We met with Aret in February 2023 and had really high hopes based on all the reviews and our initial interaction. Unfortunately, he never followed through on his end and after leading us on for a few weeks he eventually left us on read. It might be because we were looking for a mined stone and he mostly deals with lab & moissanite. Really disappointing and won’t be recommending.

Initially, I was suspicious of the perfect 5 stars from hundreds of people, but when you meet Aret and you quickly understand why. He not only is an expert, but has a great eye for design and specific touches we wanted for our custom rings. He also took into consideration our budget and created custom rings that significantly exceeded our expectations when we saw the results.
I cannot recommend him enough. If you're reading this, believe the hype!

I wanted to make the proposal a surprise, but also have my significant other involved in the design process. Aret's prototype process is perfect for this scenario. The prototype has a silver band and cubic zirconia stone, just as described in his videos, and it is incredible how realistic it is. I requested the ring by a certain date and Aret and his team delivered as promised.

After the engagement we had a great day in Toronto that included a design appointment for the final ring. Aret is extremely patient and will help ensure you design and receive the ring of your dreams. My fiancee and I were both blown away with the final ring, it is stunning.

Can't even describe how happy we are with the entire experience. Aret's work speaks for itself and so do the reviews. He went above and beyond in making sure we were happy with the final product and was completely transparent every step of the way.

He'll take the time to educate you on what you can expect for your budget and won't pressure you at all. In fact he actually tried to convince me to spend less (I didn't end up taking his advice but he made some great points), which was really refreshing to hear compared to some of the other jewelers I met with.
