a kind lady, Indu at the reception. I am thankful to her and would highly recommend this clinic. Pharmacy is a great service as well

Great staff, very respectful, clean, professional, and has a lot of products that I usually rarely see in other pharmacies. I recommend this clinic to everyone.

I came with my old mom, reached there before opening and waited for one hour for the appointment. And then they told that the doctor will be late and asked us to leave. Very unprofessional and service quality is extremely poor.

Best Walk in Clinic and Pharmacy in Town! I highly recommend this clinic as it’s in a great location, is very clean, and a fast process
