Everything is outsourced & those people don't know anything except the 4-5 memorized lines given to them. If you ask them what is reason of delay they say "we are trying to communicate with team"

Outsourcing isn't the solution.

Most annoying custom broker everrrrrrrrrrrrr! They don't even have shame that they ate telling me the same thing since morning regarding one shipment. Everything was good with the paperwork.

They take 40 min or more just to inform you that this load can't be cleared and now then the driver is stuck at the border. Very bad company.

ABSOLUTLEY the worst customs brokers ever! Avoid using them at all costs! They have no idea what they are doing and take forever to do anything.their staff are clueless at their jobs. Save yourself days of aggravation and get another company to handle your customs paperwork.

Livingston is one of the worst. We sent an paperwork at about 6: 30 PM and they didn’t put it there system by 4 AM next day. It’s almost 10 hours now but still no update on clearance. I called them atleast 10-15 times and been told that their system is down. Sent an email to their supervisor and got no answer, sent another follow up email same thing again no answer.
These people are one worst, not going to haul any more freight that has to be cleared through Livingston.

This custom broker is a disaster. Clearing shipments for 6 - 10hrs. Drivers waiting at the border all the time.
Asking all our customers not to use these guys any more.
Pure garbage service. Specially when its a late time, after waiting on the line for 20 min, they like to hang up the phone.
Amcor & Pepsi co. Get rid of this broker please asap

Good Day. Mostly we avoid loads if Livingston is custom broker but sometimes we don’t have choice and then Livingston proves what they can do.
Same all the “ Don’t have paperwork, system is down etc “even sometimes we sent it to their supervisors. I don’t know why people hire them to clear their shipments even Livingston don’t care their clients and trucking companies. It’s 4am EST & I am still awake because my team is at border 7pm. They way Livingston Treat drivers I don’t think that they consider drivers as human being

Worst broker of all time, it's come to a point were we REFUSE freight if the broker is Livingston. DO NOT F USE!

One of the worst experiences I had trying to get a shipment cleared. It seems like they are getting amused by making me call so many times. They confirmed that they received my paperwork and asked me to check back in an hour. Then i call back after an hour and they say they don't have the paperwork. Started at 8: 30 am today and it's now 2: 36 pm. Haven't been able to do anything today other then waiting on hold and then getting disconnected like 5 times after waiting over 10 minutes

Very disappointing experience, after waiting for 30- 45 min get no proper update about shipment.every time they ask for contact but never call back to inform shipment holds.so, much wastage of time, delay in clearance.
Poor customer service.if I could I will give 0 start.

Most unprofessional Customs Broker in the Industry.they even dont look at paperwork for what they are working on.usually customs broker like Farrrow, ITS, Cole all except Livingston takes 30 minuts to 1 hour to clear customs for every shipment we haul but these guys take 5 to 14 hours and after that you need to call them 3-5 times for making correstion because they dont look at the paperwork that which port of entry truck written on paperwork.we have started recommendations to our customer to change the customs broker or you must pay waitings and delays for Livingston Shipment.leave the business or hire some professionals dont harass traportation industry with stone age services

The worst broker ever, its better to send your documents through a crow or any bird because they take 4 hours just to process papers. And if you call them, they talk to you as if they are doing favur on you by processing documents.

They dont clear your shipment for 48 hours, this has happened to us multiple times. WORST CUSTOMS BROKER. ID GIVE THEM ZERO STARS, but you cant

One of the worst company for customs clearance. Driver was waiting for 10 hours at the border for nothing.it's happening every time now whenever customs broker is Livingston.the Paperwork was sent 5 before the border arrival. The load cleared after 15 hours. Its impacting our business & drivers. There is should be accountability for this e.g such as heavy fine for not providing services in the time manner. This company should shout down the business for customs clearance if they can not do the job properly without any accountability.

Worst customer service ever, always the same excuses. Drivers continually waiting at the border because of their poor service. 6-10 hours behind is not uncommon.

It is very hard to get hold of customer service there without knowing the extension of the person you are trying to speak to. It can get confusing as the phone system bounces you from the Canada to the US line. My main gripe was when I spoke to a woman working for the US brokers, she told me there wasn't anyone available to help me with importing a vehicle from the US. As I tried to ask another question she quickly repeated "thank you" and it was obvious she was trying to dismiss me from the call. While I had good dealings with a few other receptionists, it's not likely I will use Livingston in the near future as I was not told if there would ever be a broker available to handle my job. The receptionist didn't care to ask for a timeline nor let me explain before ending the call.
